Finally they'd arrive!
Day one of his journey and Kantin felt like he was making good progress. Alright, it had been more than a day since he left but this was the first day on this planet. He had nothing but a large back over his shoulder and one in his hand but he was good. He would find a place to rent, he had plenty of money thanks to his family, then he would do a little searching or a lot and hope for the best.
It seemed like only now as he walked along the streets of a town Trinity. He supposed he should have started in the main city but he just didn't feel anything in that direction. Did that make sense? Well, either way he was looking for a place now to stop and eat before finding a small place to settle in for a bit before he ended up leaving .He didn't see himself leaving for awhile but the future was rather unpredictable.
If it wasn't he wouldn't be here now, right? Of course not. Now where to go? He passed by quite a few places and it was the afternoon, everywhere should be open. After a bit more walking he found himself stopping at a place called the Cliffside Cafe. Well, sounded like the best place to go to in a town like this. It matched, it was by the water which was something he made a note to look at. The largest body of water he had seen was a large lake.
"I guess stopping here will be alright for a bit." He walked into the cafe not minding any looks he received. With his free hand he found himself reaching up and rubbing the crescent moon necklace his bearer gave him, a habit of his when he was nervous or felt really out of place. Besides that he felt he needed some good luck and he believed it helped. For now all he could do was take a seat at an empty table and wait for someone to come take his order. He hoped Zercan money was good here cause that was all he had.

The sun was shining on the small town of Trinity, the sound of waves crashing on the rocks a soundtrack that constantly played in the background of the daily comings and goings of the townsfolk. One of these people was a bearer named Ciel Renault, son of Trinity fixture Sam Renault. The blond male was dressed in his usual attire, a loose, off-white sweater with an overly large head opening and a pair of faded, worn blue jeans.
Like everyone else in town, Ciel preferred walking or riding his bike everywhere than using a car or something like that. It's just easier to walk then get in a car.
When Ciel arrived at the Cafe, he waved to his father before putting on his blue apron and notepad.
"Welcome to the Cliffside Cafe. I'm Ciel, and I will be your server today~ Would you like something to drink? We've got a new shipment of Coca-Cola and Dr. Pepper in from Earth, if you would like some." Ceil smiled at the stranger in the booth, handing him a menu. "You're not from around here, are you?"

Kantin wans't sure how long he waited before someone came to the table. "Hello," he smiled up at the waiter when he came to his table. "Earth..." He gave it some thought when he heard the question about him being new. "That's right, I just got here in town today, this is the first place I'd stop by, gotta look for somewhere to stay afterwards." He was looking at the menu handed to him pausing to read over it.
"Um...I've heard a little about Earth, I'd think I'd like to try this Cocal-Cola you mentioned." He was still looking over the menu but he at least knew what he wanted to drink. "I don't know much beyond the borders of Zerca." He was proud to say where he came from.
"Do you have like a house special or something like? I was kind of hoping to try new foods and I have no idea what's good here...no offense I mean, I'm sure everything is good to one person or another. I'd just like your opinion on what gets ordered most often here." Then he'd order it, no doubt about it. He'd get the full experience of traveling while looking for his mate.

"Zerca, huh? That's cool." Ciel smiled sweetly, looking the tall man over. "Well, may I be the first to welcome you to Trinity. We don't often get travelers here, being so out of the way. But anyway, I'd have to say the best thing here is the Renault Family Chowder, the best this side of Sentensica. Recipe's been the same since my great-grandfather first invented it about a hundred years ago." The male explained, quite proud of his heritage. "So, Coca-Cola and one bowl of Renault Family Chowder?"

"Yeah, that's what I'm getting, thanks." Kantin smiled and closed the menu now for the waiter to take. "By the way its nice to meet you, you'll probably forget about me after today but the name is Kantin." He held out a hand wondering if he'd shake it. He was friendly so far so it wasn't likely he had anything against Zercans. He had heard there were a few out there that didn't care for his kind. He wasn't sure who that was yet but he counted his graces he had good luck so far. All thanks to his bearer who was with him even now in spirit, though he was just fine back at home.

"A pleasure to meet you, Kantin. I'm Ciel, Ciel Renault. And I don't forget people that easily, especially interesting people like you~ It's not everyday that we get visitors here at all, especially not Zercans." Ciel smiled, shaking the other's hand. At least, that's what he planned to do, for the second their hands touched, a shock ran up his arm and through his body. "Wha-? Was that what I think it was?"
(I got an idea. What if they had triplets? I think that would be so cute, like a kitten carrying a Strawberry Shortcake lunchbox while walking on a bridge made of rainbows!)

"You don't huh." Kantin supposed that was a good thing but the odds of them crossing paths again was unlikely. This guy, Ciel, would obviously make a good friend, it was too bad he was putting friendship below the mate search. That was his top priority so he could gain the same happiness his brother and parents had. There was just no way to put into words how they looked together, so happy and beaming at each other. He longed for that so badly. Or was it more like he longed for that missing half of his that had him aching even before they met or touched?
Kantin was expecting a simple and brief handshake. so when he touched the man and actually felt something his eyes widened in shock and he froze. Was this it? That was a sign, it was what he was looking for, he found his other half!" I cant believe its you." Kantin stood up so suddenly the chair he was sitting in fell back with a loud thud and he had dropped the duffel bag he had in hand.
"Oh Ciel!" He was so happy, so excited, without thinking he came forward and pulled the Sensaforian native into his arms in a firm but gentle embrace. Taking advantage of how close they were he took in his scent and the feel of his body and hair without groping him. This was great. He barely started his journey and now he already found his mate. Now they could head home and live on the farm just like he dreamed.
[[Oh, I love that idea. And that does sound adorable. Would you like Ciel to get pregnant the first time they do it?]]

To say Ciel's was shocked would be beyond an understatement. "A-ah! Please let me go!" The blond wiggled, trying to escape the other's grip. "I can't breathe!"

"oh, I'm sorry." Kantin quickly let Ciel go with a flustered look settled on his cheeks. "Ah, are you alright?" YThis would be the man that would be the bearer to his kids. The very many kids he wanted to have. Oh he just wanted to carry him away and take him somewhere private. He just dind't know where that place was. He still didn't have a place to go to he was homeless.
"What are you doing after work, we have to talk." Of course that went without saying but he felt he wanted to be sure he was thinking along the same lines. "I still can't believe this." Kantin was looking over the smaller male with his amber hues scanning his figure. So caught in the moment he found himself this time gently grasping the other around the waist and pulling him into a kiss. Already he felt somewhat whole though they hadn't had sex yet or anything. He was really looking forward to their first child.
[[Do you?]]

While Kantin's face was slightly flushed, Ciel's was blushing at least ten times redder, still not believing that this was actually happening. He was literally speechless, but the Zercan saved him from the awkward silence with the locking of lips. The blonde's eyes fluttered closed, arms wrapping around the other's neck as he melted into the kiss.
But it didn't take long for some snickering to be heard from behind the two. Pulling away, Ciel spun around and saw everyone staring at them. The snickering was coming from none other than Eric and Sean, Ciel's twin older brothers.
"Getting frisky, eh Cici?" Eric grinned, his brown eyes hold a teasing glint.
"S-shut up!" The blushing blond flustered, not meeting his brother's gazes.
[[Of course. Isn't that how mating works, a claiming always results in conception?]]

The Zercan was slightly saddened when the kiss came to an end. Everything just felt so right. This had to be how his brother felt with his human mate. He wondered how they were doing now. He hoped their kit was doing well as well as the rest of his family.
Who were those making his mate feel bad? "Hey," He spoke to the one in particular that spoke, seeming to tease his mate. He was going to say something chastising to the obviously older male but he realized there was some resemblance. Family. "Your guys are related to Ciel? What are your names?" He knew next to nothing about him but that wasn't going to stop him from sweeping him off his feet and back home.
"Brothers, right Ciel?" He directed his gaze back to the blushing smaller male still in his arms. He realized just now he was working again. He remembered then forgot quite swept up. He knew he felt eyes on him but that really hadn't bothered him. Anyone could stare as long as they wanted as long as he was with his mate.
"I won't like Ciel, I don't really want to let you go right now." Not even to work, forget his food though... His stomach let out a somewhat loud growling sound as if to ban against his newest thought against food. "Uh.." He gave a nervous laugh. "I suppose I do still want what I ordered though." He was hungry and he did need his energy to protect and take his mate away. He supposed he had a lot of things to deal with between now and then though. It was all enough to make him sigh but he kept from it. He still didn't let him go though.
[[Yeah, but its been a long time so I'm a bit blurry on the details and just wanted to be sure. I'll note that refreshed fact for later.]]

Ciel nodded, slowly regaining his composure. "Yeah, that's Eric and Sean, the twins. There's also Ryan, Alessandro, Tyler, and baby Jacob. Sean, Eric, could one of you go get some Chower and a glass of Coke for my mate, and a salad for me...."
"Ooh! Cici has a booooooooooyfriend!"

Kantin didn't bother commenting about what one of the twins said. "CiCi. "He repeated the name finding it cute. Then it hit him. "Wow, you have a big family, that's exactly what I wanted for us." Lots of kids who could keep each other company so they'd never be lonely. That and he just felt a bigger family was better, you had more people to help you out in the end. "Ah, sorry about keeping you." He wasn't really sorry for holding him, just sorry this disrupted his job in a way.
"I'm glad you aren't going to leave now though." Since he did ask someone else to fill the order.

"Okay, let me make one thing crystal clear, I am not going to simply go along with whatever you want. It's not about what 'you' wanted for us, it's about what 'we' want for us, understand? Do not think I will simply roll over and do what you want; I grew up with all giver brothers until Jacob, so I know how to hold my own." Ciel explained, eyes locked on the others. He wanted to get this out of the way first, so it couldn't come up later.
While Ciel spoke, Eric brought out a glass of the dark brown, bubbly soda for Kantin and a salad for the blonde. "The chowder will be ready soon." The older brother said, quickly retreating from the table.

"What we want." Kantin mouthed the words briefly stunned by his mates words. He was so excited he didn't really consider the 'we' part. He recalled again that he knew nothing about the male standing before him. He might want nothing he wanted and may not even want to leave his home town. For a moment he was left speechless trying ot think of what to say. What could he say.
"Ah..." He just got out the sound when he saw the soda had arrived. He silenced himself for a moment to see the older Sensaforian come and go mentioning the chowder. The moment he was gone he spoke. "Sorry...I-I really didn't mean to seem like I was pushing anything on you." He was probably being too forceful right. The last thing he wanted to do was scare or deter his mate from him. That thought alone doused his highly optimistic mood. He made himself let go of the Sensaforian and settled himself in the seat he had been in earlier, after picking it off the floor.
How ever had his brother gone about his meeting with his mate. He heard a little about it but now he wished they had gone into detail. Maybe that would have helped him a bit.
