"Take your best shot" Triem/Henry

Henry gasps after Triem said that. Placing his hands on his belly, he thought, 'I never even thought of that...I'm only sopossed to be a few weeks pregnant...'

"You must be carring more than even two, maybe like... Four?" Triem continues and watches Henry's reaction.

Henry becomes scared. Tears of terror streaming down his face. 'I don't think I'll survive four' he thought

"You'll be fine Henry," Triem pets the other's hair. "I promise you that... I won't let anything happen to you."

Henry was still shaking. He believed what triem had said, but he wasn't the one who had to give birth to these kits.

Triem doesn't know what else to do and just nuzzles his mate and kisses him atop the head, "I'll forever be in love with you."

Henry curled up in triems arms, closing his eyes and feeling content from triems words. "I love you too. Forever and ever."

Triem sighs and lets Henry relax against him.

*times jump*

Dreamweaver is practically jumping up and down with the news, "We're almost to out destination~!!! One day left~!!!" And the lion just shakes his head and smiles down at his mate.

Henry, hands resting on his now bigger belly, looks up at triem, "We're almost there? How much longer is this gonna take?!"

"Well we'll ask to stay there until after the kits have been born," Triem responds with a smile. "Only a little longer, sweet."

Henry cringed at the thought of birth, just noddin his head as a simple reply.

[mesmu]

Triem nuzzles his mate and Dreamweaver shouts, "Finally!!! We're landing!!!" Then the ship begins to shake a little so Triem first buckles in Henry and then himself. They'll be on Jeskara in a few short minutes...
