I was in charge of driving the ship. I was also the only one who had a license to drive one. I looked to my friends as they busted up laughing. I grinned and put the ship on autopilot before joining in on the conversation.
"Imagine if he found out we took some of the diamonds!" Gin laughed out, his orange eyes lighting up more.
"The big baby would probably cry or something!" Krisser snickered, closing his bright red orbs.
"Ah! We know what he'd do..." I smirked.
"Look at your ugly face and die from shock?" Yura, the only bearer out of the four of us, coughed out.
I glared, "Hey. I could've not let you on this ship. I can eject you too! You don't have to come planet-hopping with us!"

It was a beautiful summer day on Maui. I was down on my private beach, reclining on the warm sand and basking in the sun. That all changed when my vision suddenly went dark. I opened my eyes and saw a large starship floating over me. What the hell? I jumped up and ran back to the house. Why?! Why would they come now?! After 12 years of peace, his parents' killers had come for us...

All of is were arguing when the ship finally decided to inform us that it needed help landing. I went to my chair and looked out. A beach?! Definitely not! I guided it to a forest nearby and landed carefully. My friends all cheered and high-fived each other until we were informed that we were on the backwater planet.
Yura pouted, "What?! Gross...."

I soon arrived at home, throwing open the door to our large beach house.
"Aina! We've got a problem!"
"Maaku? What's wrong?" My older brother, Ainakea asked.
"T-they're here!"

We walked out slowly, looking around. Yura complained about us not being able to change here and how it was going to make him go made. Krisser huffed and told him to shut it which Yura got mad about. Gin stood by me, ignoring the other two.
"How long are we going to stay here?" he asked, eyes fixed on me.
"About...three days? How's that sound?" I glanced to him. It wasn't long, but it was long enough for us to just look around.
Gin grinned, "Then on to Jeskara to find us an incubus!"
I laughed, "Yeah. Sure."

"Maaku... You know that those guys are still locked up, right? If they had escaped, I would've been notified." My brother explained calmly.
"But, I saw a starship! Who else would come to our beach?"
"I don't know, why don't you go find out?" I nodded and headed out to the woods. I soon heard some voices, and hid behind a tree. A group of teen boys soon came into view. One in particular caught my eye. He had gray hair and three claw marks on his cheek. All in all, he was pretty hot. His eyes flicked over to me, and I went back behind the tree

I blinked but ignored what I had thought I had seen. Must of been some kind of bird or something.
Yura snapped his fingers in front of my face. "Hello?! Where the hell are we staying?"
"On the ship. Duh," Krisser made a face at the bearer as Yura turned to yell at him. Gin grabbed the golden headed teen before he could cause any damage to his aggressor.

I breathed a sigh of relief. But when I turned around, I was face to face with one of them. I stumbled backwards, right into the group of boys.

Krisser grinned as he followed the stumbling boy to us, "Look what I found~!"
I caught the young male, helping him back on his feet, "You okay, eavesdropper?"
Yura stepped towards him and blinked, "You're a bearer... How cute!"

"I wasn't eavesdropping. I was just curious who would come to Maui from out there. I'm Maaku. Maaku Kamaka." I smiled and held out my hand for the boy who caught me to shake.

Yura questioned, "What was what?"
Gin grinned at me, "Don't tell us you found your mate! No fair! The cuties all go
for you!"
I took my hand back slowly, "It's the face. They're only after me for the face."
Krisser laughed, "I don't think so! You got that face from trying to crawl up from hell, but twenty people fell on it going down!"
I growled slightly at him, "And your face just looks that way."
Yura smirked at Krisser as Gin shook his head laughing.

I was in shock. I had finally found my mate, but what would Aina say? He was REALLY protective, seeing as he practically raised me after the murders. I did the only thing I could think to do, I turned and hightaled it out of there.

I stared after him, shocked that my own mate would run from me. I felt horrible. Like my scars scared him or something. I heard a slap and look over to see that Yura had hit the red-eyed teen. Gin stared with me, "Y-Yura...?"
