There he was. Seated on stood in front of a bar. A bar Masaya's parents owned. In fact, they owned the whole building. A club. A rather nice one, after fixing a few things. Then it was up and running. This would be the day it opened. After helping his parents with this and that, they were finally opening the place. And they expected him to be a waiter, or take on some kind of job. He just, couldn't do nothing,
Well, that was simple enough. As soon as night fell, and the music started, he would move to the beat of the music. Or would, if he got a break. It was nearing nightfall. Already the sky was dark. A sky he still wasn't familiar with. It was so strange. How he used to live on Earth and now he was here, Sensaforia.
There wasn't much earning either. The transition took place just like that. His career, possibly put on a permanent hold. He could be here indefinitely. At this place, his parents ended up being given. Inherited by some relative he never met. It wasn't exactly a bad thing. This was something new, something to be excited about. That was how he saw things. But now, he was a bit unsure. He was just like any other person, being brought into a whole new setting. Even his father was a bit nervous, not as much as he was though.
Oh well, Masaya just had to deal with this. He wasn't exactly a complainer either. Something he thought, as he stood up, seeing their first customer enter. He was currently dressed in, what was supposed to be his uniform. Black and white. Much like the uniforms he saw on Earth. He wore it, with his hair tied back in a low pony tail, his bangs framing his face still. He was told he didn't look bad. He hoped now.
It was just by luck, they were able to get some assistance from old friends. Well, his bearers old friends. And a few who actually wanted to work at this new place. If everything went well, this could be a popular place. He hoped that were so fortunate. He could hear the music in the background now, and he mentally wished himself, and this place good luck. He was nervous, a bit, but he certainly wasn't going to show it. Crowds of people were something he was use to. Thankfully.

Jengo growled lightly at the little midnight blue kit jumping around him batting at his tools. Even at eight Lel still acted like a much younger kit. "Stop that, Lel, and come help me if you want to mess with the tools so much." The kit just frowned and turned away. Jengo sighed, but smiled anyways. Even if Lel was annoying him, he couldn't bring himself to stay angry at him for long. Those eyes, big, bright, and deep blue reminded Jengo so much of him.
There was a sting in his chest, very faint, but still there, and Jengo twitched his eyes. How long had it been, four years?
Tightening a few screws on the bath he was working on, Jengo stood up and turned to Lel who was attempting to climb a book case. "Hey, don't do that!"
Startled, the Lel fell and glared at his father as he stood and rubbed his hindquarters. "Geezk, dad, don't go yelling at people like that."
Jengo flicked his son's ear. "Come on, we've got to get to the next job. Some club is about to open and they need a few last minute repairs."
Lel's eyes widened and he fallowed Jengo excitedly announcing he'd never been to a club all the way there. Jengo lightly knocked on the door to the club before entering. "Hello, it's the repairman."

Standing off to the side, until he was needed, Masaya found himself being asked to tend to some repairman. They had to have something fixed. His bearer knew more about the details then he did. It seemed better if his bearer took it instead. But the least he could do was take this, right. Best to get this over with before anyone really came.
"Hello," Masaya spoke, as he approached the man he heard called himself the repairman. "I'd like to thank you, for coming on such short notice." That was kind of what last minute repairs were. Right? Or was he mistaken. He didn't know anything about fixing stuff.
Silver hies took a moment to look over the repairman. He was...different. So far, he was use to simply seeing Sensaforian's, but he could tell this guy wasn't one. He only knew so much about these other races. So far, on his list, there were just two. He mainly knew about. Then there were others he heard about, but couldn't recall. The two he did know about, well it was what he was. So, what was this guy here? He was tempted to ask, but it wasn't really his place to make conversation. This guy had to work.
"The things you have to fix, it's over there." He pointed towards a stage like area. He supposed he should show him, in case he didn't know.

"It's no problem," Jengo said taking a quick over veiw of the man before him. Quite a pretty specimen, he noted before turning his attention to his work.
Lel tugged on Jengo's shirt, and Jengo looked down at him. "What is it, Lel?"
The little boy looked straight at Masaya and said in a loud whisper, "He's really pretty."
Jengo's eyes widened and he patted the boy on his head before turning to the other man. "Sorry about that, he's at the age where shiny and pretty things catch his eye."

Masaya noted the young boy with the repairman. He was cute. He smiled down at him a bit, just before hearing what he said. Rather loud enough for him to hear. He wasn't that far from him.
"It's just fine." Really he saw no reason to think negatively of a compliment. "He's rather cute himself." He noted by now, this had to be the man's son. They just looked similar in that way. That was cute to. A father, bringing his son to work.

Jengo gave a faint smile before turning to the item he was suppose to fix. "So, what's wrong with it, or is that why I'm here?" It was said as a light joke, but Jengo had been called many times to a situation where the customer knew not what the problem was and it ended up being something quite simple.

Oh wow, Masaya really felt the fool here. If not just lacking in knowledge. "I'm afraid that's why you're hear." He gave a sort of, nervous laugh. Brushing aside a few strands of his dark red hair that fell across his face.
He wished he had more knowledge on this kind of stuff. But them if he did, he didn't suppose they would need a repairman.

Jengo just flashed Masaya a small grin. "No worries, it's my job. But, I might need you to keep this little brat here busy for me in return. He's been restless for the past few jobs. Mind playing with him?"
Lel stared up at the pretty red haired man with big deep blue pleading eyes.

Masaya hadn't really noticed before, but with that flashed smile. He noted the repairman, was a very handsome guy. Something he figured he shouldn't be thinking. With the guy having a kid. That meant, he had to have had a...mate. That was what they were called here, right?
Relationships, they were a bit different here. Or were they the same. Oh, it really didn't matter. The point was, he figured this guy was taken.
"I don't mind," Playing with the guys kid. That was fine with him. He liked kids. He never had a kid brother, so he figured this would be like that. If not like a babysitting job.
"What would you like to do...Lel?" That was what he heard the man call the kid. So, he hoped he had gotten that right.

Jengo smiled a bit before going at his work leaving Lel to terrorize this customer.
Lel thought for a minute before a grin spread across his face. "How about tackle?" Before an answer, he'd shifted into his cat form and pounced on Masaya.

There was no way Masaya was expecting the boy yo turn into a cat. He was just debating on accepting that game. He was going to go with it. Why not, whatever the kid wanted. But then he changed into a cat. Not a very large one mind you, he was a kid, but still it was enough to freak him about a bit.
Considering, this was the first time he's seen that happen... outside of a movie based on fiction, or even sci-fi. Sure, his mother, his bearer, had told him about creatures who could do this. He believed they were called Zercan's, but that still didn't prepare him.
Either way, he came to yelp as he was pounced. Partly from the surprise, and the fact he got a bit of a scare. He just had to remember, he wasn't dealing with humans. An obvious thing to consider, when he found himself on the floor, with a cat on him. One that was once a boy.

Lel grinned down at Masaya as best he could in his cat as he sat on his chest. A purr of victory errupted from his chest. Jengo rolled his eyes and went over to pluck his son off of his customer and placing him gently on the floor with a scolding glare before reaching a hand out to help Masaya up.
"Sorry about that, he's a little misheveous at times. Nothing's damaged?"

Masaya actually had to reconsider his earlier thoughts. Sure, the boy turning into a cat, wasn't normal by Earth standards. But even he had to admit. It was cool. And the boy in either form, was cute. He just, didn't care much for being tackled.
It was a relief, to have the boy off of her. When the repairman came to help him up. He took his hand, pulling himself up, with his help.
"Its alright...kids, will be kids." He wasn't sure he was using the correct term, but the boy was still a kid. He believed the correct term, might have been kits, but he wasn't sure.
Taking a brief moment to look over himself, Masaya took note of the only thing that he thought might be damaged. He was sure he would feel, if he was hurt. "Well, my uniform could be better shape, but I'm just fine, don't concern yourself with it."
His uniform, it seemed a little filthy, nothing serious. Just what anyone would expect to happen, when something white touched the floor. The place was fairly clean though. He just wasn't very lucky. That was unfortunate, but that wasn't going to ruin his night.

Jengo quirked a brow at the way his costumer said kids instead of kits. "Ah, yes," he said. He'd alose noticed that the red haired man had been quite surprised Lel's shape shifting. "Have you never seen a Zercan's cat for before? You just seemed a bit surprised than most would be."

Masaya felt a bit embarrassed, at what he thought was a clear lack of knowledge. The fact the repairman here, had asked him about a race, he was only familiar with through his mother. He had told him about some he could expect to see, but then he went and forgot quite a bit. He was sure the info was still up there somewhere. It wasn't like he was a ditz. He was just...nervous. Something he wasn't familiar with, well not since he first started modeling.
Ever since he came here, mentioning he was from Earth, he found people seemed to find that humorous. Calling it a backwater planet, or something of the sort. It made him feel like he was from the country side, or that was the best way to describe it. When comparing.
"Actually, I haven't." He gave a sort of nervous smile. "I'm from Earth, I haven't been here long." He referred to the planet. And stopped thee. The guy didn't need his life story, so he wasn't going to mention anymore. He knew, he would babble on once he got started. And he didn't need another reason to embarrass himself.
