"Where on Earth is Zerca? I've never heard of it and I took World Geography"

"A completely different planet," I smile. "It is where I was born."

[Lizzy the Fluff Master]

"Bloody hell! You're insane!" Another planet! Is this guy for real!

[mesmu]

"I'm not insane..." I take his hand again, trying to comfort him. "Alex... I am from another planet... I can prove it."

[Lizzy the Fluff Master]

"How are you gonna do that?" I raised an eyebrow.

[mesmu]

"I... I can show you my true form," I let go of his hand and back away. Then stripe, not exactly quickly, but not a show either. I'm just nervous. Then I morph fast and smoothly, soon standing on all fours as my strong brown panther beast form. I smile the best I can as a large cat.

I was so shocked that I passed out.

After changing back I bring him to a room where I am given clothes for him to dress in. When he is clothed I lay him on a small couch and dress as well, waiting for him to wake up...

I was back home, tied to my bed. The door flew open and in marched my father. Behind him was none other than Bakeru. Both of them had whips in their hands, and looked ready to kill.

"Alex, Alex, Alex. When will you learn. Defiance will only bring you pain." Bakeru sneered at me.

"Bakeru... I-I thought we were friends." I cried.

"Who would want to be friends with a little whore like you?"

"But," I began, before I screamed. A searing line of pain hit me as Bakeru's whip hit home. They took turns whipping me. I screamed and tried to get away, but the ropes were tied too tight. Rivers of blood ran down my sides as the whips hit home again and again. The physical pain was extraordinary, but the pain of the betrayal was even worse. Why did he do this to me?!

I shake Alex, trying to wake him. He is having a nightmare, I can tell, "Alex! Alex wake up!" And he screams obviously un-able to allow himself to come back to reality. "Please wake up." I shake him one final time before my cousin's old words come to me:

Just being there for your mate helps them, Bakeru. Just hold on tight and togather you'll make it through. And that's what I do. Hold him close and let my warmth seep into his dreams, to make him feel safe again... I can stop others from hurting him, but I can't stop his mind...

A strange warmth slowly covered my body, the pain of the whipping slowly fading into the background. Soon, it was completely gone. I opened my eyes and found myself looking into the beautiful face of Bakeru. His expression wasn't like it was in my dream, it was kind and caring. I felt safe. And, for the first time since my mother died, I smiled a genuine smile.

When Alex's eyes open I sigh in relief. And then run fingers through his hair softly, trying hard not to tug, "You okay...? Didn't mean to scare you."

[Lizzy the Fluff Master]

"I'm okay." I said, smiling, "But, I've decided that I want to go with you, to Zerca. I don't think I can live without you. I don't know why, I just can't."

[mesmu]

"okay," I smile. "Do you need anything?"

[Lizzy the Fluff Master]

"No, I have you. What else could I need." I sat up and pecked the brunette right on the lips.
