Jouthren sighed quietly. He was getting kicked out again. He frowned at the dirt covered ground as he perched on the steps leading to the backyard of his... old home. He grunted before kicking out a foot, sending a few rocks and some pebbles into the air.
"It isn't fair," he grumbled, moving to wrap his arms around himself as he leaned against the side railing. "The chances of Zercans actually finding their mates is small, isn't it? So how come I keep living with all the people that seem to find them so quick?" he growled. The man he had been living with, Markul, was inside, acting all lovey-dovey and shit with that stupid mate of his. Jouthren rolled his eyes. "What's so great about having a mate anyway? Just someone that keep you from having any fun or doing anything new or different with your life. Change is good... It just happens to me to much."
Markul said that he could live with them until they could find a new home for him, as long as he didn't cause trouble. It was kind of the man, but Jouthren just hoped that happened soon; the man's mate made him want to punch him... preferrably in the face. Jouthren grinned at the thought before letting it go. He couldn't hurt Markul's mate, escpecially seeing as the man was rather strong, and the little red-head knew that he would be punished corporally for anything bad that he did to his mate.
Jouthren sighed again before climbing to his feet. Trecking up the stairs, the cat-boy went back into the house. He entered into the kitchen and started to prepare a pot of tea. He glared at the doorway when he heard Markul and his mate heading towards the kitchen, the latter of which was giggling. Jouthren scowled, turning towards the stove and away from the couple.
"Oh Jouthren! There you are!" Markul exclaimed lightly. "I found someone for you! He'll be coming by later so you can meet him, alright?" The red-head nodded, not turning around at all, seeing as his eye was visibly twitching and if he had to see the giggling fiend one more time, he was going to drench him in boiling water.

Hors walked up the stairs of the house he'd been staring at for several moments. Well, here went nothing...He was here to take in the mistress of one of his friends who'd heard he'd been looking for one. He was told the boy, Jouthren, was a quiet sort, but friendly enough. That's all the halfbreed really wanted. Someone to keep him company and, most importantly, fed.
"Hello?" the black haired youth called as he knocked on the door. When there was not an immediate answer, he began to feel slightly nervous. What if he had gotten the wrong address? What if this was some trap? He didn't know why it would be a trap, but it could be one.
Perhaps he should have brought his brothers with him? Yeah. That would have been good. After all, Rohs and Shor were better with meeting people. Their charisma was probably the largest part of their Vampyric and Incubus charms. Hors, on the other hand, waited for his prey to come to him rather than go to them.
Hors hesitated before knocking harder. "Is this Markul's house? It's me...Hors Leruse?"

Jouthren blinked, hearing someone knocking on the front door. Apparently, Markul heard it at the same time and went to open it, saying something about it 'being that man he was just talking about'. The red-haired boy sighed, grinding his teeth at having to be alone in the same room as the pyscho-bitch of a mate. Said pyscho-bitch giggled softly.
"He's so easily excitable. It's really cute." Jouthren rolled his eyes at that statement. 'How would you know how excitable he is? You've known him for three days!' the Zerca thought sorely, 'Get the Hell outta my kitchen, pyscho-bitch. I'm trying to make some tea, here, and you're making it hard to focus with all you're sissy, whiney, meaningless statements!' Jouthren sighed heavily, shaking his head as he tried to rid himself of hostile thoughts. It wasn't his kitchen anymore.
~*~
Markul opened the door widely, grinning happily at the man standing on his porch. "Hors? Oh, this is great! You're earlier than I thought you'd be! Not that that's a problem, but, you see, Jouthren decided to start making some tea, and it isn't finished yet! Oh, where are my manners?! Please, young man, come inside!" he exclaimed jovially, moving out of the door way to let the man in.

The halfbreed smiled weakly before entering the house. "Thank you, Markul," he murmured softly. While his eldest brother had a voice like rolling boulders and Shor had a voice like the rain, his voice was like the whispering air.
He followed the other man into the kitchen and smiled at the two submissives there. It was obvious by the aura that radiating from them what they were. Hors himself wasn't exactly the most dominate of men, but most mistresses were ukes...And, well, beggers can't be choosers.
"Hello," he greeted the too. "My name is Hors Leruse..." Markul put his arm around one man, so it was obvious which one would be his mistress. "And you must be Jouthren, yes? It's especially nice to meet you."

Jouthren turned, finally, from his boiling pot of water to look at the man that had entered. He tossed a glare at Markul and his mate when he saw that neither were looking before looking back at the stranger that had entered. He smiled hesitantly, measuring the man up. He was taller than Jouthren, if just by a bit, black hair pulled into a short pony tail; his hair probably just barely reached his shoulders when it was down. Jouthren tilted his head to the side slightly as he took a few hesitant steps towards the man. He seemed kind enough...
He gingerly stuck out a hand towards Hors. "Nice to meet you, and you're right; I'm Jouthren."

Hors smiled, charmingly since that was the only way to smile when meeting new people. "Well, I'm glad that I was right in my assessment," he said, shaking the others hand. Not being sure what else to do, he sat down in an empty chair and looked around.
"So, what happens now?" he asked. "I've never...Do I have to sign any papers?"

Jouthren shrugged, turning back to the stove to take the pot of boiling water of the stove. He set it on a hot pad before going to a cabinet to get the cups and tea.
Markul sat down at the table across from Hors with a wide smile. "No, no, it's alright. Just let him stay with you for awhile. It would be bad if we went through with everything then you decided you didn't like him, you know?" Jouthren looked back at Markul with a hurt pout, which made the other man chuckled nervously. "Anyway..."
Jouthren shook his head at the man before going back to pouring the tea flavors into the cups. He glanced to the side and spotted pyscho-bitch coming towards him. "Hey... need any help with that?" the fiend asked, leaning against the counter beside Jouthren. The Zercan shook his head, grunting the negative before reaching for the pot of hot water to pour. "Are you sure? That looks kinda heavy? Could I at least serve them?"
"What part of 'no' don't you understand, man? I don't need your fucking help!" he spat. "You've done enough."

The room was filled with a tense silence before Hors let loose a small chuckled. He couldn't help himself. It was funny! And he liked fiesty men, even if he did prefer those who topped. "Well, I'm going to assume that this is our cue to go soon. And I'm sure that Jouthren and I will get along well."
He looked over at the other and nodded. "If there is a case in which we need to part, you are most likely to go to my second eldest brother," he added. "To be quite honest, you are seem more his type than mine...But I'm sure we're compatible enough..."
The halfbreed gave a little shrug and smile. "So what do you say? Shall we go?"

Jouthren blushed lightly, turning away from the shocked pyscho-bitch to finished pouring the tea. He carefully picked up all four cups and placed them gently on the table. He shrugged at Hors's question, the blush still tinting his cheek. "We... can leave whenever you want," he mumbled.

Hors stood at that. "Jouthren, we can leave than as soon as you drink your tea," he said, eyeing his own cup oddly. Never before had he or his brothers drunk such a secondary beverage and he had no intention of breaking that habit now. Still though, to be polite..."Thank you."
He turned to look at Markul and his mate and nodded. "Thank you for inviting me into your house and giving me this opportunity," he said.

Jouthren nodded, taking a seat beside Hors. He started to drink from his cup without looking up at pysch-bitch as the still-shocked man sat down. Markul cleared his throat, which made the red-head look up at him.
"That... what was that? Why...?" he asked, too confused to really make sense. Jouthren only shrugged.
"He's making me be kicked out of my home... I know the other times weren't his fault, but I've been switched hands quite a few times. It's annoying as Hell, and, besides, he an annoying little fuck that needs to know when to shut the hell up," he stated tartly. He quickly guzzled the rest of his tea before standing. "I'm going to go pack, then we can leave," he mumbled before walking out of the room.

"I'll help," Hors said, moving after the mauve haired youth. "It will be a lot faster that way. I'm quite good at packing. My eldest brother, Rohs, is a bit better at it than I, but...What can you do?" He shrugged. "Or, I could sit down here and...socialize or something if you don't want me getting in the way."

Jouthren shrugged, stopping to turn and look at the man. "You can come if you want, I suppose. I'm not going to stop you or make you." He wasn't going to say that he would like the company, though. He didn't know the man very well, yet. Also, seeing as that was true, he would like to talk to him more to get to know him. He smiled softly before turning to go back to towards his room.

Hors shrugged. "I guess I'm come help than," he said, following after the Zercan. When the got to the mauve haired youth's room, he looked around. "Nice. Would you like your room at my apartment to look like this too? ...Or, well, what do you like?"

Jouthren sighed softly, shrugging. He took his bag from under his bed and started to put his things inside of it. "This isn't really my room. I shared with Markul until pyscho-bitch got here. Then they kicked me out and put me in here," he explained dryly. Once he had all his things (which really weren't all that much), he turned to Hors. "Thank you for taking me. I hope I don't make you hate me or something. I'm not usually this mean, I've just been in a bad mood these last few days with... him here," he explained softly. "We can leave now, if you wish."
