Jazzy sighed, happy that he got his way in at least this, but rather unhappy that the freaky aliens would now know where he lived. He followed the two extraterrestrials off of the ship, looking around at the empty field. Somewhere, way off in the distance, he could hear a highway. They must have been halfway to Paris, Georgia .

Akelah inhaled the sharp smell of night, trying to scent out any danger. When he detected no threats (besides himself) to his made, he cleared his throat rather awkwardly. "Where do you live?" Came that disturbingly deep voice. The lion ignored his little brother, who was humming happily.

Jazzy frowned. "I live on the outskirts of the city, in Penbrook subdivision." he said finally. "I have no clue how far it is away from here." he said.

Akelah sighed, massaging his temples. "If I can get you back to that alleyway, would you be able to find your way home from there." He asked, tone actually conversational.

"Yeah, pretty much." Jazzy said, shrugging. He wondered if his truck was still at the club--Dean--the slimy bastard, probably already called the tow men for it.

"Hold onto my clothes kid." Akelah told his brother as he quickly disrobed, his skin shining like obsidian in the moonlight. After he had handed off his clothes, the lion shifted in a series of loud popping and refitting noises.
Moments past and soon, Akelah had transformed into the huge beast of a black lion that Jazzy had seen earlier. Akelah chuffed, indication that Corny and Jazzy get on.

Jazzy gasped, eyes wide and slightly fearfull. What the hell?! How did he--?!
Corny had to all but drag Jazzy over to the beast, Jazzy shaking slightly as he VERY hesitantly got on.

"It's okay." Corny soothed as he made sure that Jazzy was securely on Akelah's back. "He doesn't bite...much." He added a little wryly, hopping up himself behind Jazzy. The teen had his hands clasped securely around the human's waist, making sure he wouldn't fall.
After everyone was settled, Akelah was off like a shot, eating up the land as he ran back towards that alleyway.

As the group reached the alleyway, Jazz waited until the Lion stopped to get off, feeling a bit dizzy. He walked away from the two aliens without a backwards glance, just wanting to put this night out of his mind. The young man staggered a bit towards the other side of the alley, relieved that it was facing the parking lot.
He walked to his truck, lone in the darkened lot, and got in (magically, he had retained his keys), starting the machine up. He put on his seatbelt and rested his head against the familiar wheel, sighing.
"Weirdest. Fucking. Night. Ever." he sighed, before pulling off and making the twenty minute drive to his house.
Jazzy could have kissed the earth as his little two story house came into view. It was too big for just him, but his parents had given it too him and he wasn't complaining. He pulled his truck into the yard, before stepping out, going to his door and unlocking it. Jazzy walked inside to the drop down living room--everything just as his left it. His half beagle/ half basset hound mix Roller lay in his bed, turned over on his back. The dog opened a bleary eye before whuffing out a greeting and turning over. Jazz plopped down on the couch sighing. He was home.

"I can't believe humans live in places like this." Corny gasped as he walked through Jazzy's door with Akelah close behind, dressed again. Obviously they had followed the human, because there was no way the lion was letting his mate (mate!) out of his sight again. No way. The lock was an easy pick too which only made Akelah more nervous.
"Oh, brother look! A dog-thing." Cornny clapped, looking at the mixed breed.

Roller jumped up and immediately started barking at the two intruders, and Jazzy just groaned, rolling onto the floor. He had pulled his shirt off and draped it over the back of the couch until the AC kicked in.
"What the hell man?!" he exclaimed, looking up at the two tiredly as he stood to go grab Roller's collar. "Really? Ten minutes? I couldn't have ten minutes alone at home to forget ya'll ever existed?" he asked. He pulled Roller to his kennel, muscling the 80 pound beast away and quieting him before turning back to the intruders.
"What do you want?" he asked, crossing his tattooed arms over his bare chest.

Akelah crossed his arms also. Why couldn't he have an easy, submissive mate? "Because." He stated firmly. "I want to keep you in my sights." Corny opened his mouth to explain the mate thing again, but the big lion gave his little brother a light thumb to silence him
"We shall stay here, with you." The overbearing male stated.

Jazzy sighed, looking heavenward. "For the love of--you know what? Fine. Ya'll can stay tonight, but first thing in the morning, you're leaving or I'm calling the FBI." he sighed, walking upstairs. "You." he pointed to Akelah. "You stay down here. There's a room off the hallway to the left. Corny you can come upstairs and have the room across from mine." he said as he turned to lead Corny upstairs.

Sue they were leaving in the morning. Akelah just nodded his head like he wasn't a liar. He was slightly irked that Corny got to go with Jazzy, but the lion couldn't kill his own brother, now could he?
Sighing in dismay, he obediently left for the pointed out room, wondering what the hell an FBI was.

After Jazzy had gotten everyone settled, he went to his room, closing and locking the door before pulling off his pants and falling across his large bed. He sighed, almost happily as he fell greatfully to sleep.
The next morning, Jazzy woke up, rolling out of bed--hair a mess and joints sore. He caught his reflection in the mirror and blinked. He hand bruises on his wrists shaped like fingers and ones on his back that looked like he had been slammed against a wall.
"What the hell did I do last night?" he wondered to himself as he went into his bathroom to wash his face and brush his teeth. He looked at the bathroom clock and nearly choked on his toothpaste. It was eleven o'clock! He was 3 hours late for work!
Jazzy hurridly finished all of his morning duties, combing down his spikey black hair and going for his door. It was locked--that was odd. Why would he?
Suddenly, everything came back to him in a flash, and Jazzy groaned. He walked over to the phone, dialing the company and telling them that he had "Family from out of town" in today and he probably wouldn't make it today. However--he was going to the hospital today if it killed him. He also called AT&T and ordered a new cellphone. He sighed as he went to shower, before pulling on some simple black boxers and a pair of jeans that fit low on his hips and hugged his body.
He didn't bother with a shirt--it was his house after all--and opened the door to face the music.
