Morgan knew Zach wouldn't stop for him. But, the boy would stop in the name of physics and gravity, it seemed. Before he could get close enough to catch the dark-haired boy, Zach was already on the ground. He stopped a good four feet away from the fallen boy, weighing the benefits and risks of trying to help the other up. After deciding he liked being generally healthy and uninjured, he sat at the distance he had first stopped at. The way he sat was odd. His knees were bent below him, balancing his upper body on his heels and his entire weight on his toes. His arms were bent in front of him, resting against his legs. Thanks to being far from human, balance wasn't much of an issue. But, as uncomfortable as he was in such a position, he didn't even want to consider how 'great' it must've felt to lie on one's back in a filthy alley. He watched in silence until the younger boy sat up and addressed him.
"You don't get it... I can't find anyone else. There isn't anyone else besides you. There's no one else I would be happy with," Morgan stated quietly. It hurt to hear the other say he didn't want him and that he didn't want to be loved. Zach had said he wanted to be alone and it made Morgan a bit sad to think of the boy in front of him living his life in solitude. He wanted Zach to be happy, alright, but he doubted anyone could truly be happy all by theirselves. He wanted to be the one--the only one, at that--that made the other happy. To just see Zach crack a smile would've made Morgan's day. By what he had observed thusfar, he assumed getting a smile out of the other was a rare occurence, it if happened at all. That was another thing that made him sad. But the worst of all was when Zach told him to disappear. It simply went on past the pain of being rejected by his mate, the person that he thought would always love him unconditionally. Ever since he had been a little kid, he had wanted to stand out. He maintained amazing grades so that people would praise him and revere him for being intelligent. His sense of sarcasm was a force to be reckoned with, simply because he wanted to make people laugh. The clothes he wore, the piercings he had gotten, and the terrible things he participated in were all means to attract attention to him. He had always feared 'disappearing' and now his mate was telling him that he wanted him out of his life forever? The pain was indescribable.
Morgan sighed at length, unsure of what to do. He had been ecstatic that he had found his mate at first, but now that terrible empty feeling was back. Zach didn't love him and he never wanted to see him again. Now that he had found his mate, it didn't matter if anyone else paid him any attention. All he wanted was Zach's approval and what he was getting was far from it. The other hated him, not loved. He would do anything for the other, but he wasn't sure that he could just 'disappear'. That was his one huge fear in life... But, if that's what Zach really wanted... It was an awkward and confusing situation, but finally Morgan's loyalty to his newfound mate won the mental debate on what to do.
"I'm sorry," He mumbled, looking from Zach to an unimportant corner of the alleyway. It hurt to look at him after he'd said such things, "I would do anything for you, so if you want me to disappear, I'll do it. If you can't get up, I'll take you back to your house or where ever you want to go and I'll be gone from your life forever. Is that what you want?"

Drake had an idea of the place the other was talking about. He hadn’t been here long, but he’d been around town a lot. He liked going to new places and thus, had made his mission to know every nook and cranny of the city. It seemed like Adair really liked sweets. He had to remember to get the other something for the next time he saw him. He wasn’t sure when that’d be though. The other probably had school and some strict parents, so they’d probably only have limited time together. It really sucked, but there was nothing he could do about it. If he tried to take up all of the other’s time, he could get Adair into trouble or something. Drake was sure the boy’s parents would want to know where he was and that was another problem. If Adair told, they might forbid the boy from ever seeing him again. He could see what the parent’s position on this was, but that was unfair. He wanted to spend time with Adair. Then there was Zach. As much as he loved his friend, he was sure the boy would scare the hell out of his mate. It was bad enough Zach was morbid and depressed all the time, the boy was rude and said mean things all the time. Sometimes, he said things that made others cry. Adair seemed like he was very sensitive and Drake didn’t want to see the other cry.
Even if Adair was the person he loved, Zach wouldn’t treat him any differently than anyone else. In fact, Drake had cried more than a few times at Zach’s harsh words. The boy was good at making people cry and not only that; he had a thing about bluntly telling you the truth. He didn’t sugarcoat things or let people down gentle. When Zach said something, it was like a massacre. Maybe it had been a good idea to not bring Zach after all… Drake gave the other a smile as he listened to him speak. It was cute how Adair could get so excited over something so simple. But then again, this was ice cream and there was nothing better than ice cream. He blinked when he noted the other had let go of his hand. Drake began to panic. He went through everything he’d said to figure out what he’d done to make Adair made. The blonde was ready to cry now. Why wasn’t the other holding his hand? Had he upset the other? Theory after theory came to mind as he continued to search for something to do or say.
But then he’d seen the other’s blush and he felt his own cheeks heat up. If possible Adair looked ever cuter. He wondered if they other hadn’t gotten embarrassed of flustered before. He was so confused and scared about what was happening when there was nothing wrong. He shook his head a little. The way the other was so innocent and naïve warmed his heart. It was cute too see the other like this and he was glad Adair wasn’t freaking out. He didn’t handle freak outs that well. For one thing, he had never been good at calming people down or making them feel better. It had always been a challenge for him and he’d always ended up doing something to make them cry harder or something.
“It’s alright,” he assured the other. “Nothing’s wrong… People’s faces get red when they’re really happy and I guess that means you were really happy, ne? Why don’t we keep going then? I promised you some ice cream, didn’t I? Besides, I want to hear you talk about yourself. I want to get to know you better since we’re going to be best friends. It doesn’t matter if it’s not important or something, just tell me everything about yourself. I won’t be bored at all.”

"Everything?" Adair asked, not quite sure what to say. He could've told the other lots of things but now that he had been prompted to do such, he didn't have any clue. But, after a second of unsure silence, he spoke, "Well, er... I have an older brother... I'm only 5'6, but I don't mind being that short. People think I'm a girl a lot, but I don't mind that either. Girl's are really pretty anyway, so I guess it would be a compliment. Uh.. I wake up at five thirty every morning, whether I have school or not... My curfew is at ten thirty, but I've never missed it before. Really, I've never stayed awake past eleven at night because I'm always really tired, but that's alright.... Oh! I work at a cafe near the center of the town. I don't really need the money or anything, but I started there with a friend and I liked it there too much to quit when he moved away."
Adair came to a quick stop on the ongoing list of random facts. He supposed that was enough. Besides, he knew he wasn't the most interesting person. He wasn't like Morgan, who always had interesting stories of what had happened to him throughout the day. Adair was just normal. He didn't have weird or amusing friends like Morgan did and no one seemed that quick to befriend him at all. But now he had Drake, so maybe he would have a few interesting stories of his own after a while. His life wouldn't be so boring and plain anymore and he would have someone to hang around with and laugh with. He hadn't had that in a while and he was missing it dearly.
"Do you want to know anything else?" Adair asked, wondering if the other would ask him anything in specific. That would've been easier than just listing off facts about himself. But, still, he didn't want to talk about himself anymore. He had given out personal information and now he wanted to hear about Drake, "Tell me things about you, now! I want to know things about you, too."
He had no doubt in his mind that Drake would be much more interesting than he thought he was himself. Someone like this just had to be interesting. Even if he wasn't, Adair had wanted to know everything possible about this other male. He wanted to know where he was born, what month his birthday was in, his favorite color, what kind of music he liked to listen to... They were stupid things, the majority of what he wanted to know, but that didn't change the fact that he wanted to know them.

This person…was confusing… First he wouldn’t leave him alone and now he said he’d go away if that’s what he wished. Zach hadn’t met someone like him before. He wasn’t sure what to make of Morgan. The man was annoying, but he was kind of nice too. It made his head spin to think about. Most people didn’t give him a headache like this man did. It was hard to figure out what Morgan wanted from him. He knew the other was Zercan, so that meant he wanted the basic things like impregnating his mate and being with him always. He sighed. It was becoming much too troublesome to push the other away. Even though he preferred being alone, he’d be even more annoyed avoiding Morgan than anything else. The man said he’d leave him alone, but he doubted that. The other’s Zercan side wouldn’t let him give up that easily. In fact, Zach was sure the other would try to pull some crazy stunt in hopes of winning him over. There was just no escaping the guy he supposed. It would have been better if the other had been human. It would have been easier to get away from the other if he’d been human. But of course, this guy was a full Zercan and probably a bit stronger than he was. He couldn’t win against this guy. It was really quite troublesome. Zach slowly stood up from the ground. He looked at himself to make sure nothing else was torn or dirty.
The floor hadn’t been as filthy as he’d thought it’d be, but he had gotten a bit dirty. He looked up at the sky and noted it was still a bit early. Drake wouldn’t be home for a long while and he really had nothing to do. He had some homework, but that would get done quickly tomorrow. He looked over at Morgan again. The other wasn’t as annoying as most people he supposed. At least the other hadn’t claimed he was lonely and needed lots of friends. Zach hated people who thought they knew what was best for him. He was the one that knew what was best for himself. When other people tried to get in his way, it pissed him off. They were quite stupid he supposed. He hated people that thought they knew everything. They made it seem like they knew what was wrong with him and thought they could help him. They always gave up on him anyway. The boy walked over to Morgan and grabbed the other’s hand in his own. He then began to pull the other out of the alley.
“You have to impregnate me, right?” Zach asked calmly. “Fine then, we can go to your house.”
He was too tired to argue about this anymore. He knew Zercan’s needed claim their mates before it became official and it was better to do this now than later. It wasn’t like he cared about losing his virginity and he knew the other could tell he was a virgin. This was just sex and besides, once the other claimed him, maybe he’d try less to win him over. He sure hopes so because this had gotten quite annoying. The other continued to tug at the other, even though he really didn’t know where the other lived. Ah well, it couldn’t be helped he supposed. It was better to jut go ahead and do this. Still, he couldn’t believe he was agreeing to sleep with this man and bear his children. Zach didn’t even like children that much. But oh well, it wasn’t something he had any control over anymore.

Drake hadn’t lied when he said he’d listen to Adair. He had clung to the boy’s every word and nodded at what the other said. He wanted to remember everything about the other so they could know each other very well. Usually, he didn’t bother learning about other people. It was another thing he wasn’t proud of. He usually found it easier to simply tune someone out and pretend they weren’t talking. He had learned that if he nodded his head enough, people thought he was paying attention. Of course, he wouldn’t do that to Adair. The kid was too cute, even if he was short. Then again, he was the same height as Zach…so that meant…both were midgets! He noted the other had odd sleeping hours, but then maybe he was the one with the odd sleeping patterns… He usually went to sleep after midnight and woke up at noon or something. He really had a crazy schedule he supposed. The boy was just so proper and good that it made Drake wonder where all his innocence came from. Someone that did such mature things shouldn’t be so innocent, yet Adair really was that way. The boy was more responsible that he was and probably never did wild crazy things. Drake too thought Adair looked like a female, but it was a good thing. It was a compliment he supposed.
“Ne, I’m nineteen and I live with my little brother in an apartment,” Drake told the other as he tried to think of something interesting to say. “I go to a university near where I live and erm…I like blue! And lots of sweet things! Ne, I’m from Spain and I looove Spanish! It’s the best language ever! Have you ever been to Spain? It’s awesome there! Ah! My brother’s name is Zach! Did I mention that? He’s fifteen and he’s the same height as you, isn’t that cool? Anou…he can be a mean boy sometimes, so don’t mind him. Let’s see…I’m a natural blonde of course and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. Me? Dye my hair? Pfft. Let’s see… Ah! I like sports a lot and I love to run! I can run really fast too! Isn’t that cool? Do you like sports too? I can teach you to play something!”
It was nice to know the other wanted to get to know him too. It had been a while since he’d had a decent conversation with someone. He either talked to someone he was going to sleep with or Zach and neither was good company. This person was good to talk to. He didn’t mind telling Adair about himself. Even though sometimes he said silly things or found it hard to speak, he wouldn’t care if Adair made fun of him. Of course, anyone else would have gotten their asses kicked. When it came to things like this, Drake would only let Adair get away with it. This person could probably do anything he wanted and Drake wouldn’t stop him. He was powerless against the other he supposed. The boy had a hold on him that wouldn’t let go. It was like the boy had seduced him when he hadn’t been paying attention. That was probably it thought because he couldn’t explain his feelings any other way.

"I... Okay, sure... That sounds nice..?" Morgan stuttered, not quite sure what to say. One minute, Zach was telling him that he wanted him to disappear and the next, he wanted to have sex with him. Morgan couldn't figure Zach out, either. As odd as he seemed to Zach, the younger teen was just a complete and total mystery to him. He knew he didn't sound the coolest as he choked out his reply, but he was in complete and total shock. Was Zach being serious? He didn't even know where he lived and yet he was leading the way... Was he just going to lead him to a random place and run off again? He hoped not, but if Zach really didn't want to be with him, he couldn't just force the other to tolerate his presence.
As he walked, he looked down at their joined hands and smiled. He liked holding the younger boy's hand and the blunt request from earlier didn't seem nearly as bad. It wasn't gone from his mind completely, but he was getting close to forgetting it. But, what if he was just saying these things for some other reason, not because he really wanted to? It seemed probable. After all, it just didn't seem right for someone to want to sleep with someone they had just said they wanted to disappear, whether they were mates or not. Morgan pushed the thought to the back of his mind again, obediently following after Zach.
"So, what's your name, anyway? You never told me," Morgan asked, not thinking to correct the boy one which direction they were heading in. It was the wrong way to get to his home, but he had been too shocked by the contact with the other to notice, "You don't have to tell me if you don't want to, but I just think it would be kind of weird to sleep with you without knowing your name.."

“Zach,” the boy answered simply. “Zachary Kelsly.”
He realized he had no idea where they were heading and stopped walking. It was pointless to walk around in circles. It wasn’t like he had much time anyway; he had to go home before Drake came back. Not only that, but if he stopped to think about it, he’d lose his nerve and back out. It wasn’t like he was scared of losing his virginity, he had just never thought about it before. It had never really seemed important and things Zach didn’t deem important were put out of his mind. He didn’t bother thinking about useless things. Zach had always figured he’d die a virgin, though. He had never been attractive or had the desire to let anyone touch him. That’s another reason he found it odd that Morgan was so attracted to him. There were better people to have as his mate. At school, there were people everyone thought were ‘beautiful.’ Surely the other was better off with someone like that. Morgan seemed like the type of person that enjoyed attention and such, so it was only obvious he go out with someone that got lots of attention. This person liked fun things and going out, none of which Zach enjoyed. Out of everyone, why was Morgan after him?
He was the school’s outcast. He was too smart for his own good and too odd to ever be liked. He was considered a loner and someone to avoid. People either avoided him or purposely did things to make his life miserable. He was a dirty half-bred, not someone that deserved to be loved, so why did the other want him? The boy glanced at the other, thinking about what his next move should be. He looked the other over again before letting go of his hand. This was rather annoying now. The other hadn’t even told him where he lived yet. For some reason, the other looked really stupid at the moment. What was with that expression anyway? Zach felt like smacking the other, but refrained from doing so. That wouldn’t really help and would probably just make the other angry or something. But then again, it might be fun to see Morgan angry.
“I don’t know where you live,” he stated as though the other were annoying him, which he was. “Tell me where you live or lead the way better yet. Don’t stand there looking like a moron, do something. You’re a Zercan! You’re supposed to be smart! Don’t stand there like a dumbass!”

Adair stared at the other as he talked, unsure how someone could sound so enthusiastic about peddling out random facts about themselves. It wasn't annoying, though. In fact, it was quite adorable. Adair loved how the other acted odd whenever he told him things. Of course, this was different from the jerky, start-and-stop, stutter-filled explanations from before. It was a lot more endearing. He was too wrapped up in listening to the other to immediately answer the questions he was posed. When it finally sunk in that it was his turn to resume the conversation, he smiled, "I can't run very fast or do much of anything, so I haven't ever played any sports. I like watching, though. It's interesting."
Adair had tried to play soccer once when he was younger, but that had ended badly. He had never been able to run as fast as the other kids or kick as well. He was too fragile to occupy the goal and even outside it, the 'No hands' rule was one hard to come by. He had ended up quitting the team before the coach had kicked him off himself. It was an easy thing for him to let go, after all. He had only made a fool out of himself and had made enemies, not friends. There had been nothing gained out of it, so he didn't care to just forget it and never join up with any sort of sport ever again. He already had enough emotional scarring from one sporting event. Any additional scars would be unneccessary.
"You're from Spain? That's awesome! We went on a trip to Europe a long, long time ago. I was only eight or nine, but I still remember it. Mostly, we just stayed in France and Italy, but we went to Spain for a few days, too. It was really pretty there," Adair nodded. The trip to Europe had been one well remembered. His family had only been on a few actual vacations, but that one in particular had always stuck out in his mind. It hadn't been long after his family had moved to Japan and he had still been through enough frustrating difference in culture when he'd made his visit. But he really had liked it there. While it was odd going from country to country, each with it's own separate language, the beauty and variety of things to do had kept him amused for a long time.
"You're a lot older than me," Adair stated finally, recalling that the other had mentioned he was nineteen and attending a university, "I'm only fifteen and I'm still a sophmore in high school. We can still be friends though, can't we? I won't care that you're older than me if you don't care that I'm really young."
((Omfg, I'll post for Morgan tomorrow. I'm unbelieveably tired right now and have school in like, 4 and a half hours @_@))

Drake hoped he hadn’t talked too much. Sometimes he had a habit of rambling on and on when he was excited about something. It was a habit he wanted to stop, but sometimes he couldn’t help it. When he really wanted to share something with someone or he was just plain excited, he acted like a kid. Of course, he hoped Adair wouldn’t think he was a child. He didn’t like being called childish. He had given the other basic facts about himself, but he wanted to talk about more than that. He wanted to know what his mate was feeling and what he was thinking about at the moment. Of course, he hadn’t told the other they were mates yet. Even though he didn’t like it, he knew he had to tell the other sooner or later about their situation. It wasn’t like it was going to be an easy talk either. There was no way Adair would believe he was pregnant and not to mention the fact that they boy would probably kill him for not telling the truth…or just plain cry. He had a feeling the boy was a crier, which was bad since Drake had never been good at dealing with tears. He wasn’t going to lie; he was a sucker for tears. That always got to him and made him give in. It was a bad habit to just give in like that but he couldn’t help it. Sometimes, though, he wished he wasn’t so weak when it came to tears.
“Ne, I can teach you to play a sport!” The blonde exclaimed excitedly. “If you don’t want to…then you can watch me play! I’m really good at sports. We’ll have lots of fun!”
The reached the ice cream place and Drake grabbed the other’s arm and dragged him inside. He was really hungry now and remembered he hadn’t eaten anything yet. Though ice cream was a poor substitute for food, it was better than nothing. He placed Adair in a booth and sat down in front of him. He looked really happy right now…which scared some people since it wasn’t every day you say a gangster looking man smile like a five year old. Most thought he was either high, drunk, or both. Of course, Drake was none of the above…for the most part. His grin almost faltered when the other mentioned Spain. He didn’t let the other see this and kept smiling, though. He had been counting on Adair knowing nothing about Spain. Of course, Drake had researched the place and had a good cover story, but he had never been to Spain and he was sorry for lying to the boy. It was necessary for him to lie, though. Adair would freak if he found out where he was really from. It was either that or the boy would think he was some kind of freak. He didn’t want to alert the other or make him scared. That wasn’t his intention at all.
All he wanted was to get to know Adair better and maybe get along better with the other. He didn’t want to scare him or make him angry. In fact, he wanted Adair was happy and healthy as possible. Of course, he knew he’d piss off the other somehow. He had a big mouth and tended to get himself into trouble. Sometimes he even got into fights over something he’d said. Zach did the same things except the other boy didn’t care if he hurt someone’s feelings. In fact, he found it funny when someone got upset over something he’d said. That was just how he was. Drake wasn’t like that, though. He didn’t want to make anyone sad or do bad things….well…for the most part. True he had hurt the people in his relationships, but that was different. They got upset even though he hadn’t promised them anything or led them to think he loved them. When Drake made a promise, he kept it, that’s why he didn’t like making too many promises. He wanted to only make them if he knew he could keep them. After all, someone who broke promises wasn’t a real man.
“Spain was a fun place to grow up in,” lied Drake as he hoped Adair would believe him. “I picked up Japanese and English rather quickly. My brother speaks French, English, and Japanese. He was born in England. Have you ever been there? It’s fun there too. Ne, I’m not that old… And you’re not that young either. Besides, you’re fun so it’s okay that you’re fifteen.”
That was a lie. The law would care that Adair was fifteen. If they had been on Zerca, no one would have cared since he was the boy’s mate, but this was different. They were on Earth. This place was full of hostile people and they probably didn’t care that he loved Adair. They’d take the other away and leave him all alone. He’d seen it on the news and such. People like that were called pedophiles and locked away for the safety of children. Just because he wanted Adair didn’t mean he’d stalk playgrounds or loiter around schools! The things humans came up with… He didn’t even want to think about sickos like that. He wasn’t sick to want this person even if the boy was younger than him. After all, they belonged together and nothing could change that.

"That's amazing! I can speak English well, but I had a lot of trouble with Japanese. I still don't get it right, half of the time. It's really confusing," Adair shifted in the booth, wondering just how someone could speak so many languages. He barely had a grasp on two, yet Drake and this Zach boy spoke three. They were definitely better at this language thing than he could ever be. It was hard having to speak in Japanese at school and when he was at work. Half the time, he didn't understand what people were saying and even so, it was hard for him to come up with a good reply at times. A countless number of times, he had accidentally said the wrong thing and caused someone to either laugh hysterically at him or get angry with him, "I guess I like Japanese though. It's really pretty when you can say everything right."
Adair smiled again, though the expression faded a bit at the sudden realization of how far apart they were at the table made itself apparent in his brain. He didn't like this... He could see the other better when he was sitting across the table, but he wasn't nearly close enough. The table was just too wide. He considered that maybe the other had sat so far away from him because the older teen didn't want to be closer to him, but even so, Adair had to at least try. Carefully, he slid out of his side of the booth and into the adjacent seat, scooting over until he was beside Drake again. This was much better than sitting across from the other, but still not as satisfying as he had expected it to be. In a desparate effort, he grabbed the other's hand and laced their fingers together again. Still, there was something else he wanted.
"Are we still going to your house after we leave this place?" Adair asked innocently as he leaned in against the other. Nope, still nothing. The poor boy was starting to get frustrated, "I would like that a lot. I don't really want to go home now. It's kind of lonely there... Because, unless Morgan is home and isn't doing anything, there's no one to talk to or anything. No one ever calls me or comes to visit..."
Adair's rambling faded in and out as he tried to figure out just what his subconscious was trying to tell him to do. His mind didn't only want to be near the other or hold his hands, but it wanted something else entirely. What else was he supposed to do? With a look of slight determination on his face, Adair crawled into the other's lap--a feat not easy, thanks to the table being so close behind him. He settled himself in the other's lap, facing him with one leg folded upright on either side of the other's sides. He had untangled his hand from the other and instead, wrapped them around the older teen's neck. The position was surprisingly confortable for him, and he liked it. In one last effort to satisfy the demands of his subconscious, he leaned in a placed a short, quick kiss on the other's lips. When he pulled back, he was just frustrated even further.
"Nothing works!" He sighed heavily, leaning in until he was laying against his mate's chest. He nestled into the other's neck, defeated, "I want something, but I don't know what it is! Drake, I don't know what I want...."
He was frustrated beyond belief and close to tears. All his mind was telling him was that what it wanted was to be closer to Drake in some way, shape, form, or fashion. Exactly how, Adair didn't know. Being in the other's lap, holding his hand, kissing him... Nothing seemed to work! Drake had to know, though. He was older and he said he knew everything, so maybe he would tell him. He hoped so, at least....

"Oh. Er.. Sorry," Morgan replied, stunned, as the other addressed him. Right. The younger boy didn't know where he lived. That was correct. He felt majorly unintelligent as the other called him a dumbass, but tried not to let the comment get to him. Besides, he'd have to practice on ignoring the negative comments, because so far, it seemed like their relationship would be full of them.
He turned and began walking back in the opposite direction, back towards his home. He hadn't been that far from his home when he had saw Zach for the first time, but the other had ran quite the bit of distance away. Still, thankfully, he knew where they were. He knew the city and all of it's streets and alleyways like the back of his hand. After all, he had terrorized practically every nook of the city in some way over the years and the layout of the city wasn't a hard one to get a hold on anyway. But, then again, he had always had a keen sense of direction.
"So..." Morgan began quietly, trying to initiate a conversation but already bracing himself for failure. It was probable that the other would snap at him or just ignore him all together, but he had to try, "What planet are you from and why did you leave it? You obviously weren't looking for your mate... Were you abandoned here or something?"
He looked over his shoulder at his mate, his mind not registering how the last question of his could've been extremely tactless if it had indeed been true. It was probably because he had been abandoned, in a way, on the planet himself. He didn't see it as much of a big deal. His memories of Zerca were limited, though he still knew it was a much better place than Earth. But even so, he had developed ties to people on earth and he didn't know if he would ever want to leave it. He had people here that he was attached to, like his adoptive family. He couldn't even imagine ever telling Adair that he wouldn't ever see him again, knowing how close the younger boy was to him and vice versa.

“Japanese is nice,” agreed Drake. “I’ll help you if you get confused on something. Don’t worry, languages are hard, so it’s okay if you’re not good at them. Ne, I had a lot of trouble at first too.”
That was another lie. He had used Zercan technology to learn those languages. It was a lie that he had worked towards learning them or that he had studied anything at all. Drake had always been a lazy student. In fact, he disliked reading textbooks and doing homework more than anything else. He’d put it off and have Zach do it for him and when he did feel like doing it, it was always very poor and sloppy work. The man wasn’t cut out for the school life. He was the type of person that needed to be running around all the time or he’d get bored and frustrated. Not only that, he had the attention span of a dyslexic monkey. That….wasn’t very good at all. Drake had always been quirky and odd. He wasn’t about to admit any of these things, though. In fact, he was going to deny all of these odd things about himself and pretend he didn’t notice them. Drake wanted to make a good first impression and telling someone about your flaws would definitely not come out right no matter how he said it. Adair would just have to find these things out on his own. The man wondered what the other was up to and almost thought the boy was leaving. He was about to curse himself for doing something wrong when the other sat down next to him.
It hadn’t been expected at all and he hadn’t realized the other wanted to sit next to him. Adair always did cute things like that, though. The boy always made want to smile and act like a moron. If anyone he knew saw him like this, they’d laugh. For one thing, he was no better than a school girl with a crush at the moment. He blushed a lot, tripped over words, and ended up doing stupid things that made him want to bang his head against the wall. He had always been a ‘though guy.’ He made people scared and liked making others bleed just to prove he was stronger. He got into fights regularly and had started most of them. That was the kind of person he was, but when he was with his mate, he was different. It was Adair that made him act this way. It was Adair that made him feel so much younger and in love. Whether it was a good thing or not Drake wasn’t sure, but he liked having these sorts of feelings anyway.
“W-We can go to m-my house when you like,” he stuttered as he began to get a bit flustered. “I’ll call whenever you like and come over too! We’ll hang out together a lot, so don’t worry. I’ll make sure you’re never lonely!”
It was making him hot and dizzy to have the other in his lap. He wasn’t sure what his mate was doing, but it was very hard to restrain himself when the other did things like that. Drake wasn’t sure if the other could feel the pull, but it’d make more sense if he could. After all, Drake could feel something binding him to the boy and an irresistible desire to ravish the other. Adair had to stop doing these sorts of things. Drake had never been one to have much self control and the other was making it quite difficult to control himself. The man was sure he’d do something he’d later regret if his mate wouldn’t stop being so damn cute. The boy didn’t realize what he was doing and he probably didn’t notice what was happening to Drake, but that only made him even more desirable. He wanted this person so badly, yet he knew he couldn’t just take the other and needed Adair’s permission first. It was quite a dilemma he had gotten himself into he supposed.
“I-I don’t know what it is you want!” Insisted the blonde even though he was starting to understand hat was going on. “M-Maybe you’re just not feeling well… O-Or perhaps you should sleep! That’s right. Sleep is always good.”

Zach had almost been embarrassed. He’d been walking around in the opposite direction and now felt foolish. Of course, since he didn’t feel things easily, he wasn’t really that embarrassed, just annoyed. The other really had to learn to speak up and say something. Morgan just stood there like an idiot and it bothered Zach that they man did nothing to try and help him. He sighed a little. It must be punishment that he was stuck with such a person forever. It would be easy to turn away now and walk away, but he had made a promise. Even if he had wanted to, he couldn’t back down now. There wasn’t much the boy believed in, but keeping promises was one of the few things he still believed was something everyone had to do. That’s why he was doing this, or least that’s what he told himself. In truth, it would have been easy for Zach to break the promise and give up his morals, but he hadn’t. He had gone alone with the foolish desires of the other and was going home with him. It was rare for Zach to give into the wishes of someone else, but the boy couldn’t help it. He almost sighed when he other tried to engage him in conversation. He supposed it was better to talk or the other would simply annoy him to death with his incisive questions.
“I was born in Jeskara, but I was raised in Zerca. I’m half daemon and half Zercan,” he stated, uninterested in the conversation. “You are correct in assuming I do not want a mate and no, I was not abandoned here. I came here because my brother fucked the wrong person and ended up in deep shit. I guess you could say I’m here to go along with the ride. Zerca was boring and it was something to do I supposed. I already know you’re Zercan, no surprise there, but I supposed you wanted to hear personal things about me, so here goes. I am fifteen years of age. I live with my older brother and I attend a high school that’s near my home. I dislike mostly everything and think everyone is stupid. Loud things are annoying and I find that pointless conversations are the most annoying things ever. I’ve been told I’m heartless and uncaring, but I don’t really understand what it means to be those things.”
It was a start he supposed. If they were going to be together, they had to know each other and this was a start. He hadn’t really cared about knowing the other’s personal facts, but at least if they knew each other a little better, he could understand what went on in the head of that very odd person. He wondered if the other disliked the fact that he was half daemon. The species itself didn’t have a good reputation and his home planet was known to be a bad one. Everyone knew Jeskara wasn’t a good place to be in and most likely would be the end of you. But Zach was used to being hated for silly reasons such as his home planet, so he wouldn’t be terribly upset with the other if the man was at the very least startled. After all, he probably thought Zach was a bad person. Everyone had thought that of him, but he didn’t care. It had been alright that people had feared him. In fact, it had been better that way. It had been better when they’d been scared of him because they’d stayed away. Here, no one feared him so they bothered him every day. He wasn’t upset about it and he didn’t want to shed tears because of the incidents at school, but he did find them annoying. Zach had never really gotten mad at someone even when they’d done something to him. It had just been how he was, so that’s why he hadn’t bothered fighting back when the bullying had occurred. It was also why he hadn’t beaten the crap out of Morgan yet. He was uncaring about these sorts of things, though he had the suspicion the other was going to change that because his feelings were going out of control.

"Sleep? I'm not really tired, though... I want to stay with you, Drake. Please? I can try really hard and stay up really late if I can spend more time with you.. It feels weird to be with you, but it's a good thing, so I want more of it... Ah! That's what I want! I want more of you!" Adair ended happily, chifting again in the other's lap. Drake hadn't known what he was feeling, but at least he knew himself now! Of course, he hadn't meant what he'd said in the perverted context. Well, not entirely. Subconsciously, that was what his mind insisted upon. He wanted more of Drake in any way possible--physically, mentally, emotionally... whatever it was. But, of course, he still had no real idea just what 'more' implied physically, but what he had said had made sense in his mind! He smiled at the other and placed another quick kiss on his lips, "Drake, can I stay at your house tonight? I don't want to go house tonight. I want to sleep with you, because no one has ever slept with me before and I think it would be really nice!"
Every little word that came out of Adair's mouth had behind it an innocent intent. Nothing he said was ever intentionally perverted but, by normal standards, what he had asked of Drake wouldn't have been taken in an innocent way. It sounded almost intentionally seductive and sexy, though he really hadn't meant it to. Hell, he didn't even know what seduction was and he thought sexy was up there with 'damn' and 'fuck' in the 'Words you shouldn't say' category. All Adair wanted was a nice pair of comfortable pajamas and a nice bed to sleep in, except he wanted someone to share that bed with him. The only person he wanted to share a bed with was Drake, actually. He wanted to fall asleep and wake up beside the other. He wouldn't feel lonely anymore then, would he?
"Drake, I love you. You make me happy," Adair mumbled happily, content in the other's lap. It felt incredibly nice to be in the other's lap like such, but he knew it would've felt even better to lie down next to the other in bed to rest. Of course, his mind didn't go any more intimate than that in the bedroom. All he was concerned with now was falling asleep in the other's arms and waking up the same way when he finally decided to go to bed. He just hoped Drake wanted the same thing. But, the only way he saw to truly determine such was to wait to hear the other say it voluntarily which could've took a long time, or to just ask him. Adair didn't mind asking, really...
"Ne, Drake? Do you want more of me, too?" He asked cautiously, his tone of voice so shy that it could've almost passed for a seductive tone. The little movement to get closer to the other yet didn't help much either.

"Heartless and uncaring? As much as I want to say, 'No, you're the most passionate and caring person I've ever laid eyes on', I don't really know you enough to pass judgement. But even if you are heartless and uncaring, I don't mind," Morgan stated calmly, shrugging slightly. He didn't mind if what Zach was heartless and uncaring. In fact, Morgan himself had been told to his face many times that he was a stupid punk and a whore. Not that he minded much, of course, but he considered himself to be far from such things. Most everything in his life and all the choices he had made were for good reason. To someone who didn't know his intentions, it would've been easy to just label him as those things and think that was as deep as the Zercan's actions were. So, by that logic, Morgan reasoned that the same could've very well been possible for the other, too.
"That doesn't exactly sound like the best situation to come to this planet under.. At least, not for this brother of yours," The Zercan stated, turning a corner as he talked. He was silent for a few seconds before speaking again, "But, anyway... As long as we're sharing personal information.... I'm eighteen. I was abandoned here a long time ago when my parents were going to visit my uncles on earth. They've since died, my uncles didn't want me, so now I live with an adoptive family.. Er.. I'm a high school senior.. I have a younger brother in my adoptive family... And other than that, there's really nothing else that interesting about me."
Morgan continued walking. He hadn't had much personal information to share, after all. At least, nothing interesting to share. He knew he could've went into detail about how he lept around, tended to drop by a few bars now and then, or his numerous other less-than-virtuous hobbies, but that really was unneeded. Besides, with his appearance, it wasn't a hard connection to make. He would let the younger boy come to his own conclusions on those matters if he wished it so.
Thankfully, the two hadn't ran too far away from Morgan home. It was a quick walk to get back to the Zercan's home, at least. Lost in his thoughts, it had taken Morgan a moment to notice just how close they were to his house. Normally, he would have been glad. But, he stopped dead in his tracks as soon as he looked up and spotted the house.. A bit of failure in planning had caught up with him in his mind. His parents were still home. More importantly, his adoptive mother was still present in the house. He knew they wouldn't mind Morgan bringing a 'friend' over for the night, but as nice as the Sullivan household was, the walls were awfully thin. This would be a problem.
"Er, Zach?" Morgan looked over at the other, a nervous smile appearing on his lips, "On second thought, maybe we shouldn't go to my house... What about yours?"
