Your Love Makes Hell Freeze Over [Jabez/Yosuke]

Jabez sniffed the air. "Ice cream?"

[Kago]

"Alright, yeah." Yosuke was excited at the prospect of the sweet cold, milky treat. "Show me where they are." He didn't so much ask as he told his mate to help guide him. He clearly had a much better sense of smell then him.

Jabez rounded a corner in the park leading to an icecream stand. "What kind?"

[Kago]

"I'd like vanilla." He brightened up at the thought of ice cream. Randomly wondering if their child would like it later on in life. He didn't expect him to eat this kind of stuff for a long time. "Do you want anything...I know they won't have meat, but we can get some elsewhere." They could do that, it wasn't a problem.

"I'd like ice cream" Jabez said. He hadn't had anything sweet in a while and he didn't think a small cone would effect him too much as long as it was a light flavor.

[Kago]

"Ice cream it is." Yosuke looked at the man running the ice cream stand and put in two roders. "Two vanilla Ice cream cones pleased." They just had to wait a few minutes before they were both ready and Yosuke was holding out a cone for his mate. Randomly he wondered if their baby would like the ice cream. He glance down a bit at his large rounded belly before smiling softly and licking the vanilla ice cream.

"How do you like it?" He knew he wasn't suppose to eat sweet stuff or so he mentioned something of the sort. He couldn't imagine life not being able to eat the sweets he loved. Though right now he was compelled to eat fruit. It was weird how sudden his cravings changed but he still wanted to eat the ice cream. "Thanks for coming out with me." He felt better with his mate around.

Jabez licked at the ice cream. "It's good. You don't have to thank me, you're my mate after all."

[Kago]

Yosuke knew he didn't have to think Jabez but he wanted to. "Still I wanted to." He smiled brightly continuing to eat the ice cream. "Is it okay for you to eat it though?" He saw how sick he got in the past and he hated to see him suffering at all. "Oh..." Out of the blue he felt the baby kick, it nearly made him drop his ice cream but he managed to keep a good hold on it. He did however place his hand back on his tummy. Maybe the baby was listening to him.
