Sonny sighed deeply before smiling gently at his mate and taking Darius' hands, bottom of his cloak soaked from the ocean. He felt that, even if just a little, he was a little closer to breaking that wall on Darius' heart.

Darius flashed Sonny a small smile, twining his fingers with the hand in his own. He walked back along the beach the way he had come, heading to the spa once again.

Sonny returned the smile and squeezed Darius' hand lightly almost running into his youngest brother who darted up to him, smiling.
"Oh good!" Harmony exclaimed, "You found him." Then the red haired boy was off. Sonny turned to Darius.
"He's my youngest brother, he's fourteen. He's the only barer that lives here with us, so do feel free to talk with him if you so wish. He is quite good when needing cheering up." Then, he started walking around the spa with Darius, not really having anywhere pariticular to go.

Darius blinked, watching Harmony dart off again. What a cute child, he couldn't help but think. He nodded at Sonny's words unsure if he wanted to talk to anyone but Sonny. He didn't know where they were going, but was curious nonetheless
*I saw...your brothers have many children. How many nephews do you have?" Darius asked shyly.

Sonny thought for a moment. "Hmm. Let's see. 3 from the eldest then 2 then 2 then 1 then 4 then 3. Fifteen and one on the way."

Darius gasped shock. So many! The Fae blushed a little at his reaction, smoothing a hand down his shirt and ultimately his stomach thoughtfully. *Could we...perhaps...go and see them?" He asked in that same tentative voice.

"My nephews," Sonny said. "Well, they are not all here, but my sixth brother's children are in the nursery with the baby. Would it please you to see the baby?"

*Yes, very much so.* Darius whispered. He hadn't ever seen a baby...before. From afar, yes. but never up close.

"Alright," Sonny agreed and led Darius into a room where two blue haired toddlers roamed a room and a crib sat in the corner with a golden haired newborn that resembled Sonny quite a bit.

Darius smiled at the two toddlers, touching the closest one's blue hair daintily. The Fae moved to the crib, peering at the baby inside. Enchanted, he tickled the tummy of the gurgling baby before touching the tuft of golden hair.
*He looks like you." Darius told Sonny in a delighted tone. "May I...hold him?" He asked.

"Certaintly," Sonny said gently picking up the babe and laying it in Darius' arms. "There, he likes you. Only his parents and I will he allow to hold him without crying."

Surprised, Darius held the baby gingerly before smiling tenderly down at him. *Hello.* He cooed to the cute little thing, bumping nose with the infant in a very gentle moment. *He's so soft.* Darius murmured as he cuddled the child.

Sonny couldn't help the flood of happiness that made its way through his body at the sight of Darius holding a babe that resembled so much himself. He wanted to see this picture many more times in the future. Suddenly a thought struck him, one he felt silly for not considering before. He gently wrapped an arm around his mate and poked at his nephew's nose, black eyes soft. "Do you like children, Darius?"

Darius blushed shyly at the question. *I think so.* He replied in a gentle voice, leaning against his mate. *I think this one at least.* He added with a smile, nuzzling the happily gurgling baby in his arms.
