(I swear if Alex attempts to get himself killed or anything of the like I will kill him!!! O.o? Oh wait that doesn't work does it?)
Something isn't right... Why isn't Alex out here with us? Me and Xanto are wrestling in the garden. And when I hear the back door open I grab Xan and set him on his feet, "Go play with Lyxie for a while kitten. Daddy needs to go take a walk." And once I know my son is in the house safely, do I follow the scent trail that can be only one person, ,y mate.

I hear someone following me, and I break into a run. I feel the tug on my heart, and know it's Bakeru. I soon arrive at my destination, a small clearing deep in the forest, a place I'd discovered when I lived here. I sat down and waited for my mate to arrive.

When I'm close enough I make sure to make enough noise he knows I'm coming and then I walk into the clearing, "Alex? Why? What?"

I follow Bakeru back to my grandmother's house, and start packing Xan's bags.
"Mommy? Daddy? Are we leaving?"
"Just you Xan. Mommy and Daddy have some things that we need to take care of. You're going to see Uncle Sora."

"Okay mommy," Xanto says and starts helping us pack. I hug our kitten before giving him over to his mother.
"I'll call Sora. Should we have him come here? Or should we go to him... Or should we meet half way?"

"Well..." I was about to say, when I heard an explosion. I grabbed a screaming Xanto, handed him to Bakeru, and raced into the living room. The room was in ruins, and a group of anthropomorphic cats stood in the room. My blood ran cold, they were from that slave ranch.
"Bakeru, keep Xanto safe." I said as he came up behind me. I walked forward, back straight. "I'll go with you, just leave my mate and kit alone."
