Mark wasn't sure if he should believe Jengo, but it seemed he really wasn't lying. "Your close though..." He would assume they were alike in some ways, but he supposed that he might be wrong. "Tell me, where do you plan to go from here?" He assumed the Zercan would have plans.

"Well, I plan to keep working, perhaps work my way up. Or maybe I'll take my cousin up on working with him. That part of my life I tend to only think as things come up, but I plan to always be able to support my familly. As with Masaya, I plan to live a happy kitful life with him, and cherish him, and take him to fancy or pretty places when his heart so desires," was Jengo's answer.

Masaya was really touched by Jengo's words, he had to wonder if that was really what his future would be like. He certainly hadn't imagined settling into the simple life like that. Would he still work a his parent's club, he imagined he would. This was something he needed to think on a bit more, to have two more people in his life he'd care about so much.
"I see..." It seemed Mark was considering the answer given to him. "Well, as long as you basically know where your going with this." He seemed to accept something here. "I'm not saying I'm all good and well with you yet, so I'll be watching you to make sure you treat Masaya right." A picture was worth a thousand words after all, he just had to see for himself.

"Yes sir, I understand," Jengo said and bowed a little to Mark. "You and your mate are welcome to drop by anytime."

Mark was glad to hear it seemed Jengo understood. "The way you say that, am I to assume you plan to have Masaya move into your place soon?" He was hoping he would at some point, not because he wanted his son gone, but because it was only proper.

"Yes, whenever it can be arranged," Jengo answered. He really wasn't sure how long he could take not being in the same house as his mate.

Masaya had imagined that it would happen at some point, but hearing that he really would be able to stay with Jengo was entirely different then assuming. He couldn't help but smile.
Mark gave a nod to what he heard. "That's up for Masaya to decide." He would never think to kick his own son out.
Suddenly he caught a familiar voice from the kitchen. "Dinner's almost down," It was Aroe, who seemed to spend the longest time in the kitchen, trying to make something that didn't take forever to make. He was just letting everyone know what was going on.
"Will you be staying for dinner?" Mark asked now, figuring he knew the answer already.

"If you'll have me and Lel," Jengo said.

Mark didn't need to ask anything else then. "Then you'll be staying," He really couldn't say different now, Aroe was expecting it and he'd be in trouble if he made them leave.
Aroe was just about ready to serve the food, he just needed to clear the leftovers on the table, he wondered how Lel was doing, he really hoped he hadn't spoiled his appetite too much with all the sweets, had he eaten and drunk everything by now. "Hey sweetie," Aroe paused to look back at Lel. "Do you have room to eat more?" What he had made was a quick stew, hopefully he could, even if it was just a bit.

Lel smiled at Aroe. "I'll eat anything my new shiny grandmothers makes."

Aroe was overjoyed to hear Lel's words. "I'm happy to hear that," He smiled up down at the boy, actually moving to kiss him on the cheek. "You such a sweet boy," She was lucky to have such a wonderful grandson, or so he was thinking he was wonderful. "Now, I'll clean up a bit, then serve the food." He was already moving to pick up the leftovers on the table, bringing them to the trash, or the sink, then he quickly took up the bowls and started to place some of the food on them. Seeing as how it was stew, he didn't think a plate would work.
Masaya was smiling at Jengo now, considering his previous words. He took a chance with kissing him on the cheek again.

Jengo smiled at Masaya after he'd kissed him then headed into the kitchen to find Lel, holding Masaya's hand in his so that the red head was pulled along.

Aroe was quick to set the table up, clearing it up and excusing himself as he had to move around Lel a few times, if he didn't move eventually himself. He did eventually catch sight of Masaya and Jengo coming in, he stopped, halfway done with setting things up, when he spotted the two lovebirds. "I hope Mark hasn't given you two a hard time." He spoke, going about setting everything up now, putting the plates he had filled with food on the table, then came the drinks. If anyone wanted more, he had no problem getting it.
Masaya happily went along with Jengo, moving along with him, smiling as he did so.
Mark trailed behind his son and his mate, he had to admit that no matter what.

Jengo took a seat beside Masaya, Lel opting to sit beside his new grandmother. "The food looks delicious," Jengo complimented.

Aroe accepted the complement with a smile, looking towards Jengo, after noting everyone had taken a seat. "Thank you, I would hope it does," He spent quite a bit of time on it, it would have been horrible if it looked...horrible. "I really hope you enjoy it, go ahead and dig in." Nothing special was done before they ate, so it was alright, unless it was a special occasion, and though he considered this one of sorts, it was still fine to go ahead.
Mark took the seat on the opposite side of Lel, next to Aroe. He knew his mates cooking was always good so he had no worries about that.
Masaya smiled a bit as he looked at everyone around the table, finding it a very heartwarming sight. He had his family here, and the new family he had included, with his mate. He considered adding something to the conversation, but went ahead and took up a spoon to start eating the stew his mother made, taking in one sip of it, loving it already. "Its wonderful mother," Masaya complimented his mother with a smile.
