Researching the symbol his frown got deeper as it connected to more and more people. People he knew and people who knew him as an assassin. If he killed this man, he'd be hinted, he was sure. Was that what the buyer wanted? Was Cal making himself the hit?

Ferris went to check up on his workers after going to the garden, finding that a pair of twin inccubi that were on pay for pleasuring the hitmen had had a slightly over the top sadist that night. He sighed with the thought of having to report the man and kick him out, he really hated beating people up.

Cal was startled from his thoughts by a sudden ruckus in the hall. heading towards the door, he had to raise a brow at the sight.

The hitman was in a room a few down from Cal's. Ferris opened the door with his master key and marched in with purpose, grabbing the hitman's color and dragging him out into the hall. "Mess with ma workas, I mess ya up. 's rulez ofza 'otel," he said before sending a fist into his face.

Cal had to fight the urge to burst into laughter at the fact that Ferris was actually in a brawl. Okay, so brawl wasn't exactly the right word for it... More like Ferris was kicking the guys ass.
Amused and sinfully so, he leaned against the doorjam and watched.

The hitman was shocked at first before glaring at Ferris and launching at him. Ferris easily sidestepped and sent a kick at the man causing him to fall flat on his face. "Ge' out. I don' hafta give ya a placeta rest ifsya don' respect ma workas."

Cal felt himself stiffen when the man dodged for Ferris, his body unconsciously crouching. He felt anger that the man woudl dare attack Ferris and was blatantly aware of every move. If he so much as struck Ferris, he'd... do something.

"They're pleasure whores, freaking prostitutes, what respect do they deserve? Isn't that what they're paid for?" the hitman said angrily holding his chest where he'd gotten the wind kicked out of him.
"They work fer meh in 'xchange fer food. They're Incc'bi," Ferris explained. "Yer they're pay."
The man went for Ferris again, but Ferris quickly grabbed his arm and twisted it behind his back. "I'll 'scort ya out," he said before painfully marching the disrespectful hitman out of his hote.

Cal didn't follow, though he wanted to and instead headed back into his room. An odd feeling creeping up his neck as he wondered just why the hell he cared so much when he usually didn't care about anything.

Ferris wiped his hands of the hitman once he was out. He'd also cofiscated his paying card to return to headquarters. There weren't many hotels that a hitman could stay at safely, especially in Jeskara, so the higher ups hated to displease the owners.

Cal watched the man from his window above just until he was out of sight to ensure he was no further thread to Cal. Normally he would charge hundreds of thousand of credits. But for ferris, he would kill the slime for free.

Ferris took the twin inccubi and fixed them up and offered them a choice of their next meal when a hitman came in next before going back to his garden. He needed to restock some of his meds as that was another part of the hitman hotel was to heal any injuries one might have when entering.

Cal was getting antsy. His target didn't leave the residence at all so all cal could do was watch... and wonder when Ferris would be back.

It was late at night before Ferris had the thought of perhaps seeing Cal. He went up and knocked respectfully on the door.

Cal called out an enter from his bed. He was laid out on his stomach, naked, under the sheets and had actually tried to force himself to sleep in order to get over the unease he felt that the man had not come to him. Seeing him now, Cal stifled a smiled and held a hand out to beckon the younger man to him.
