Dancing in Circles ((Glee & Jakal))

Gleeson Avika sat in the provided sea along with the other dancers on this project. They had worked hard to ensure that Aida’s video was perfect. Aida being a visionary artist who insisted on only appearing in his videos occasionally and leaving the rest to the dancers and creative directors. Aida had appeared looking gorgeous in nothing but white feathers and had left one of the main roles to Glee. He had to admit to feeling a little nervous, he did a lot of dancing in videos and ballet, but this one he felt really felt like his style, his feel. And the director had let him go with it trusting him.

The lights dimmed and the screen appeared. Sink or swim, the video was aired to both Aida and the vid critics - of whom were just getting their taste of Aida’s borderline feminine voice.



Seeing the video for the first time, Glee had no worries. They had kicked ass. When the lights came back on, the immediately high-fived and hugged those around him, including Aida who made sure to kiss his cheek in thanks.

Rey sighed as he made his way to work. He had to do some clean-up film work for a couple music videos, including one by his best friend's mother, Niko. Drakary was off filming his next big movie, and Rey was feeling a little saddened that he couldn't hang out with his friend.

But, he soldiered on and headed to work, passing a video set for some strange Aida video.

"You did a great job, Glee," Aida said softly, kissing the male on the cheek. "You're free for my next video, right?"

Glee beamed. "Of course! No way I ever pass up one of your videos, dude. You know that."

Aida smiled briefly before moving on to where his agent was waving him over.

Glee felt the need to twirl, so he did before accepting a few more claps on the back and delivering the same to others.

"Glee, if you're finished grabbing each others asses, we need to give Marco, Aida's manager an answer on the next video," Glee's agent, Royce, said with a sigh. "You have time to celebrate later but right now we have to make sure you have future bookings."

The man sighed and headed over to his agent. "I don't know what the big deal is, you know Aida likes me. He always wanted me in his videos. I just spoke to him about it."

"You what?"Royce growled. "Without discussing payment first? I need to go do some damage control and make sure whatever you agreed to didn't include a set payment."

Glee stared after his manager as the man rushed off. Grinning at the funny, frantic man, he headed towards the door - and right into a very wide chest. Luckily, being a dancer ensured him quick reflexes that had him quickly catching himself.

Jake also caught the small body that collided with his. He blushed and let the male go as he saw it was a beautiful little bearer with a shock of red through his black hair.

"Sorry about that," he blurted, blushing. "Excuse me." he said, stepping around the male and hurrying off to his office.

"No problem!" Glee called after him, wondering at the large givers flushed face. Had that been because of him? How sweet! He had turned and was heading out the foor when his agent called out-

"Glee! Don't forget coming in tomorrow for video modifications. You have an appointment at 3."

"Will do!" He said before heading out.

Rey settled down to work, blushing once more at the thought of the cute bearer he had run into before he settled down to work.

Glee's night was pretty uneventuful as he needed his rest after such a busy day but was up bright and early and on time for his video modification.

Royce met him at the door. "There is a technical producer in there at Aida's request to listen to your say in what is edited and what is not. After that, you're free but remember you have an early appointment tomorrow."

Glee just smiled and waved at the man before heading into the room indicated. His smile broadened when he saw the big Giver he had bumped into the day before. "Hey you," he greeted.

Rey was typing away and jumped when he heard a cool and calm voice. "Wha--oh! Uh, um hi!" Rey blinked. "Uh...hi?" he asked blinking, and blushing as he realized what a dork he was making of himself.

Glee laughed and moved over to slide in a seat next to him. "I'm Glee Nelson. Here for the overview of the editting?" he gave him a winning smiled. This guy was too cute.

Jake watched the male as he lowered himself into the seat next to him and blushed at that smile, which made him lose his train of thought."I'm Jake, I mean Rey--I-I mean Jakal Rey. Everyone calls me Jake or Rey," Jake said to the male.

"Well, Rey," he winked at him. "It's nice to meet you. What do you think of Aida's new video? I got to work alongside the creative director on it while dancing."

Jake looked at the man, blushing again. "I-I like it, it's really interesting. Um, there is some editing that needs to be done as far as the flow and all that, with the back and forth transitions." he said, trying to be mostly business.

"I figured. I tried to tell these guys I didn't want to jack up your flow," he wiggled his fingers. "But they put me in here anyways. I'll try not to harass you too much, pal."

"Uh, you're not harrassing me," Rey defended. "uh, just tell me what you wanna change." he said as he began to play the video.

"Eek," he laughed at the noise he made as he pointed to the screen. "Could you edit that part where my shorts ride down. Showing my ass to the world is not what I was going for," he said.
