Lindir didn't take a long time to think about that. "Can you really change into something big enough to carry me?" he asked excitedly, leaning closer to Kheiji eagerly.

“Yes. And I suppose we’ll walk it.” Standing up and stretching out his back, Kheiji eyed Lindir’s clothing again before giving an amused snort. “Just make sure you don’t trip. That’d be rather painful.”
Kheiji set a quick pace through the streets, giving no doubt that it was a regular occurrence to be doing thus. After a few minutes, he looked at his smaller companion, furrowing his right eyebrow in question at the silence. “Is anything wrong? Because if you need to sit down and maybe eat a bit of something, we can. It’s not like we’re off schedule.”

"Huh?" Lindir muttered, looking up from the ground. He had been too busy concentrating on not tripping or walking into some one to talk. "Eep," he squeaked, tripping over a plastic bag he had forgotten to not step in. He latched onto Kheiji's arm to stop himself from falling on his face. It didn't take him long to get back on his feet.
"I'm okay!" he grinned. "I'm just busy trying to not fall or walk into some one," he explained.

Kheiji nodded before searching the area around them. “Well then, I suppose we’re far enough along.” Thinking of what to shift into, he decided that while Lindir would probably love to be carried by a leopard or something similar, at least a horse would be less noticeable and more explainable. With that in mind, he shifted into the not quite familiar shape, trotting around Lindir to get the movements right as the longhaired brunet made his exclamations.
Finding everything alright, Kheiji looked at the seemingly impossibly small human, nudging him. ‘Do you know how to get on? If not, well, just grab my neck and pivot yourself onto me. Shouldn’t be that hard.’ The ‘unless you fall’ didn’t leave his thoughts, knowing that if anything, that would entice the singer to fall.

Lindir was practically jumping out of his shoes as he made comments about how cool this was and how 'pretty' Kheiji was as a horse. He hadn't ridden a horse since he was eight! And he had been so bored he had fallen off because he fell asleep.... It wasn't his fault that the trail was slow and boring, though! At least this time he knew he would not be bored.
The teen laughed lightly when he was nudged. He wanted badly to pat Kheiji Horse's nose, but decided he wouldn't like his nose patted if he were the alien. "I know how to get on but... I've never gotten on a horse without a saddle," he admitted. "But I can try!" he said eagerly.
His first attempt failed. He was too short to just swing his legs over, and he was afraid he would hurt his friend if he held on to him too tightly. "Kheiji, you're too tall," he muttered. "Can you bend down or something?"
