Hanyo felt a kick connect with his shin and winced, resisting the urge to reach down and sooth it. So, the boy did have a bit of strength in him after all. "Stop attacking and i'll let you go. Will you answer my question? I need to know so I can get the hell out of here." A headache was forming behind his eyes, growing every second he had to argue with the human. It wasn't enough that the boy matched him in temper he seemed intent on fighting too. 'And all I wanted to do was see my mothers home,' he complained to himself, tongue darting forward to press against a barely visible fang as his breath evened itself, taking his mind off the pain in his ankle.

"I don't care! You insulted me!" he cried, kicking him over and over, each kick moving higher up the mans leg until he pegged him in the crotch. "Leggo!"

"Damn it," he hissed and backed off, hunched over, hands up to protect his face. He snarled and pressed a hand to his temple, glaring at the human through gold slitted eyes. The cat was fighting, senses pricking to life as his human form struggled in pain to back away, get as far away from the human as he could. He didn't realize he was in the street until a honking erupted on his left and he jumped back, falling into an ungraceful heap millimeters from the turning, screeching wheels of a delivery truck. He breathed deeply, resting his hands on the pavement, just lying there as relief rushed into his body. His father would bring him back from the dead and kill him again if he lost one of his precious cargo ships. ((S'okay ^___~ Nice hit, lol *ouch*))

(Haha)
He brushed himself off, trying to keep his dignity. Slowly, making sure his shoes tapped just right on the pavement, he walked over to the fallen man. He squated down. "Hurts, don't it?" He asked cockily, pulling out a pack of cigarettes from his pocket, pulling one out and sticking it in his mouth. "Too bad that truck didn't run you over. In China, no one will care about some stupid foreigner like you if he got run over." He lit the cigarette and stood, spitting on the pavement infront of the guy. He turned and began heading back towards the sidewalk, aiming to finally go home. The men on the other side of the street had disapeared.

Hanyo's eyes remained closed and he switched his communicator on. So the boy had finally answered his question, albeit in a round about way. He was still in pain and wasn't sure he should stand just yet. Not only did he hurt where the boy had kneed him, his back and ankle were throbbing too. Not even his brother had ever made him feel this bad.
"Sefora," he sat up slowly, scooting back away from the road, watching the boys retreating back," get on channel with another cargo ship. We're downed in..China," he hoped he was using the right pronunciation. "Just have someone drop off another engine. Our's is shot...and....get on a communication with my father. It's going to be awhile before I get back." The boy giggled and Hanyo felt vaguely annoyed. He must've seen the human whoop him.
"Do you want me to keep tabs," he asked lightly, no doubt already doing it. "Whatever," Hanyo finally tried to push himself to his feet, trying not to put so much pressure on his ankle. It hurt like hell and he was sure it was from his fall, not the kick. Maybe he'd done something to it.

Tsing was relieved when he finally made it to the apartment he lived in with his parents. He made sure to toss the cigarette away outside before walking in. "I'm home!" he called in Japanese.
"You're late." his mother scolded lightly, though she was clearly worried.
"Just because I'm a few minutes off isn't anything too worry about." he retorted, slipping off his shoes before kissing his mother's cheek.
"I can't help but worry." she said before moving off to the kitchen. "I'll fix you up something to eat, or did they feed you at work?"
"They fed me." 'Junk food...' he thought. "I'm tired, I'm going to bed."
"Alright, I'll let your father know to be quiet when he gets in."
"Thanks." He trudged to his room, making sure to lock the door once inside. He took off his uniform jacket and tie, and then unbuttoned his shirt. He shrugged it off and looked at his back in the mirror. "Well...damn." he hissed, eyeing the bruise forming on his back. "At least girls like bruises and shit..." he muttered, tossing the shirt aside and taking off his pants. He laid back on his bed in his underwear and lit up again.
His thoughts trailed to the guy from earlier. Just thinking about his eyes...the way he kept looking at him like some damned cat or something. It pissed him off just to think about it.
'At least he was good-looking...' he thought in his head, and immediatly sat upright. "Dammit!" he grabbed at his hair. No! He wasn't suppossed to ever think those thoughts! He'd be ruinedif he did. "Knock it off, Tsing lu!" he scolded himself. "That slam must have jarred something in your brain." He smothered the cigarette and tossed it in the garbage can next to his desk. He had homework...but he didn't feel like it. He was too upset.
He rubbed his face with his hands and snatched up his old, worn teddy bear from it's hiding spot under his bed.

Shrugging it off and limping along, Hanyo made sure to keep far enough away from the boy. He didn't want to alert him to his presence. Not to say that he was exactly attracted to the human, his pride was still damaged, but he was greatly intrigued. Were all of them like the boy he had fought? If so, it would be quite entertaining to stay for a few days, play around.
He stumbled over a crack in the sidewalk, cursed and moved into the shadows. With an injured leg there was no way he was going anywhere in human form. Letting loose a tiny growl Hanyo shifted into a cat. He stood on the grass, a sleek black panther, golden eyes taking in the sharpness of the world. He could distinctly hear the boy go into a building up ahead, could even vaguely hear voices through the walls, and smell the heavenly aroma of food. He was hungry. 'No time for that,' he told himself and padded to the house. There was a tree, a rather small tree, but a tree non-the-less. Perfect for resting in. Hanyo jumped up, claws catching in the bark as he pulled his body up, settling in the crook of a branch. His stomach growled and he yawned. He was so tired, the strain of coming to another planet, and jetlag catching up with him. 'I'll only shut my eyes momentarily,' he promised himself.

Yawning, Tsing opened the window to his room, not bothering to look out. He padded to his bed, the bear still under his arm.
"That guy made me so angry..." he muddered, sliding under the covers, and turning off the light on his night stand. "You should have seen the way he was looking at me, Shuei." He nuzzled the bear and huffed, looking at the ceiling. "Like he never saw another human in his life. Or like he was better than me...something like that. Pissed me off completely. At least I taught him a lesson, real good mind you. Got him right in the balls and all. Never stood a chance. Sure, he got me pinned, but whatever."

Hanyo was half asleep, drowzy when he heard the snap of something on his side. His eyes snapped open and he saw the boy, sillouhetted by his roomlight, pushing the window open. His first instinct was to run, get away. 'He saw me,' his mind screamed but he calmed himself. Even if he did see, which was highly unlikely since he had moved away, he wouldn't know it was Hanyo, not unless he switched back. The panther waited patiently until the light flicked out, and he could hear the gentle talking coming from inside before moving closer, lithe body moving along the shaking branch. When he got near the end, it tapped gently on the side of the house, and he paused, unsure if he should continue. All he wanted was a peek, a look to make sure he wasn't going crazy. But what if he got in there and got caught? He wasn't sure if he could control the panic mode of his cat self.

Tsing heard the tapp, and looked towards the window. not seeing anything, he shrugged it off, snuggling under his blankets further. "Must be a cat." he muttered. He rolled over so his back faced the window and closed his eyes. He was so tired...and he had school in the morning.
"Screw the teachers and homework...." he mumbled sleepily, clutching Shuei close. "They can..." yawn. "fuck themselves for all I care...no homework..." he trailed off, his breathing evening out and softening.

Hanyo let out a purring sigh as the boys breath evened out. He slunk forward and some moonlight spilled through the window. He jumped down from the sill, his body landing softly, his feet barely padding on the floor. He saw the bruise and if he was a human would've winced. It looked painful and gently, without thinking, he nudged it with his warm nose, trying to apologize for the pain he caused even though the boy was sleeping.

He jumped and furrowed his brow in his sleep, curling around his stuffed animal more. What the hell just poked him???
He looked around in his dream, in which he was walking down the street, on his way home from work...again.

Hanyo jumped too, and he knew he should leave, escape while he still had the chance, but he was so tired, and the boy was very warm. Without another though he jumped onto the bed, snuggling against the boys legs, letting out a purr as warmth enveloped him. He continued purring, his eyes falling slowly, head resting on his paws.

Tsing relaxed as he slept. He felt so comfortable, and warm, and....protected?? If he were awake, he would have said 'What the fuck??', good thing he wasn't. He let out a deep sigh, reaching his hand down and unconciously petting the large cat's head. He smiled, oo....it was soft...this thing he was petting. In his dream, he couldn't see it, but it was soft.

Hanyo unconciously purred louder, crawling forward, his claws gently kneading the blanket. It felt so good to have someone pet him, just like his mother did when he was a kit. He yowled in his sleep and snuggled deeper into the covers, his worries floating away as he fell into a deep sleep, night wrapping him in it's spell. He could only hope he didn't shift back in the middle of the night.
