Life is full of suprises (Koray/Haruki)

[sorry for the long wait. The campus internet decided to go out.]


Nodding his head again, Haruki stare out over the lake. The water shifted beneath his gaze as he tried to figure out what to tell his lovely brunette.

Sighing, he figured he would just come out with it. Blushing lightly, she stated, “I… I’m not really… human. I…um… I am from another planet.” He ducked his head, wondering how he was going to take all of the information. “I came here looking…” his eyes dimmed, “looking for my ma-… special person. I have been looking for the past four years and I haven’t gotten any leads until-…”

Haruki sighed and ran his hands through his hair. “I think that, maybe-,” Haruki stumbled. He dropped his hand into his hands. He just couldn’t come out with it. What happened if his mate though that he was lying? He would collapse from the inside out, he just knew it. Haruki tried to stop the waves of anguish flowing through him. What was going on? He couldn’t control himself. He was acting all… submissive. ‘it’s his influence. It makes you want to succumb to the power, but you won’t let yourself,’ he told himself. What was he going to do now?

Listening, he could not help but chuckle on the inside as Haruki stumbled along with what he was saying. But what he was saying, did catch Koray's attetion. 'This.... is odd....' He thought blinking a few times trying to understand what was going on. Koray listened, until Haruki stopped talking, and just seemed be thinking more to himself than explaining to Koray.

Reaching out his hand, he set it on Haruki's shoulder and moving a bit closer to him. "Maybe what?" He asked, hoping that Haruki would look at him. And explain to him what was really going on. All this stuff he said before he stopped, seemed to make since. Haruki did seem like someone out of this world.

“I think maybe…maybe you’re the one.” Haruki looked up, getting lost in Koray’s eyes. The deep brunette eyes were calming him down, and he didn’t realize that he was slowly leaning toward his mate. Closing his eyes at the last minute, his lips connected with his mate’s. His beast was roaring inside him, and his incubus side was sucking in all the love. Moaning softly, he kept the kiss chaste, only slightly moving his lips against Koray’s. Pulling back, his only thoughts as red eyes meet brown is, ‘his lips taste like chocolate.’

He gasped and his eyes widened as he realized what he had just done. “Oh my god, I’m so sorry.” He felt a tear fall down the side of his face, and knew he couldn’t take the humiliation anymore. He got and ran to his car. Unlocking the door, he got in and cried to himself. He wanted to stay strong, but the thought of not being worthy of his mate was so intense. He repeatedly knocked his head against the steering wheel, accidently honking the horn. He felt like a sissy. He was the ‘Adonis’, damnit. He should be able to be strong.

Feeling that he could collect himself, he stepped out of the car and leaned against the side, holding himself and hoping that his mate would come to him. With how he was feeling, he didn’t think he could make it back to the bench alone.

Listening to Haruki, he took it all in, trying to make it work though his mind over and over again. Koray then became aware of him leaning towards him, but before he could say anything. He felt Haruki's lips on his, and all he could do was close his eyes and reach out to touch him. But before he could ever do that, the man next to him pulled away. Looking into his red eyes, Koray just wanted to have him closer to him and kiss him again.

Looking at Haruki, his face turned from a smile into complete shock when the man gasped, and then ran to the car. Koray did not know what was wrong, ok so yeah Haruki kissed him. It was no big deal, its basically what he wanted really. But he could not help but feel bad, thinking that maybe the problem was himself and not something that Haruki saw wrong and injustice.

Watching Haruki, he saw him get out of the car. Seeing that he stood up and walked over to him. Light brown eyes full of concern for the man infront of him now. "Haruki..." He said softly before wrapping his arms around the older man. "You didn't do anything wrong." Koray then said placing a soft kiss on Haruki's jaw line. Keeping his arms wrapped around the mans waist.

Haruki accepted the kiss, planting another one on the soft lips in front of him. He was enjoying this far too much, and he still hadn’t finished explaining. Cuddling into the arms that held him, Haruki sighed. “I’m sorry about this. I’m just not used to it. Usually I’m the one…you know,” Haruki stated, motioning with his hand. “You know the whole Adonis thing? I have been the one controlling my life since I moved out of my parents’ house when I was 18. That’s when the Adonis was born. I’m used to being in control, and having to relinquish that control is hard for me.”

Haruki glanced at Koray. Even with him being only an inch shorter than him, he felt like he was a child in his father arms – or better – in the arms of a lover. Staring at the ground once again, Haruki shyly stated, “I have been looking for someone who I would let be with me…on a more personal level. I wasn’t born to be a seme. I’m actually an uke, but I have yet to find anyone that was worthy of control. I know I’ve only known you for a day… sort of… but I know in my heart – in my soul – that you are the one.”

Haruki blushed. It was getting easier for him to explain. ‘Maybe… maybe he can accept me. I won’t know until he discovers the beasts though - both of them.’ Haruki shivered. He wondered if he should do it tonight or wait. ‘I guess tonight would be better…this will be a loooong night.’

Koray chuckled slightly at the kiss he got in return, but did not move at all. It felt good to finaly have Haruki in his arms, and he never wanted to let him go. Listening to what Haruki had to say, he placed his chin on the mans shoulder. "Its ok," Koray said, watching the motions he was making with his hands. "Let me help you then, I want to help you." He then said now looking into Haruki's red eyes.

Watching him, Koray listened keeping his eyes fixed on Haruki's. What he was saying, did not seem as odd as what Haruki said before. But he could not help but wonder, why Haruki thought he was that one person he was ment to be with. Yeah it made him happy to hear that, but it also made him think a bit more.

Koray felt Haruki shiver, and looked at him. "Are you ok?" He asked concern both in his eyes and in his voice. Not knowing what to really do. His grip tighten around Haruki, pulling him closer. "You can tell me." He then whispered into his ear.

Taking a deep breath, Haruki slowly removed himself from his mate’s arms. “I’m not sure that you will be so accepting after you see.” After taking a look around to make sure that no one else was present, he took off his clothes and out them on the bench. He wrapped his arms around himself and said, “I need you to know what you are getting yourself into. I already told you that I’m not human. Now, I’m going to prove it.”

Haruki paused, trying to gather all his strength. Red yes met brown a gain, and another shiver ran through him. “There are tree parts to me. One is the human side, which you see before you. Another is…a sex fiend. I-I’m part Incubus. Sexual energy is like food to me. It’s one of the reasons why I went clubbing almost every night. Now that I have a mate though… I won’t feel comfortable being with anyone but-," dropping his head, Haruki shyly finished, “anyone but you.”

“My incubus side comes with needs, and they need to be met daily, just like I eat daily. Since I am only half incubus, I don’t require so much energy, but still… physical contact is a must for me. I-I won’t be able to stay away from you, especially for about two to three weeks after we mate.” Haruki lightly blushed just thinking about it.

“I also won’t be able to stay away from you because of the other part of me, and it is this part of me that I will show you.” Haruki lowered himself to the ground and let the beast within him take over. Moments later, a rather large black leopard lay exactly where Haruki sat. Its eyes opened, and dazzling red eyes, filled with a bit of fear and concern, looked towards the brunette. ‘Please let him accept me – all of me,’ was the only thought running through his head as he waited for a response.

Koray watched him, confusion set into his eyes as he watched Haruki. But as he watched the man take off his clothes. He could not help but look at him, the confusion left his eyes for a bit as he did this. But when he looked back into Haruki's eyes. The confusion set back in. As he listened, it seemed to make since for what the guy did. But it still did not explain the third part.

Nodding his head to what Haruki was saying about his incubus side. Koray crossed his arms across his chest waiting to hear the rest. Not juding him right now for what he was saying.

He went still as he saw what HAruki was doing. Eyes going wide as his hands and arms fell to his side. Instead of the man that was standing before him, there was no a large black leopard. "H-haruki?" He asked taking a step forward eyes wide with fear. Yet there was wonder in his eyes as he got closer and knelt in front of him.

Slowing standing on his feet, Haruki cautiously walked towards Koray. ‘The last thing I want to do is scare him.’ He thought as he stopped about 2 feet from him. Stretching as far as he could, Haruki gave his mate a gentle lick on the cheek. He could see the fear in his eyes, and dread was taking over him. Plopping down to the ground, he covered his eyes with his front paws. It was like his worst fears had been realized. Still, he knew that this was a part of him that couldn’t be ignored, especially when they ended up mating.

He slowly backed away from the brunette. If Koray could not accept this, Haruki would have to respect that decision and leave him alone. But, if his mate was brave enough to come to him…

Haruki really hoped that they could get past this. They would need to get to know each other, yes. There was so much about his mate that he didn’t know. They had just met today…

Suddenly, the leopard’s eyes widened. They had just met today! This was a lot to take in at once…and with the look on his face…

Haruki snapped. Rising, he did the only thing he could – he ran. He ran as far as he could to get away from all that had happened. He left his clothes, his keys, his car… even his mate. ‘He wouldn’t accept me anyway. I’m not worthy of him. I’m too different,’ was his only thought as he ran into the night, growling out his frustrations.

Koray chuckled slightly as Haruki licked his cheek. It tickled slightly, and it slowly let the fear leave his eyes as he confirmed that it was Haruki. Lifting his hand up, he went to touch the leopard, no man, infront of him. But before he could do that, Haruki had backed away from him and took off. Falling backwards he landed on his butt. Eyes wide as he watched the retreating leopard.

"W-what did I do?" He asked more to himself as he watched once more before getting up. And looking towards what Haruki left. 'I just can't let him go out there by himself.' Koray thought fear in his eyes now for Haruki's safety. Grabbing the other mans clothes, he put the keys in his pocket. It might of been better to take the car, but he did not feel like it.

Walking pass the car he went in the direction that Haruki went. His pace quickened as he looked up at the night sky.

Haruki finally stopped in the middle of a clearing, tired emotionally and physically. Turning back into his human form, tears ran down his face. He cuddled into himself. ‘How could this have all gone wrong?’ His inner beast was telling him to go back and claim what was his, but he was a submissive? Did he have the right to do that? Though, if he remembered something correctly, his mom had mentioned that there were life-bearers who were more aggressive than the givers. Not that Haruki thought he was aggressive, but at least he didn’t have to cower at every little thing that goes wrong. “I will probably still end up being the more emotional of us, though.”

Sighing, Haruki wiped away his tears and sat up. He didn’t recognize where he was, so he closed his eyes and let his inner beast scent the air. Discovering that he was only 1/3 of a mile from his car, Haruki stood up and dusted himself off. He hoped that his mate was not too distressed over all this. Haruki had finally returned to his old self. ‘I suppose the surprise of having a mate kind of through me for a loop,’ Haruki thought, his eyes glistening. He still couldn’t believe it, even after all that was going on.

Now that he had settled into the idea, the incubus within was jumping for joy. There’s nothing better to an incubus than a permanent bed partner. Chuckling, Haruki sniffed the air for his brunette. Finding out that he was only a little bit away, Haruki set off in his direction. “I hope he has my clothes.”

((Sorry for the wait my birthday party was all this weekend and finally I have time to myself))

Koray could hear the slight movements of the wildlife that lived near the lake. And could not help but jump a bit, taking in slow deep breaths he walked on. Hoping to find Haruki here soon, and to find him ok and not hurt. That would be the worst thing Koray could do was to find HAruki hurt. Flexing his shoulders slightly he walked on, keep his eyes opened for the man.

Breathing a sigh of relief as he finally saw the man, his fear slowly disappeared. "Haruki..." He called walking up to the man. The clothes still in his hands, he did not know what to do. He stood there for a bit, biting his bottom lip slightly. Before Koray gave in and wrapped his arms around the man. Tears slowly streaming down his face.

"Don't do that, I thought you were going to be hurt when I found you." He said, his eyes closed as he tried to stop the tears. While still holding on to Haruki.

Haruki accepted the hug with a sigh. He felt the tears on his shoulder and guilt overtook him. “I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to make you cry. I’m still not used to this. There’s more you need to know, but we can wait another day if you prefer.”

In an effort to be forgiven, Haruki gives Koray a soft, caring, meaningful kiss that clearly stated that the brunette was important to him. As the kiss ended, Haruki couldn’t help but get lost in his mate’s eyes. They were such a brilliant color that his inner beast growled in contentment at the sight. He couldn’t help but lean in and kiss each eye in adoration.

“Your eyes are the most beautiful that I have ever seen.” Finally looking off in the distance, and seeing that it was almost 2 a.m., Haruki began leading them in the direction of the car. “Come. We can finish our conversation later. It’s only Thursday night, and I have class tomorrow morning.” On the way back, he had a random idea, “Hey, do you want to hang out with me on Saturday? You would be able to better understand me then.”

The words that Haruki said, put him to ease a bit. But not much, Koray did not know what else to expect from this man. Who claimed to be his mate, which did not seem so bad as he thought about it. It was good to know that someone needed him.

Korays breath and train of thought was caught short when he felt lips on his. There was so much emotions in this kiss, that he could not help but get caught up in it. Keeping his arms wrapped around Haruki's waist. He returned the kiss, hoping it would not end all to soon. But it did, his breath coming in short soft gasp, even though the kiss was not all that intense. Blinking as the man kissed his eye lids, he chuckled at what he said.

"Well, I could say the same thing about your eyes." He said resting his head on Haruki's shoulder. Feeling him lead Koray towards where they came from, he grabbed onto Haruki's hand. "Okay, we can finish it later." Koray stated, as he listened to the rest a smile crossed his face. "I would love that Haruki." He said looking into the mans eyes.

“Okay,” Haruki said, feeling slightly embarrassed. Nobody has spent time with him on a Saturday since he left home. Still, the more his mate learned about him, the closer they would be.

“Come by the book store about quarter to five. We can spend the entire day together.” Haruki grabbed his mate’s hand and led him back in the direction of the car. During the walk, he thought of all the stuff he still had to tell Koray - specifically, the parting about mating and the possibility of babies. He was not sure how that would go over, but he needed to be completely truthful about this.

They reached the car, and Haruki opened his mate’s door for him. Getting in the driver’s seat, he turned to his mate and asked, “Where do you live? I’ll drive you home.” He was also curious about his mate’s past, but if the boy didn’t accept him, he didn’t want to get any more attached than he already was.
