Terry smiled widely as he silent comfirmed Aunnie's assumptions. However, the smile wilted slight and the green head bowed.
"Well, my father doesn't exactly know where I am. I left him a note saying I had left though," The boy crossed his jade arms. "Sometimes, he can so overprotective it drives me crazy, and he won't even tell me why. Some days I wish his mate was still alive so he to talk sense into the my dad."

Aunnie gave Terry a look that Heiko knew meant he was worried. The man glanced at his mate before smiling at their guest. "Well, you are welcome to stay as long as you wish. Though, if I were your father I would like to have some sort of sign that you were okay," he let the statement hang as the water for the tea was finished heating up.
Heiko sighed quietly. His parents were going to try to find some way to send Terry home. That was not something he wanted. He wanted Terry to stay here with him, because he really liked him. He watched his mother serve the tea then sit down himself.

Terry sat down at the table across from Aunnie, graciously accepted the cup that was presented to him. After politely taking a sip and putting the cup back down, he chuckled.
"I'm sure I have nothing to worry about there, my father has probably already sent his private search party to being me back. That is why I can't stay in one place long, but that is also why I chose this planet to start out on. It is also the futhest distance away from Parenenai. Although, there people do cook some great fish here." Terry closed his green eyes licked his lips remembering the savoury taste of the restaurant.

Heiko sipped his tea, his eyes looking amused. Terry remembering the fish was funny. The only thing was the boy was being very stupid. He was sure his parents were going to find some way to keep him here now, until the merboy's father was able to find him that is. He glanced between his parents. Yup, definately thinking along those lines.
"How long do you plan on doing this thing?" Aunnie asked.

Terry pondered another moment, taking another sip from his cup before placing it down again.
"Well, I want to explore all the planets known to us maybe even the unexplored ones, than after I've done that I'm going home to my father and carry in his work back on Parenenai. Right now I just want to explore!"
Terry had seen the looks the other three were giving him and he was prepared to get of there as quickly as possible if they were planning on making him stay. No on was going to stop. Out of the corner of his eye, Terry spotted at the top of the stairs was an open window. Perfect...

Heiko stared at Terry calculatingly. Somehow he knew the boy was going to run, and he didn't like it. He could feel it, the feelings of needing to get away and the need for freedom. The Zercan coughed lightly. "Mom, I'm going to go show Terry my room, okay?" he said. He grabbed the other's hand and pulled him upstairs.
"You know, you shouldn't have talked like that in there. My parents are going to try to bring you back. They'll make you leave here," he told him. He gave Terry a quick glance. "I don't want you to go... too soon," he added, so he didn't sound too strange.

Emerald eyes stared back at the brown haired boy curiously. Then he smiled. Heiko looked so cute when he was worried and got flustered or nervous. Terry couldn't help it again and rushed over to embrace the other boy, nuzzling his face into brown hair. He could just do this all the time, 'I bet his cat fur is just as soft. I want to see that.'
"Heiko, you are just so cute!!"
Terry then stepped back a little his arms still around the other's shoulders, "I'm not worried, no one can keep me in one place for very long and I can get out whenever I want to." The merboy said proudly, side-glancing at the open window by Heiko's bed.

Heiko sighed quietly. He saw Terry glance at the window. He tightened his arms around the other boy's waist, he had put them there when he was hugged. "Don't leave yet," he asked quietly. He rested his head on the other's shoulder. "Please," he added, nuzzling his neck.

Giving the Zercan boy one more squeezing embrace, Terry pulled away just slightly and cupped the Heiko's face in his hands, smiling affectionately and emerald eyes sparkling. He placed a chaste kiss on the boy's forehead.
"Don't worry about a thing now, I'll stay with as long as you want me to."

Heiko grinned. "Good. It'd be nice if you could stay forev... for a really long time," he stuttered. He wondered if Terry would think he was weird, almost saying he wanted the boy to stay forever. There was just something about this merboy... something special that he couldn't place his finger on. "That is, if you want to. If you don't want to, then it wouldn't be nice because you would be here against your will."

Terry released his grip on the boy's shoulders, green eyes slightly widened in a silent gasp. He had heard and understood want Heiko had meant to say. It's not that he didn't want to stay with the Zercan, god knows he wanted to be closer than ever. However, the merboy wanted adventure right now, he didn't want to be tied down by a mate at the moment. More importantly, Terry thought about what would happen when he returned home to take over his father's position. The question raced around and around in his mind; how could a cat and fish possibly be together?
Terry stepped back and went to the open window, and stared at the open blue sky from lost green eyes. Then not wanting to worry the boy, he turned around to face Heiko again, and gave a small smile. "Don't worry cutie; I'll stay here as long as I can."
Just then a muffled shout sounded from downstairs, "Heiko, Terrence! I'm going to start dinner now if you two are hungry. What would you two like? Your choice!"

Heiko watched Terry look out the window sadly. He knew the merboy wouldn't want to stay with him, in one place for so long. He couldn't blame him, though. When the other boy turned around he smiled back at him with a smile just as small.
His mother called up to them, telling them it was dinner time. "What do you feel like eating, Terry?" he asked. "My dad makes really good fish."

Just by hearing the word 'fish' made emerald green eyes widen and a wide grin spread from ear to ear. "Really good fish, you say? I'd like that!" He took the canteen from his side and held it to his lips, swallowing the fresh water, at the same the liquid made his parched lips moist, giving them back their vibrant red color.
The merboy couldn't help but still wonder about him and Heiko. Could it really be possible for them to be together forever?

Heiko grinned. He knew Terry would like the sound of that. "Okay, come on," he told him. He grabbed the other's hand and led him downstairs. "Hey Mom," he greeted happily. "How does fish sound tonight? Terry loves fish."
The man smiled. "Fish sound wonderful," he agreed. "It's looks like you're cooking tonight, Johnny," he told his mate. "You boys can wait at the table while it's cooking."
Heiko nodded. He led his friend over to the table and they sat next to eachother. He smiled at the boy when he found he didn't know what to say.

Terry's mind was racing almost as fast as his body was being pulled from room to around the house, until the green haired youth was plopped down in a chair a long table which he supposed was to be the dining table. Everything made his body so very dizzy, with the thoughts of home and his father occupying his mind while adventure and Heiko occupied his heart.
Terry fell off of his chair and landed on the floor with a loud thud, however, he also had a firm grip on Heiko's hand, and the merboy accidently pulled the boy with him and they both fell to the floor, and Heiko on top of him.
