"Oh," Yosuke moved to turn and face his mate, looking up at him now, he gave him a random quick kiss on the nose. "I think I'll spend the day with my parents, are you okay with that?" That was another reason he was glad he came here.

"Well..." Yosuke considered that, but he knew how Jabez was, so it wasn't the best thing to do. "You should come, since..." It was a long time back now, what happened when he wasn't with Jabez, but he did recall it. "Ah, my family thinks of you like family, you know." He didn't want him to feel out of place, though things might be awkward, he couldn't recall any bonding between his family and Jabez, he wasn't sure anyone really tried.

Yosuke wasn't sure what to make of that alright, it was still hard to tell how Jabez felt when he didn't show much on the way of facial emotions sometimes. "We should get up now then," he was pushing himself up already, getting onto the edge of the bed, and pushing himself with a bit of effort.

"Thank you," With Jabez's help, Yosuke stood up, smiling before looking a bit miffed. "I hate swelling up like a balloon," he was too big to move around as easily as he was use to doing. Like his bird form, who could get around, practically light as a feather, but here he was, as big as ever. At least birds laid eggs, so they weren't burdened like this.
To be a bit more honest himself, he wouldn't have it any other way, carrying his kid like this. "Let's head down stairs now," he moved forward now, walking downstairs, where his parents were both settled in the kitchen, at the table.

Jabez stopped when he reached the living room, pausing briefly before continuing to check out the kitchen. "Hey mom, dad." He spoke upon seeing them, seeing both of them stand up from the table. "Jabez, can I talk to my mom really quick, by myself." He wondered if he could spend a few seconds alone with him, maybe a few minutes at the most.

Yosuke took his mothers hand, walking off with her through the living room by the stairs, leaving his father with Jabez.
"What's the matter sweetie," Selmei spoke, a little concerned, as any bearer would be for their child. Especially one so far along.
"Nothing is wrong...well, I just want to spend the day with you, and dad, but Jabez needs to come along to but you know, he's..." Yosuke hoped his mother knew what he meant.
"Oh," Salmei gave a thoughtful nod. "Well, he's your mate dear, I'm sorry we never got closer to him, but I think of him like family." She did, she wasn't sure what Gory thought. "If that's all, we can go back."
Yosuke supposed that was it, but he wondered how his father felt.,
Gory, in the kitchen, noted he was left with Jabez, his son-in-law, of sorts. "Do you know what that's about?" He was curious to know, as well as trying to make conversation.

Yosuke headed back to the kitchen with his mom, stopping there and smiling at his father an Jabez.
"Dear, we're going to spend the rest of the day with our son and his mate, Jabez." Salmei spoke to his mate, approaching him, giving him a kiss upon the cheek.
"Jabez," he turned towards his sons mate afterwards, you know your welcome here in this house, and you're part of this family." At first things hadn't gone so well, but he wasn't a child, he had months to consider the fact he should accept, and welcome that his son was happy, and his mate was going to be part of the family. "I also want to see my grandchild, and I can't imagine going to where you live, you understand." He also didn't like where the Daemon lived, but what could he do about that. He seemed quite set on staying out there with his son.

Jabez nodded. He knew his cabin wasn't a good place to raise children, but it was still his cabin.
