"But, there could be dire consequences if anyone finds out, it's easier said than done," he said, barely awake. "Please stay with me," he said, "I want you to be there when I wake up," he said weakly once again, before his eyes slowly fluttered shut and he was asleep once more.

[ A few weeks Later ]

Zero had been able to talk with his mother and father, but they didn't say what really happened. They just said that he was mugged and raped, and was left to die on the corner. He was almost fully healed now, but he still needed to be rolled around in a wheel chair. They also were kind enough to fix his hair so he didn't look so dorky.

He was going home today, that was a bright side, and it didn't hurt much anymore, except when he had to move his feet or he sat in the same place for too long. He just sighed, and leaned his head back in his chair, ready to be out of this place. He really didn't want to go home, there were too many children there and Kau had just made three more additions to the family. They really needed to move out, but he loved his family all the same, and wanted to see them, if they were going to behave that is.

Zero really was back to his dull, stern, and socially awkward self, well more or less.

Gravity dresses into his street clothes from his worker uniform in the bathroom of the hotel he started working at last week. He's got a plan to get out of the family house and alone with his mate, his twin, his other half to his heart. But right now he has to get to the hospital, he promised Zero he'd be there to roll him out of the medical place.

So he is obviously rushing, fumbling over buttons and sloppily re-tying his hair back as he stumbles out of the only stall in the males restroom. Then he makes his speedy way down the hotel stairs from the third floor to the first to clock out, which he does and practically jumps out the back door.

When he gets to the hospital he's panting. And the nurse in charge of Zero's floor smiles at him, "Your brother's waiting for you in his room. He's been discharged." And with that he quickly slides into first his twin's door and then the room.

"ZERO!"

Zero looked up, pushing his glasses bad up the ridge of his nose, "Took you long enough, please get me out of here, I can't stand one more crumb of hospital food," he said with a cringe. He looked a little uneasy, but having Zero with him helped quite a bit. He hissed a little once he was outside, he always heated the light, always have, always will. "Gravi, can you tell me something? What do you do all day when you leave me alone? It gets lonely." he said as he was rolled down the sidewalk home.

He looked up at the signs of the shops as they passed, by everything looked so big, even Gravi, he always looked down, and hardly ever up, it was odd to say the least. "Wait! Stop!" Zero said as they almost passed his favorite food store, also the only place that handed out his favorite Blue Cotton Candy flavored suckers. He looked up to Gravi, he was hungry, "Please?" he said whining almost.

Wheeling his brother in with a happy smile Gravity replies to his earliar question, "I'm a bell hop at the local hotel... Now what was it you were craving?"

[squabbel]

"Well first I want some Shew Noodles, and maybe a Blue Cotton Candy flavored sucker, is there something wrong with that?" he asked. Wanting to get inside more since it was out of the sun, he could feel his skin start to burn. "Please! It's hot out here!" he whined. He always whined when he was outside.

[mesmu]

Complying the elder brother wheels his twin all the way in. Then gets what he asked for, "Anything else?"

"No I'll be good for now, but you should get something, you couldn't have already had lunch, plus it makes me feel awkward if I'm with someone, even you, and I'm the only one eating," he said craning his neck to look up at his brother, already digging into his noodles. "You know, I've always wondered something, how do complete strangers always know you're older than me, even though it's only and hour difference, I mean you're shorter than me, and aren't older brothers usually taller?" he said going on with one of those random discussions that hold absolutely no relevance to anyone but him.

Gravity just smiles and buys himself something to drink, "I'm not hungry quite yet, Zero." And wheels his brother back out and tries to stick to the shade. "And it has to be the fact I don't whine about being outside."

[squabbel]

"Well, if you spent your days inside in front of a computer screen, sun doesn't agree with you most of the time, besides you haven't even gotten laid and you actually try to behind mom's back," he said angry. "I'm sorry, that was too far wasn't it, yeah, I guess it really is easy to tell who's older," he said before leaning back and quietly eating his noodles.

Gravity bites his lip, but keeps quiet. He pushes his twins chair all the way home in silence.

It was a less than eventful reunion, Kau cried and wouldn't let go of his precious Zero's neck, and all their siblings were out at the park, even the older ones. Though, Zero did get to meet the new triplets, Kai, Ken, and Chikusa. After Kau finally got out of maternal mode, Zero found himself confined to the living room, it was too dangerous in his room in his condition. He was laid down on the couch and given the television remote. "I'm sorry, Gravy, really I am, it told you I was a horrible brother," he said before he fell asleep once again.

Gravity just sits by the couch and leans his head close to his brother's ignoring everyone else's existence, "Its okay... I always forgive you."

[ 2 1/2 Weeks Later ]
Zero sat on the old mattress typing away and munching a piece of toast among the wires. His ankles have heeled enough that he just needs a cane to help him walk around. He has found himself more at the breakfast table, because that's that's the only time he gets to see Zero, and he's never in a good mood in the mornings. Gravity and Zero had a plan, Gravi sacrificed his room and now bunks with Zero, and he was going to work his ass off so that they could start renting a small house, Zero can't stand apartments. Zero spends his days at a local cafe's working behind the counter, since he can't move around much. At least he gets good tips. Zero had the day off today since his ankles have been hurting him a little, he still needed to adjust to working from 6:30 AM to 12: AM. He can stay up that long, but working for that long is a different story.

Gravity smiles and hands another person their bags, "I hope you enjoyed your stay sir."

"Best weekend of my life~!" And the older twin doesn't have to pry to know yet another Zercan bearer has found his mate.

"Good for you..."

Around lunch time Gravity gets sent home, he'd nearly passed out from dehyration. They told him to get some water and get better.So he slumps down next to Zero, water in hand, "Hey."

"Hello, you're home early, normally when you get home you pass out," he said still typing away, still nibbling on his toast. "Mind telling me why?" he asked his toast tearing and falling into his lap. Zero picked it back up and finished eating it and turned to his brother. "I've been thinking Gravi," he said his voice sounding serious. "Why, heven't we mated yet? I mean Yes it would tell the whole world that we are mates but, Well, it just bugs, me, I mean I just love you so much, I want to make it real," he said almost acting like he was trying to avoid eye contact.
