Lakin smiled back. "Okay," he said. He knealed slightly in front of Manni, waiting for him to get on his back. When he did the Wizard stood up quickly, so Manni bounced up a little. He smiled up at him and continued walking to the room.

Manni hugged Lakin from behind and sighed. "Thank you." Once they got back to the room Manni jumped down and grabbed a suitcase, filling it with the things he would need to take to Lakin's home.

Lakin headed into the bathroom, but not before giving Manni a quick kiss. He looked in the mirror and grimaced at his reflection, he was a mess. Searching around for a brush he finally found one and brushed the knots out. He splashed some water on his face before heading out quietly. It looked like Manni was all done packing, since he was sitting on the bed idly next to his closed suitcase. "So," the wizard muttered. "Off to the laundry room?"

Manni finished packing all of his stuff into his suitcase, which wasn't much because he was a light packer, and sat on the bed, waiting for Lakin to come out of the bathroom. When his mate finally returned he stood awkwardly to the side. Manni mentally sighed. Did Lakin still think he was mad at him? "So... off to the laundry room?"
Manni nodded and stood, grabbing his hamper, because he still needed to do his laundry, in one hand and his mate's hand in the other. "Come, let's go, yeah? I'm running out of clothes to wear, so I need to do some laundry too." He pulled Lakin along beside him through the hallways until they reached the laundry room. He threw open the door and plopped his hamper down on a folding table. "Well, here we are. Let's get to work."

"Okay," Lakin said. He grabbed Manni's hamper from him and began putting the clothes in the washer. He found some soap and stuff so put it in, not really knowing what he was doing. If he did anything wrong, though, Manni was there. He turned it on and closed it before turning around. "Come here," he said quietly and pulled on the humanoid's arm, bringing him into a tight hug. "I really am sorry about earlier. That's not something I do often," he assured and leaned against the washer, still holding his mate.
"I've never seen Vlyte in person before. I saw a picture of him once... when he was younger, but he hasn't changed much. ...Now that I think of it, Mom did mention he liked working on ships. Who would've thought that his ship was also my mate's?" he laughed quietly. He sighed and cuddled Manni contently. "Has he been working here long?"

Manni shrugged. "Well, he is second in command. That's pretty high rank, ya know? He was here before I was here. He's okay, I think, he's just a little wacky. As long as you guys stay away from eachother we should be okay." He snuggled up close to Lakin until the washer was finished, then he threw all the wet close into a dryer and put some more clothes into the washer.

When Manni finished putting the clothes in the washer Lakin flopped on the floor, bringing his mate with him. He wrapped his arms around the humanoid's waist and cuddled against him. "I hope Vlyte doesn't plan on getting off at Sensaforia," he mumbled. "I would hate to see what Dad would do.... Hmm," he sighed and rested his head on Manni's.

Manni sighed. "Can we just forget about it?" He turned so he was facing his mate while he sat in the other's lap and wrapped his arms around Lakin's neck. He kissed his mate once before changing the subject. "What's your house like? Do you have any pets? or a yard?"

Lakin smiled and kissed Manni's nose before answering. "Well... it's small and...neat.... I'm usually there alone,though, because my parents like to vacation to Sensaforia alot. I don't have any pets, and we have a pretty small yard. We have one small tree... and grass... I think that's about it. It's kind of boring since I don't have any decorative skills. And Mom's away too much to do anything," he said, giving Manni a small smile.

Manni smiled at the discription. "Well it sounds cute to me. I'm not much of a decorator myself. I mean, just look at my room! I've got one picture on the wall and it was drawn by my infant brother." Manni chuckled, "Our house is going to be one Plain Jane."

Lakin smiled mischievously. "If we have many sons, they can draw many pictures. And then we can hang them up on our walls like you do your brother's," he said happily.

Manni smiled wistfully. "Yeah, then, when they grow up, we can show their mates how horribly they drew as children and embarress them to death."

"Yes," Lakin laughed. "Oh, our poor children. We have plans to embarrass them before they're even born." He laughed again before quieting down. "Hmm," he mumbled, placing a hand on Manni's stomach. "We will probably have to wait...won't we? To have children? Until we know where we are going to live.... And until we tell our families about each other," he said and smiled softly.

Manni grinned and slowly ran his hand through Lakin's hair then traced his jaw line and moved his hand down his mate's neck slowly. "Well,... not necessarily," he whispered slyly.

Lakin's breathe caught in his throat when Manni began touching him. "Well... not necessarily," the brunette whispered slyly. The wizard's eyes widened, and he wondered if his mate knew what he was doing to him. Wetting his lips a bit, he leaned forward and caught the other boy's lips in a gentle kiss. "Hmm...," he mumbled, bringing the other body closer to himself he continued the kiss, only now more heated.
