Of Ukes and Smoothies (Zehl/Kau-MATURE)

Abel just smiled and laughed a little, "I never said you had too, as long as there's something alive that bears my name when I'm gone, I'm happy," he said before kissing on the cheek, taking his hand in his. "I love you so much, you know that?" his face had suddenly seemed sadden, even if it was an unmeasurable amount. Able just stared into those beautiful eyes Daren had, looking like he was wanting to see what he could find deep in his soul.

Kau smiled at the two, and closed his eyes resting his head against Zehl's chest, and decided to finish his biscuit, a little hungry again. Zero, whined in disapproval, and hid his face again.

A darkness enters Daren's eyes, "I'm sorry..."

Zehl continues to watch his kits and moves his hand to rub Kau's stomach. And Gravity gently bats his brother's paws down before touching noses with him,purring as he does.

Abel sighed and looked away, "It has nothing to do with the decisions you make, I promise it's just lat, I just realized that there's a pretty good chance I'll outlive you and nebby, ontop of that even if I died with you, You would have aged while I'd stay not a day older than I am right now, it's not fair to be a vampire with a mate and child that's outside your race," he said saddened. He rubbed his hand on the boy's cheek. "Don't cry Poppit, you're perfect, well except when you peek into my heart and completely misinterpret my emotions. I'll always love you, even if I don't approve of your decisions, I'll be by your side no matter what, alright?" he said smiling once more. "I'm the one who should be sorry for worrying you so much," he said, pulling the boy close.

Kau purred happily resting his head against his lover. Zero tries to back away, but can't whining and trying to push his brother away.

Daren frowns at first, but then purrs, "Oh Abel... Can't we just look at the here and the now?"

Sheba sighs and fidgets a bit. Nebby just yawns...

Zehl moves his hand to petting his mate's head while Gravity sits back in his chair, pouting and making unhappy noises.

Abel sighs, taking his mate's hind into his, "It's easier said then done poppit, but I'll do my best," he said leaning close and kissing his other on the lips before standing up. "I know you had your session in the medi box, but you still need some sleep, you worked hard, bringing a new life into the world, I promise I'll be here when you wake up," he said petting the younger boy on the head.

Kau cooed happily rubbing his head into his lover's hand. Zero leans over, licking his brother on the cheek, before nuzzling his neck, purring softly.

Daren glares, but yawns none the less, "I'm not sleepy."

Sheba stares his son down until he has his head on his pillow and closed his eyes. It wasn't until the grandmother heard light snores did he turn to Abel, "Their check up is soon. And another in the morning... They both almost didn't make it..."

Zehl smile and whispers in Kau's ear, "I'll always love you." And Gravity now purrs and holds his twin close.

[squabbel]

Abel just smiled, "I figured as much, but like your son says, let's focus on the hear and now," he said jokingly, no wonder he was petrified back home.

Kau blushed making his small little noises of happiness. Zero whined a little when Gravity started holding him but resumed purring.

Daren's light snores attrats Nebula's attention and he beings mewling for his bearer or his giver, whichever would have him.

Sheba frowns and sighs, "Right... Just wanted you to know..." And he holds the kit out to Abel. "He wants you."

Zehl purrs back as does Gravity.

[squabbel]

Abel takes the baby into his arms and smiles at it, "I'm worried for him too, you should know that by now, but if he say's he's fine, he's fine," he said sitting down and began poking his babe's tummy, as he laid on his lap.

Kau sighed a little the food was getting cold. He pecked Zehl on the cheek before taking all the food he made and put it in the still warm oven, hoping everything would still be good. Zero whinned, not liking being in the position for too long, plus he had rolled over so he was now sitting on his tail.

Sheba nods and watches the new father before turning away and crying silently. He misses his own mate dearly, "Oh Zar."

Nebula tries to grab his Papa's finger again and growls at the prodding limb.

Zehl goes and picks up the kits. At which Gravity sniffles at, but refuses to cry in front of his twin.

[squabbel]

Abel watched Sheba walk out, a sad expression on his face, he sighed before returning to his child, smiling and the babe finally caught his finger and was gnawing on it. He was so small for a babe, smaller than the day he found the malnourished Kau. He picked Nebby up and held his head close to his heart. "I promise it won't happen again, I'll always protect you."

Kau walked up to his mate, well stumbled, and took Gravity into his hands, and made a face that looked like he was scolding him for holding in his tears, and made a little irritated, but still cute, noise. Zero purred in his papa's arms rubbing his head into his chest.

Nebula seemed to understand what his Papa was saying and purrs lightly. He snuggles in close to his Vampyre father...

Zehl smiles and strokes the top of Zero's head. While Gravity looks up to his mother with teary eyes before sobbing quietly.

Meanwhile--

Triem nuzzles his mate and Dreamweaver shouts, "Finally!!! We're landing!!!" Then the ship begins to shake a little so Triem first buckles in Henry and then himself. They'll be on Jeskara in a few short minutes...

Henry feels nervous as all of a sudden, the ships starts shaking. They're landing. He began to wonder what this place would be like. But it didn't matter. As long as triem was with him, every thing would be ok.

Triem holds Henry close and whispers, "We'll be down soon."

Zehl's ear twitches when he hears Daren's communicator going off. Taking Zero with him he goes to check out the commotion...

Sheba jumps and pulls out Zar's beeping A.I. when he sees that his is coming closer to contact with this one. Going back in he goes to Abel, "My baby's almost here. Triem is almost here!"

Groaning in his slumber Daren mumbles, "Fuck Tri." At which his mother just responds: "Him and his human mate are landing, somewhere in Abel's forest! I hope Zehl understands the message..."

'I hope so' Henry thought, nuzzling into triem.
