Heiko slowly trudged down one of Zerca's busy streets. He was not exactly sure which one, but that didn't bother him right now. The day was such a lazy, boring day. It felt like it should be evening, but it was barely even noon!
His bright blue eyes looked unusually lazy. On a normal day they would be wide and interested in the on-goings of Zerca. But today, nothing seemed to be happening. The auburn haired teen kicked a pebble and walked into a random clothes store, before walking out seconds later when he realized it was for old people.
"Hmm," Heiko sighed. He walked a little further. There was a spot by a building that didn't seem too crowded, so he decided to sit on the ground there and lean against the building. He watched the people passing by lazily, hoping maybe something would liven up his day.

"Come back here, you little thief!"
A loud voice bellowed from with in crowd on the street. As a lithe young body swiftly darted in and out of people's, fully aware of the gang of burly, strong men chases after him. 'I thought I had fooled them.' The boy thought as he breathed short breaths and quickened his pace. 'I guess people on Zerca aren't as easy to fool as those on Parinenai.'
Terry had only just arrived on Zerca, and he was so eager to explore but he was also very hungry. The green haired young man thought he could use his "special" skills to get at least a small fish or something. Back home all he had to do was bat his green eyes and not even his own dad could refuse him anything.
As he ran, Terry closed his eyes but all he could see was his father. He missed him so much, but he wanted adventure and his dad wouldn't let him. This was the first Terry had ever left Parinenai!
Still with his eyes closed, not looking where he was going, Terry's foot caught something warm and soft on the ground. With a silent yelp, the boy hit the ground with a thud falling hard on his hands and knees.
((How's this? Okay?))

((Yup! It's good ^_^))
Heiko looked up curiously when he heard some guys yelling about a theif. What he didn't expect was some kid running towards him- eyes closed. "He-" he started, trying to tell the green haired boy to open his eyes, but was promptly tripped over. The Zercan gasped and crawled over to him.
"Hey, kid, are you okay?" he asked worriedly. He didn't have time to hear an answer because there were big angry men running towards him. "Eek!" he squeaked quietly. Heiko glanced between them and the boy on the ground. "Come on, we can out run those old guys!" he grinned, saying it even though he knew the men couldn't be that old. He grabbed the other's hand gently, pulling him up, then began dragging him down the street. This was definately livening up his day!

Terry looked up cracking his green eyes open to see that he was being pulled along by another boy, who looked to be the same age him, though he could only see the back of the brunette's head. However, from what he could see the boy was pretty cute.
As he gathered his thoughts back together it then Terry remember why he was running. He risked a glance behind him, and his eyes flew open in a gasp. "Don't Zercans ever know when to quit!" He whispered under his breath.
Tightening his grip on the other boy's hand, he sped up his movement, racing to the front, ahead of the boy. The two ran, getting lost in the crowd, until green eyes spotted an alleyway, and ducked quickly inside.
After catching his breath a minute, Terry threw down the still unknown yet still cute boy to the ground, and pulled over a piece of flat discarded cardboard. Hearing the men coming closer, he threw himself on top of the other boy and pulled the cardboard over top of the both of them. He hushed faintly into the boy's ears, "Just... be quiet ...for awhile, ...ok?"

Heiko's eyes widened. When did this happen? The other boy was leading him now. And going a little faster than he himself could. He looked behind him at the men chasing them, wondering what happend that made them chase the other teen. Though he didn't have much time to think about it because he nearly tripped over his own feet, and then was pulled into an alleyway and thrown to the ground.
"Eh... ow," he murmured. The auburn haired teen was just getting ready to get up and ask what that was for, but again he was stopped in doing what he wanted to do. The stranger was... was laying on top of him with a piece of cardboard?!
"Just... be quiet... for awhile, ...ok?" he whispered in his ear. Heiko bit his lip and nodded a little. They were really close together. It was... awkward to say the least.
The voices of the men could be heard, and then faded off. When they were completed gone the Zercan looked up into pretty green eyes uncertainly. "They're... gone," he muttered, and looked away.

Terry could barely hear the boy's words, and much less could he hear anything going on around him. For he was caught within the gaze of the most breath-taking blue eyes he had ever seen in his young life!
He continued to stare down intently at the boy laying trapped beneath him. Slowly, lowering his head down, green hair falling around his face like a curtain, Terrence had just about come within centimeters of ghosting a kiss across the boy's lips. Suddenly, something in the back of his mind snapped, causing Terry to jerk himself up. The cardboard was thrown away.
Still on the ground, Terry was completely flushed at what almost just happened. 'I barely know this kid! What the ...hell am I doing?'
"I-I'm sorry, if caused you any trouble." Terry muttered, with green eyes cast downward, trying to avoid contact what so ever with the boy, afraid of what kind of reaction he would he see.
((sorry I would have posted last night, but I was just too tired from working ))

Heiko stared at the sky in shock, not able to move just yet. The guy had just... almost kissed him! It was pretty close, not that he would have minded if the other male had kissed him, but-wait! What was he thinking? They baerly knew eachother. They barely even barely knew eachother, actually. If that made any sense. He tilted his head, thinking over his thoughts thoughtfully.
The Zercan sat up slowly after about three minutes. He stared at the attractive male sitting beside him. His long, dark green hair fell in front of his face, hiding it from the other boy. Heiko tilted his head to the side again. This guy was different colors! A green and then rising up he became pale. It was so cool! And it made him look so exotic and beautiful....
He scooted over to him, cutting off the space between them. "You were going to kiss me," he stated, brushing the silky hair behind the boy's ear. Now he could see those amazing eyes again. "I think we should at least know eachother's names first, don't you?" he smiled. "My name is Heiko Kendrick."

Green eyes slowly traveled up the boy's body, memorizing every twitch, every movement of his lanky limbs, and every scrap of clothing that covered his body. Upwards, they continued stopping at intense blue eyes, filled with so much life, Terry could just stare into them for hours, and he almost did blocking out all sights and sounds around him. The merman almost missed what the boy said.
Blushing for a moment, not knowing what exactly to say, Terry quickly stumbled to his feet, and bowed his head, knowing that this meant a sign a respect on some planets. "Um...My name's Terrence Umeria. I'm from Parinenai..." He spoke softly, almost timidly.
Glancing back at Heiko, he smiled and nodded. However Terry then became curious, and ignoring Heiko completely now, green eyes darted from side to side, and he started to turn his gaze to other things around him. Like a small child, with a silly grin on his face, Terry wandered toward end of the alley and out to the main street.

Heiko smiled up at Terrence. The boy had a nice voice. It fit because the rest of him was nice, too. Suddenly he had a curious expression and began looking around, before walking away. That wasn't supposed to happen! The Zercan pouted and ran after him clumsily.
"Hey!" he called to the boy. "Where are you going? You can't leave yet, we just met." Without thinking really, he grabbed the other's arm. It was just something he did with his friends, holding eachother's arms and hugging, so he was used to it.

Terry froze as he felt the sudden hand grip his arm, stopping just before he got lost in the rush of the crowd. It looked back at the, Heiko was it? and then his shifted to the hand that held him fast. Terry wanted to release it. He wanted to explore, but the warmth eminating from the boy just felt so comfortable...so right...
Green eyes glanced back up after a few moments, staring seriously at the other. "Why? Why can't I go? I want to see of this place. I want to know more about the Zercans." Terry then smiled and leaned in close to Heiko. "Though I bet none of the others are as cute as you."
Terry pulled away again, his smile again replaced with a pondering look, "you are a Zercan, aren't you?"

Heiko's eyes widened a little. Was he being flirted with? Not that he minded.... But he had to argue with Terry's statement. The emerald eyed boy was way cuter than he was. At least, that was his opinion. Or maybe he was more pretty. The Zercan tilted his head and studied the other teen carefully. Though when he realized how long it had been since he'd been asked a question, he perked up.
"Oh! Yeah, I'm Zercan. And that's just one reason for you to stick with me!" he said with a nod. "What if those big guys saw you and decided to chase you again? You won't know where to go, and I can show you! ...Why were they chasing you, anyway? It was a mean thing for them to do."

Terry's eyes widened with joy and excitement, when he heard the boy say he was indeed a native of this Planet. He rushed forward taking the boy's hand in his jade-colored ones. He smiled. "Oh, please! Show me everything on this planet. I want to everything about this place!" Terry had begun to pull the other boy with him toward the crowd on the street.
As they started to walk, with Terry swinging their joined hands back and forth, the young merman couldn't help but keep looking over at Heiko, and pondering the boy's question.
"Hmm...I don't really know why they chasing me. All I wanted was some fish, and they wouldn't give me any."
Just then, a loud growl erupted from Terry's poor tummy, "That reminds me, I'm still hungry." the young man said with a little whine added.

Heiko frowned. "They wouldn't let you have a fish?" he repeated, and placed his free hand over their clasped ones. The truth was when Terry first grabbed his hand he'd been startled and hesitant. Holding hands was different than grabbing a friend's arm or hugging. The Zercan swallowed lightly. "That was mean of them."
Up ahead there was a small restaurant with the best seafood around, in his opinion anyway. "I know! I can take you to that seafood place! You know, since you seem to be in a fishy mood.... And I can tell you all I know about Zerca, too. It'll be really fun, won't it?" he smiled charmingly.

Terry at that moment when Heiko's hand clasped his own, he felt a warm chill run through out his body. It made the young man tremble a little.
Then his green eyes widened as he saw what Heiko was motioning to. It looked a like quiet small restaurant. It seemed inviting.
Terry licked his lips, hungrily, "Well come on then! Let's both have some lunch!" And with his hand still clasped in the other's grasp, Terry dashed toward the restaurant, bounding through the front door.
It did seem small, but that only heightened the fresh scent of the tender fish, which Terry saw swimming around in large tanks that surrounded the dwelling. Finally, green eyes laid upon one tank with a big beautiful fish swimming along merrily.
Terry licked his lips again, as he ran toward tank, jumped over a table in his way. Quickly he reached his hands into the cold water, however, the fish responded even more quickly and darted out his way.

Heiko rubbed his arm lightly. Terry really did like to pull him around, didn't he? He watched the boy run across the restaurant in confusion. What was he doing?? His eyes widened when he saw him stick his hands in one of the fish tanks. Everyone else was staring at him, too.
"Excuse me, Sir," a waiter said softly, walking up behind the green haired man. "But will you please refrain from sticking your hands in the fish tanks? While this is a seafood place, we would appreciate if you would order first... and we will take the fish to you. And if you don't get your hands out now, I'm afraid you may be kicked out."
