"So where do you come from?" Joey asked. "Look, I can tell this is going to be a long story, so just tell me everything you know." he said. "From there I'll decide if I believe you."

"O-okay," Jel-lo said taking a big breath. In a spew of words, he began.

"I come from a planet called Zerca. We can change from human for to leopard form; basically cat people. My brothers and me are trying to hurry back to Zerca before their mates give birth, but we had to stop here for a few things. We never really know who are mate is, and sometimes they come from other planets, but we all have one. And, I wasn't sure at first, but you're mine."

He finished taking a deep breath in again feeling his cheeks blushing red.

Joey's face grew serious. "So, let me ask you this. Are there vampires and whatnot on Zerca, and do guys get pregnant?" he asked.

[phantasmalunar]

Jel-lo blinked a couple times. "There aren't normally vampires on Zerca. And yes, but only the barers. I'm a barer."

"What about incubi? Are there more planets? And can human malels get pregnant too?" he asked.

[phantasmalunar]

Jel-lo nodded his head, orange eyes wide. "How did you know?"

[praiseofblood]

"Hm, I knew it." Joey sighed, thinking of his friend. "So Adrik is an alien..." he muttered.

He heard Jel's question and sighed. "My friend, Ocean, is...mated to a Vampyre." he said finally. "I wasn't sure, but now I am."

Jel-lo made an 'O' shape with his mouth. Well, that was easier than he thought. "So, you're okay with this?"

"One thing though, How do you really look?" he asked. "Adrik only has fangs, which really isn't all that impressive."

[phantasmalunar]

"In cat form?" Jel-lo took a couple steps back before transforming into a small cheetah sized dark purple cat with tufts by its ears. Slowly, he walked back to Joey and gingerly placed his head on the side of his leg.

Joey watched with wide eyes as the small boy before him transformed in a snapping, crackling transformation into a large cat. As he rested his head on his leg, Joey stood rigidly still, before hesitantly petting Jel-lo's head.

"Jel?" he asked.

Jel-lo leaned in his head into the petting caress and let out a small pur. There was this wonderful feeling inside him and he wondered whether his brother's had felt this way when they'd first met their mates. He was a little scared of this feeling, but he also liked it.

After a few minutes, he stepped back and sat on his haunches looking up at Joey expectantly.

"What?" he asked, slowly sitting down, looking at the cat. "So..." he began, pulling his lip in his mouth. "You're a legit alien...but, does it hurt?" he asked.

Jel-lo quickly turned back into his human form, naked as the day he was born as his clothes had been discarded for the previous transformation. Innocently, he cocked his head to one side and asked, "What hurts?"

Joey couldn't help himself. He looked, and he liked what he saw. "Um...the shifting. The cracking and breaking and stuff." he said, looking at the man.
