On the Streets (Damian Scott & Raven)

"What should I do while your teaching Nathan?" He looked up at the school and knew he woudl probably get lost in the place because it was so big.

Raven smiles warmly, "You can be my assistant." And with that they wnter the building and head striaght for the Zercan's classroom.

"Ok, I can do that." He followed Raven to the classroom and looked around. He didn't get to school very often and last time he went the teacher said he needed to take summer school because he was behind the rest of the class. No one at his school knew he had been living on the streets the last six years. This was his senior year but with how far behind he was it was obvious he wouldn't be gradguating.

Raven, being the professor he is, walks in late, but with a bright smile, "Okay students, my excellent students, lets get note taking."

Damian follows behind him and finds an empty desk in the back of the classroom to sit at where he wouldn't be bothering anyone. He glanced aorund at the other kids in the class, wishing he was like them and didn't have anything to worry about like where his next meal would be coming from.

Some two hours later Raven kicks the class out and smiles to Damian, "After the next class do you wish to pick something up to eat with me?"

He watches as the other kids leave and gets up to stretch. "Sure, i could use some more food. That would be great. Thanks."

"Great," Raven begins to clean up. "Give me a minute."

[lucianluna]

"ok sir." Damian sat back down at noe of the desks and waited for Raven to get ready to go get something to eat.

Once the mess is cleaned Raven grabs his brief case. Then waves Damian over to the door he's at, "What are you fancying today?"

Damian got up and walked over to the guy once the teacher was ready. "I've always wanted a burger, fries and shake. Never had that before and they always looked so good. Can we have burgers?"

[mesmu]

Nodding Raven says, "Do you mind if I use my voice recognizing device to find a place? I don't know where a good old burger place would be in this city yet."

"No I don't mind sir?" He leaned against a wall and waited for the man to find a good place to eat.

[mesmu]

Raven smiles and pulls out his A.I. " Okay Tenti, we're looking for traditional burger places. Fries and shakes too."

Their is a giggle and then a "Roger!" And the A.I. whom decided to go unseen for now begins to do a search of the entire city. And then he goes "Ding, ding, ding! We have a winner!!! Its a couple blocks south of here."

"Thanks Tenti, please go into stand by mood," Raven says with a slight shakes of his head and pockets the machine. "Okay, lets go~!"

Damian watched him use the machine with interest and waited until it had found a restaurant. "That's rather interesting. So are you ready to go now?" he tried to hide that he had never seen one of those machines before. he never saw much technology wise since he had been on the streets for six years.
