Sensaforia
The leisure and relaxation planet.
Climate: Tropical: warm in most places, balmy and breezy in others.
Landmass: 42% land, most of the surface is filled with oceans and lakes. This planet is where many go for rest and relaxation, to rejuvenate and recharge. The economy is based on tourism.
Capitol: Sentensica
Species:
Humanoid-This comprises most of the permanent population, all male, as the native species. They are pleasure-seekers and people pleasers. Since they are empathic, they can sense others’ moods and adapt their behavior to accommodate. This gift enables them to provide maximum relaxation and pleasure to their visitors thus making this planet the moist highly desirable destination for vacationers. They are leanly muscular, some are slightly effeminate. Their skin varies in hues from one family to another, but their skin is mostly a light pastel. They can have a light blue, aqua, violet, pink, light orange or even and ecru hue to their skin. Their hair color also varies, but it is always a darker version of their skin color. Their eyes are always obsidian black, lending them an ethereal quality. They don’t think of themselves as servants, but as “sanity savers”, necessary to the survival of their mates.
In mating, Sensaforians frequently seek out Zercans, Parinenais and, to a lesser extent (because most don’t leave their home planets) Mentsiquarans. They are very wary of Jeskarans and avoid them as much as they can, though Jeskarans seek them out avidly, due to their ability to calm and pleasure their mates.
The small, non-humanoid, permanent population of the planet is made up of transplanted Zercans, Parinenais and Mentsiquarans.
Other planet life:
Meat-eating is strictly frowned upon on Sensaforia, and the diet is vegetarian. Many plants abound, making the planet rich in fruits, vegetables and nuts, with many aromatic herbs and spices found only on Sensaforia, as the planet doesn’t do much trading, banking mostly on its tourists for its economy.
There are many animal species represented, as well as fish and birds. These are protected by strict hunting and gaming laws that forbid harvesting anything non-plant.
