He raised his eyebrow at the book, and touched it as if it were a pile of slime. "You do know that....I can't understand this, right?" he asked, looking up at him.

"Damn it," he sat back down and pulled the book towards himself, fully aware he'd have to stand back up then. He started flipping through it, skipping most of the beginning before he settled on something that was vaguely Earth-ish. He didn't know if Tsing had ever tried pancakes and these were different. They were made with a fish from his planet, cut into tiny pieces with a rice type grain made into pancakes. He stood and pulled the fish from his freezer, unwrapping it and setting it in the over to thaw. Taking out a pan he filled it with water and found a box of the rice, dumping it in the water and setting it on the burners, before riffling around in the drawers again to find something to flavor the food with. He wasn't sure if this was breakfast material and really, he could care less. It was food, it would keep them alive and that's all that mattered. He felt guilty, slightly, for not making Tsings first meal on his ship special. Shaking his head, he blinked at himself in a tiny mirror hanging on the cupboard. Was he crazy?! The kid could probably care less, and if he wasn't hungry, probably wouldn't eat it anyways, despite the effort.
((okay...that food is made up^___^ It's the only thing I could think of.....some sort of funky...wierd pancake...lol))

Tsing stood and tried seeing what he was doing. "It that...fish and rice?" he asked. Before the other could reply, he shoved him out of the way of the stove. He never said he didn't know how to cook. Besides, he didn't know that an alien ship would have the same type of food as a normal human kitchen.
He poked the fish. Huh....nothing could ever thaw that fast back home...
He shrugged, and after rummaging around a bit, he found what he needed. He easily flavored the fish as he cooked it on a skillet. The rice itself was soon done as well, and once the fish was finished cooking he turned the stove off. "Did you want any or not?"
Of course...it wasn't exactly what the other man had been trying to make....but Tsing wasn't so sure he wanted to try any alien cooking.

Hanyo resented being pushed out of the way, especially in his kitchen, but he smiled and seated himself, a wonderful smell floating into the air. By then Sefora had disappeared, laughing at them and their predicament. He nodded at Tsing, his stomach throwing in it's own growl of agreement. "Uh...," he grinned and put his burning face on the table," the dishes are in the first cupboard." 'Why the hell am I acting so sappy? Get a grip Hanyo!' He chastised himself, pushing the red from his face.

He got his own bowl and plate and served himself. Sitting at the table across from the other. "I'm not your servent." he replied, holding the fork as if he were a small child. He'd never used one in his life....all he knew about them, he'd seen in videos in school...ones that he fell asleep during.

He groaned and pushed himself up. "Fine, fine. I never said you were..." He took out a plate for himself and served himself some before coming over, setting his stuff down. He glanced at Tsing and smiled, reaching over to fix the fork in the boys hands, letting his fingers linger a bit longer than neccessary. "There, you eat with it like that," he sat down, picked up his own fork and dug in.
A moan broke forth from his lips as the fish touched his taste buds. It had been so long since he'd had fish and the cat in him was starving for it. He chewed slowly and swallowed, savoring it. "It's very good," he complimented, shoveling in another bite.

He looked at his plate, and focused as hard as possible on the fish that was on it. It was hard to...with Hanyo moaning the way he was. It was a good thing that his bangs covered his cheeks.
He took a bit of the fish and placed it atop the rice in the bowl. Then, he scooped up a bit of rice with it and ate it. He did a decent job, if he did say so himself. The fish though...it tasted funny to him. 'Well...no wonder.' he thought. 'It's an alien fish.'
He picked at his food. He was never really one to eat very much.

Finishing off his fish he glanced up, fork pushing his rice around on his plate. "Aren't you going to eat," he asked, brow furrowed,"You're going to need your strength. The trip to Zerca is going to take awhile." He hadn't wanted to say it but he couldn't very well skirt around the issue and pretend nothing ever happened.

He grunted and shoved his dishes to the floor standing up. "I told you, I'm not going!"
Tsing glared at him a hard as he could. He was pissed. He was more than pissed...he was seething. He refused to go any further from Earth than this, and he'd do whatevr it took to get back.

Hanyo glanced at the dishes on the floor, at the mess of food spilled across his kitchen. The plate had cracked and he let out a whimper. They were his life bearers dishes, ones he had gotten last year when Hanyo started in the shipping business. He set his fork down with a clink and stood, picking up the plate and tossing it in the trash. He put his own plates and the bowl on the counter, glaring at Tsing's mess. "I'm not cleaning that up," he hissed and stepped over it, pausing at the door. "You have little choice, i'm not altering course. Unless you convince Sefora to turn us around or jump out of the airlocked doors then I guess you're coming. I'm going to go watch the control panel, you can take a shower, down the hall to the left, or you can sit in here and sulk." He sneered at him, hurt and angry again, and disappeared, going to sulk in his own anger in his chair.

Tsing let out a frustraited yell and kicked the table as hard as he could. God!!! He hated him!! Every moment he had to be around him, it just....pissed him off even more!!! He was on the verge of becoming homicidial. He wanted to go home. He needed to go home. But what could he do? That damned computer bitch boy would never listen to him. The stupid thing had made it clear he didn't like him, and there was no way he was going to jump out into space.
He lit a cigarette and brooded for a while. His eyes roamed the room, and his gaze landed on a vent. He smirked. Vents often led to rooms that doors didn't....
Snuffing out the cigarette, he easily opened the vent and crawled in, shutting it securly behind him. Then, he began his decent into the depths of the ship. He'd find a way home. Even if it ment cutting a shit load of wires he had no idea about what they did.

He sat staring out of the screen, the endless miles of space flashing by. It did nothing to calm him, like it would normally do. Instead, he was getting angrier. He smelt the smoke of Tsing's cigarette and had half a mind to stomp back into the kitchen and shove the whole pack down the drain. Instead, he curled deeper into his chair and chewed on his lip, his fangs worrying it red. Sefora merely ignored him, checking on the status of various engines, and the core that was in the hull. "Everything's okay," he informed his infuriated master. Hanyo merely nodded. He stood and stretched, going to his room to fetch Tsing's music disk.
"Can we play this dang thing?" He asked his computer and inserted it into a disk drive. Sefora paused a second before nodding.
"It'll take a minute but yeah, i'll play it." Settling back into his chair, Hanyo rested one foot on a bare spot on the control panel.

Tsing cursed at himself. Of course...he'd forgotten to bring a light, and thus had resorted to using his lighter as a means to see his way around. He had no idea how long he'd been crawling silently through the dark tunnels, but why should he care? It wasn't like he had anything better to do anyway.
He stopped for a moment, above the control room. He let his lighter switch off and glared menicingly at the man sitting in the chair.

((If I suddenly get off or don't answer a post for a bit, my mom or dad commadeered the computer from me))
Sefora squealed in delight and smiled at him "all right Hanyo, here's what you requested." The Zercan reclined back in his chair, shutting his eyes and smiling softly as Tsings voice came over the speakers. He sighed and moved his foot to the beat.
"Zerca....Sefora, I don't know what's happening to me. I get so mad at him, and I know he hates my guts...but...." he trailed off. What was the use of talking to his computer? The boy would just tease him for it later. "How long till we get home?" Sefora blinked in disappointment.

(Alright =) )
Was that....his music?? He frowned. He tried as hard as possible to think of a reason to be angry about the alien hearing his singing, but he couldn't find one.
He sighed angrilly and blinked. The vent was moving.
"Whoa!!!" The vent, along with a very dazed Tsing Lu slammed down onto the control panel, and slid off to the floor.
