Lucky sat in his room on the travelling ship his family of entertainers used to go between planets. They had just landed on Zerca and Lucky was getting his cards together not really interested in leaving. Suddenly his door opened to reveal a tall white haired giver of the humanoid and zercan descent.
"Come on, Lucky, let's go out and look around," urged the taller.
Lucky slowly stood up, shuffling a deck of cards. Big blue eyes pinned on the other. "Tinsley, I'm really not that interested in exploring this area. We've been to Zerca plenty of times, it's such a boring place."
"You think every place is borring," Tinsely said. "I bet you can find a cute giver to mess with."
And the prospect of messing with someone, Lucky brightened up. he pocketed his cards and went to latch himself on his brother's arm. "Okay, big brother, let's go 'explore'."

Mortemer sighs as he walks out of his parent's home, "Okay, dad! If I see Ma I'll send him your way!" It was his semi-annual visit to his family and that's the only reason why he is there. Otherwise he would be exploring some place or working or the best chilling at home. But alas if his mother found out he didn't visit his ass would be kicked from where he stands all the way to the next planet.
So he walks down a not too crowded road, making his way to an out of way dinner. A place for solitude after having to deal with so many un-controlled, very little watched kids. And its not like his family normally is like this, actually when his barer is around all the kids are whipped into shape. Which is weird because its his giver who is the control freak.
He continues on his long trek from his once called home to his favorite I'm-too-stressed-to-cook-lets-go-out place to eat...

Lucky and Tinsley made their way through the city before the taller of the two pointed out a dinner. "Hey, that looks nice. You hungry, I'm sure you haven't eaten yet."
Lucky grumbled something about there not being any good food before suddelny smiling brightly when his stomach growled. "Let's go eat!" he announced walking into the diner.

Mortemer had already been almost seated when two other people walked in. The lady at the podium like thing sighs. She was about to give their last table away and two other walked in. She gets a tricky idea, "Are they the rest of your party?"
Green eyes slit, "No. I asked for a table by myself." She just sighs and looks to the other two then back to Mortemer.
"You're only most common customer, please, Mr. Haelyn?" She whispers very quietly. "And you know we don't usually have busy days like this, we need as many people as we can possibly fit." And he does know what she means, this family owned business is sure to go down the drain if it wasn't for days like this. She has a strong point.
He turns to the other guests, "Mind sharing a table?"

So the three are seated together and menus are set infront of each. The sever smiles kindly and says, "Linda will be right with you."
The whole time Mortemer was watching Lucky, trying to see something... More.

Tinsley looked between the two before. He suddenly extended a hand to Mortemer. "Hey, I Tinsley, and this is Lucky. We're part of an entertainment group that just landed in Zerca.

Mortemer takes Tinsley's hand, "Mortemer. Nice to meet you both." Even though he has payed attention to the other of the two sitting with him, his gaze never leaves the silverish blond. "So can I know what your acts are?"

Lucky starts fiddling with the deck of cards in his pocket. Tinsley chuckles. "Well, I don't really do anythng specific. I pretty much just help out backstage."
"I do card trisk," Lucky said taking out his deck and shuffling them.

"Neat," Is his response to Lucky because he didn't actually hear what Tinsley said. "Show me one?"

Lucky shuffled the cards back and forth, when suddenly instead of seeing the backs of the cards as the went to the opposite hands, the front continued to face as if they were flipping in mid air.

Mortemer's eyes narrow before he snorts, "Yeah, whatever." He'll let the other get away with touching him this time. "Wonder what's holding up Linda?"

Lucky replaces his deck in his pocket and goes back to his uncarrying attitude. "Hmm, perhaps they're busy, it seems sort of full," Tinsley responds.
