"Of course I'm jealous." Corbin replied in mock seriousness. "Who wouldn't want to be so devastatingly handsome?" He put a hand over his heart dramatically looking woebegone before inclining his head and dropping his voice also. "And of course I've heard about it and hell yes I'm in."
Corbin glanced at his brother before leaning in closer to the two males to whispered, "Just don't tell Bastien, he'll go blabbing about it to mother." He flashed Isis a mischievously handsome grin that almost cost him his life for Maddox wanted to tear into the kid.

"Our word of honor," Drik'a grinned, leaning on Conner. Isis just shook his head. "You guys are insane." he said, shaking his head.
"And Conner, I don't know what I'd do if you had lost that notorious flirt streak." he said, laughing again at the male's act. Isis tossed his black locks away again, saddened that he had lost his tie in the skirmish against Maddox.

"Only to those of the narrow mind." He grinned at Isis as he returned Drik'a leaning. "Oh, I'm sure you would have found another unsuspecting male to use your wiles on my love." Corbin teased mournfully, beeping Drik'a on the nose.
"Speaking of unsuspecting males, I think Mr. Steroids over there has a thing for you Isis. You shouldn't leave him panting." He added, winking saucily at the librarian only to dissolve into laughter.

"Screw you Corbin," Isis said with a roll of his gold-violet eyes.
"I've got an idea, gents! What say you we boys catch up a bit ne? Drinks are on Isis!" Orai grinned, moseying over and draping his arms around his cousins' necks.
"The hell they are! You pay," Isis said, glaring at Orai as his hair fell back into his face. He tossed it away again.
"Oh come on!" Orai teased, unbuttoning a couple of buttons on Isis' button up, exposing a bit of his tanned flesh. "Loosen up!" he grinned.
Isis pushed he cousin away lightly. "We can go, but I'm still not paying." he said with a smirk, tendrils of black hair brushing his chest.

Isis' words only seemed to make Corbin laugh harder. "I'm up for drinks." He agreed. "But no way am I paying. Last time I checked, my wallet had moth holes in it."
Overhearing the conversation, Maddox excused himself from the parents and sauntered over to Isis' side, getting a little close in the male's personal space as he stepped up behind him. The demon roved his eyes over Isis' exposed chest and wanted to run his fingers through the male's hair.
"How about drinks on me?" He asked in that rolling voice of his, giving a cheery smile. "I'd like to get to know the families of this new spa I'm gonna build."

Isis blinked as Maddox got too close to him. He moved away, to the other side of Corbin, staring at the male.
"No, thank--" Isis began. "I don't see why not," Orai grinned. "What's your name, dude?" he asked, raising a pierced eyebrow.
Isis folded his arms, seriously wanting to punch his dumb relative. Drik'a just chuckled, wrapping his arms about his cousins waist and swaying with him in an awkward dance type thing.
"Let me go, you fool," Isis laughed, pulling free.

Maddox's smile widened until he was positively beaming. The expression made him a little more friendly looking. "Name's Maddox. Nice piercings. I've been thinking about getting some snakebites myself." He complimented Orai, eyes still floating over to Isis.
"What place did you have in mind?" He asked the kid. Corbin watched Maddox suspiciously, sticking a little closer to Isis and Drik'a rather protectively. Who the hell was this guy and what was uncle thinking?

"Haha, thanks. My parents totally freaked, but I've had them since I was sixteen. Oh, and I've got a friend who owns a place," Orai said with a wave of his hand.
"Off we shall go!" he said, linking arms with Drik'a and Corbin, pulling them forwards, Drik'a pulling Isis along.
"Isi...you know my birthday is coming up soon, yes?" Drik'a grinned. "You are so gonna sing for me," he grinned.
"Nooooo...get Uncle Ry to do it, or Uncle Xero, or even Uncle Ji. Hell, my dad'll do it." Isis pleaded, he hated singing. Like his family members, he was gifted in it-- he, Drik'a and Orai were, but everyone claimed him to have the most beautiful voice.
"Pwease?" Drik'a pouted.
"No." he said, matching his cousin's pout.

Maddox followed after Orai, chuckling as he dragged the other males along. "I didn't know you sang Isis." The demon put in with a devilish grin. "I'm sure you'll be more happy to sing after a few drinks. When's the B-day Drik'a?" Maddox asked, swimming through the conversation smoothly like Isis didn't hate him at all.

Isis frowned at Maddox, but ignored him generally. He would make sure never to drink any alchohol in the presence of the unsettling demon.
"My birthday's in three days." Drik'a pouted. "ISIS!!!!! Please?" he asked, grabbing onto his cousin's arm fixing him with the "Eyes-of-doom."
Isis tried to resist, really he did, but he finally caved. "FINE Drik'a." he said exasperatly, his voice annoyed but still honey smooth. "But you have to sing WHENVER I ask you to. For a month." he said with an annoyed pout.
"Deal!" Drik'a grinned.

"Oh-ho he's got you Dri." Corbin chimed in. "Think you can handle all that singing?" He teased amid the general chatter. He wasn't sure what Maddox's deal was and wondered what had happened between him and Isis. He was so going to ask later.
"Well, I for one am looking forward to Isis singing." Maddox added like he was already invited to whatever party was thrown for Drik'a. The demon would hear the male sing if it was the last thing he did.

"It's okay, cause I'm gonna make him sing 'The Chain'--" Drik'a started, but was interrupted with a groan from Isis. "AND 'Delicate' " he grinned.
"I hate you." Isis pouted.
"Hey, 'the Chain' is fun!" Orai said, "We totally rock that song, and Delicate brings like whole crowds to orgasms." he laughed.

"Now I'm really interested." Maddox drawled. He was trying to figure out a way to get Isis to pay attention to him. Unfortunately the demon was at a loss. He wondered if he should grope the librarian again. That would at least get a reaction.

Drik'a jumped on Orai's back as they entered the tavern, Orai waving to a large, growly looking Dragonis as he led the group to a booth. Isis slid in, followed by Drik'a, Orai, and Corbin.

Since it was a rounded booth, Maddox slid in on the other side, coming to sit next to Isis. Immediately his arm went to rest on the back of the seat as he effectively lounged, letting the librarian's scent fill his nose.
"What's everybody getting so I can put in our drinks?" Corbin asked, still not wholly comfortable with Maddox around.
