Write your questions on the subject matter here and I will answer. Simply asking for terminology and descriptions is far too wide of a subject range. Pointed questions, please.

How does the mate bond work? How do you know you have a mate if you are not zercan?
How do medi boxes work?
How does each species have children? The medi-box as well? And what are the children called?
Is there a police and/or military presence on any of the planets?
What do children call the parents? Giver and Bearer I know but are there others?

How does the mate bond work? How do you know you have a mate if you are not zercan? - Once any species clasps hands it's an intimate mating act which is why anyone outside of Earth is so appalled when they see hand holding or a hand shake so casually. That said, when a person finds their mate - even Humans - their body goes through an extreme physical/emotional sensitivity that is only quelched when they make contact with their mate. Depression sets in if they are seperated overlong after coming into contact with one another. So even if one did not begin the process with the hand clasp, the would still know of their mate by the extreme sensitivity.
How do medi boxes work? - Medi boxes are filled with medically/electronically grown nanos that repair tissue. When a person is in a medi box they are knocked out briefly so as not to panic within the box before the nanos encompass them an repair any harmed flesh. Scars have to be specifically pinpointed in order for them to repair it and generally costs money to be rid of whereas medi boxes for general health is a free public service.
How does each species have children? The medi-box as well? And what are the children called? - The Zercan gene is dominant so if a person had .25 or more Zercan in them then their children will also come out in Kit form. Other, more humanoid, species give birth to actual infants. They are generally smaller but grow very rapidly within the first few weeks.
With the male pregnancy, it is not the Bearer who carries the egg within him but the Giver who, when his semen is fertile enough - which is generally during a mating - shoots an egg sac into their Bearer. The egg instinctively knows where to travel and settle within the bearer. This can ONLY happen with ones MATE. Pregnancy is not possible with anyone save a mate.
Medi boxes and Birthing boxes are two different things. Where a medi box is more cofin shaped and allows for once individual person to be within, a Birthing Box is much larger and has one open end so that doctors - they are still necessary and most esspecially for children as it is not recommended for a child under the age of twelve to be placed within a medi box. - can extract the child from the nanos.
A Zercan Child is called a kit (they look like kittens). Generally, all other species just go with baby or infact, child or young one.
Is there a police and/or military presence on any of the planets? - The military is known as Fleet. Fleet protects each and every planet and includes peoples from each planet within the Alliance. Their main purpose is to protect against Prasidions but also are placed on patrol in varying shifts to ensure public safety. There is also a police force known as - gasp - Force. They ensure public safety and investigate crimes, murders, etc. Note: There are no traffic cops as transports are only able to go a certain amount of miles per hour.
What do children call the parents? Giver and Bearer I know but are there others? - You could always use mama and daddy if you want but in the stories many kits call their mama Beba (a variation of Bearer) and Fa ( A variation of the word Father).

Can you explain in more detail about the Alliance? Like what exactly they do and who exactly they are... Please?

Can you explain in more detail about the Alliance? Like what exactly they do and who exactly they are... Please? The Alliance is like NATO, a peaceful alliance of all the planets. Generally, the Alliance is made up of representitives from each planet and are usually the rulers or leaders of the planet. For instance, Shodan Sariphan would sit in as ruler of Zerca. The Alliance is so strong that they have combined military forces and grouped all planets forces into one common one - Fleet. Force is different dependant upon which planet you are on.

Is there an interplanetary internet? If so, what is it called? There is most certainly. An A.I. is a human minded computer that was invented to absorb communication and information waves making satellites unnecessary and therefore internet is now something that it taken for granted and is never referred to as anything but an A.I. App.

If the giver is the one who makes the bearer pregnant then how are there human givers?

Very good question. If a human is compatible enough with an alien to create offspring then there has got to be some pheromone that triggers the egg excretion from the human Giver. For instance, lets go on the assumption that all men have the ability to get another man pregnant but can only manage it if they meet their mate and a certain part of their anatomy is activated. Much like an animal going into heat. They then gain the ability and impregnate their rightful mates.

Is there a galactic United Nations or something? Kind of like the Republic in Star Wars, but with the planets having more power.

Yes, it's called the Alliance. "The Alliance is like NATO, a peaceful alliance of all the planets.
Force is different dependant upon which planet you are on." The planets and their representatives have power. There is no unaffiliated council.

Females are NOT native to Zerca. Thet do however make up a small part of Mentsiquar and Sensaforia. They generally make with one another.

Since this seems to be all the main questions summed up I have my own to ask. I know in the story there's certain animals found on the planet Zerca. Its been so long since I read the story I can't recall them. Any chance the names and brief description of the creature/creatures could be put up here.

The only animals on Zerca described in detail were the Gramba - a horse like creature with long shaggy fur. When it comes to RPing, you guys may feel free to bring up animals at your own discretion. Keep in mind, however, that all thing Earthling are novelty items so in such places as Mentsiquar where all things industrial, trading and shipping (etc.) are brought about they would probably have Earthling animals to be sold as rare pets.
