Of Ukes and Smoothies (Zehl/Kau-MATURE)

Zehl's heart beats frantically and when Abel runs in he looks over to the older male, "We have to get him to the city. Now." But he doesn't even know what direction to start in, which is his only reason for not already being gone.

Daren's eyes widen and he rushes, "Good bye." Before contacting the city and making sure they're ready for his brother-in-law. Contented with the response he moves to go help in any way he can.

[squabbel]

Abel nodded, helping Zehl pick his son up. Walking through a couple doors they wound up in a small port, with a single Jetkar inside it. It was barely big enough for three people, and Kau just took up the whole back seat. They'd only have enough room for one person to get in and drive to the emergency hospital then beam to the capitol. He looked back to Zehl, and knew he'd be the one to go. He took the boy by the hand and sat him down in the driver's seat.

"You have to be there more than anyone, we'll be waiting on you back here. All you have to do is go to Ventra, via autopilot, get him to the emergency hospital, there they will then transport you to Jokadi, take care of him." he said with a sad smile, before commanding the Jetkar, "Jetkar, Ventra, hurry," he said before closing the door and they were gone. He had wasted no time, he knew Kau wouldn't last much longer.

Kau yelled in pain in the back seat, holding his tummy, his children restless inside of him. "Zehl! H-help!! I-t H-hurts!!!" he screamed, his vocal cords killing him from his please. He tossed his head back, felling something wet trail down his lower body and onto the soft seats. Tears still wet his face breathing heavily.

Zehl was torn between keeping watch on where they are going and comforting his mate. So he managed to reach back to try to take Kau's hand, "We'll be there soon."

And as soon as they reached the instructed city and was parked Zehl jumps out. Then hauls Kau to the emergency hospital. Once inside he finds someone quickly due to everyone hearing the male that's in labor's cries.

He says quickly, "We need to get to Jokadi!"

Daren was out in time to see the younger two speed away. He walks over to his worried mate and wraps his arms around him. "They'll be fine."

[squabbel]

Kau yelped in searing pain when he was hauled out of the care, his legs barely able to carry him. He collapsed on the floor once Zehl began talking to a Male nurse. He panted his head swimming, he was hardly able to concentrate as well. He groaned when he suddenly found himself in a wheel chair, and was wheeled to a teleportation pad. He kept clawing at the armrests, the leather peeling back every now and again. Once again he yowled in pain, not realizing he was already in the Jokadi's hospital, nurses cleaned him up and stripped him down. It took a couple of people to safely lower him into the birthing box.

Abel sighed turning to his mate, tears falling to the ground. "I know he will, but what am I going to do when you end up like that?" he asked placing his hands on either side of the other's tummy. "We both know I'm not allowed in the capitol and Zehl will most likely be occupied with his own kittens. He lowered his head and buried his face into his lover's shoulder. "I'm worried about you Daren, I don't want to lose you," he weeped, caressing the boy's head.

Zehl can still hear Kau's screams, but knows he is in good hands. Once the nurses got the soon to be mother into the birthing box they had beamed Zehl up as well. And the tiger is doing all he can to stay strong and hope that Kau will be done soon.

Daren takes Abel's face in his hands and looks him in the eye, "I will be fine. My mother could always tell that he was ready, the kits were at least an hour before the pain hits."

He kisses away his mate's tears, "And besides my mother will be here tomorrow... That's the real reason why dad wasn't around. He left to see his grand kittens as soon as he could."

"And to be here when," His hand flutters down to his stomach at which his hand is brutally kicked. "When the brat wants to come out. So don't fret, my love."

[squabbel]

Kau groaned inside the birthing box, still in extreme pain, every time he pushed his head you bob just a little. Every now and again he turn making the doctors correct his position and say words of encouragement. Kau continued to scream Zehl's name, desperately wanting him to be right by his side, holding him as he gave birth to their children.

Kau was so tired, it took allot of help from the techs to keep him awake, when all of a sudden a small little roar came, their first child was born, the pleasure of hearing the small little kit was short lived and the other wanted out. It took longer than the first, with one final push their child was finally free, the two reunited once again, opening their eyes for the first time. Kau was too tired to take them, and he finally passed out.

A doctor wrapped them up in identical blankets and walked the two kits over to their father. "Would you like to hold your children?" the doctor said, both of the children gave another small roar, and opened their eyes, one had green, and the other with one gold eye, and one blue. Their fur both snow white one with normal stripes like that of a tiger, and one somehow with an exact copy of Kau's scar on his back. "Have you picked out names for them yet?" asked the doctor as they carried Kau out cleaning him up, putting him in a paper gown, then putting him to bed in the next room.

[ yes I'm being mean about the patters, but I get to chose at least something! Also you can name one I'll name one, okay? ]

Abel just smiled and pulled his lover close, "That's why I love you, always so confident… and prepared," he pressed his lips against the younger's, his tongue exploring every nook and cranny of the boy's mouth. He pulled him back inside, taking his usual seat, letting the boy sit down in his lap. "I wonder if your father would approve of me, I mean I AM technically you uncle in law," he said still worrying about meeting the rest of Daren's family.

He let his hand trail back to his lover's tum, smiling as he felt their son kick, "He sure is a violent one, wonder which one of us he got that from," he said deep in thought. He sighed and looked back up at Daren, "I just realized something, we never thought up a name for the little twerp."

Daren smiles at Abel and leans back to rest against him, "My father won't meet you until we return to Zerca." He sighs when his mate places his hand on his stomach.

"Love... He totally got the violence from you," He smirks and moves his arms back so he can play with his giver's hair. "And I already have a name picked out... Nebula."

Zehl takes his kits in his arms, loving them as only a father can. And they gave little roars as he nods to the doctor, "The one who has two colored eyes is Zero and his brother is Gravity."

He looks to the room his mate is held in, "How long before we can visit?" He coos down at the now growling babies, they missed mommy and wanted him back. Holding them as were before.

[squabbel]

"Well, I'd say not too long from now, but even then there's a good chance he'd be sleeping," the doctor said before smiling at the two little kittens. "But I can't separate a family for too long, once I see that he's in a stable state I'll get you three back there sooner, is that all right?" the doctor said with a smile. A half and hour later the doctor returned and escorted the small family back in the next room. "I'm sorry, it took much longer than I expected, he's been through allot, giving birth then going straight to surgery, you can see if you can wake him up if you want to," he said with a slight smile and letting them inside.

Kau was propped up slightly on the bed, a bandage around his eyes. He was sleeping peacefully, doctors had just left, making sure he was okay.

"Well I still have to worry," Abel said with a sigh, he continued to rub the boy's tum, smiling as the child inside continued to respond to his touch. "I'm not so sure Hun, he could've gotten it from you, but it's highly unlikely," he said still smiling. "I guess it's best you name the kid, knowing me he'd be left with a horrible Jeskaran name," he said with a chuckle kissing the boy again. "You really are beautiful, you know that?"

Zehl sighs and walks over to the bed, re-adjusting the kits as he does. They mewl softly, both being as sleepy as their mother. The white tiger smiles and nods towards Kau, "That's your mama."

And the babe still in Daren stretches before head butting its confinements, "Breakfast time." The liger coos and gets up. "I think its blood time, no?" He rubs his tummy as he heads for the kitchen.

Kau groaned in his sleep, reaching a shaky hand up to his lover, he felt horrible to say the least. The little cubs nipped at his fingers before falling back into their father's arms, yawning as they did so. Kau simply blushed tears falling down his face once again. He smiled barely able to turn his head to his mate. A doctor came in once again with a smile on his face, "Well, it seems your awake, that's good, would you like me to remove the bandages for you?" he asked his hands folded in-front of him.

Kau shook a little, he had been wanting this forever now, and he was scared, he just laid there submissively, hand still reaching out to his family, he didn't open his eyes even the doctor removed his bandages.

Abel just smiles following his wife into the kitchen, once there he wraps his arms around his lover. "Now where am I to find some of that? Hmm? You want me to go hunting again? So soon? I'm starting to hope the little twerp doesn't have your personality," he said with a smile, kissing him on the cheek. Abel pulled away heading back to the stove top, and finished cooking the breakfast he was making for everyone.

Zehl leans forward with the kits who just wanna be with their mommy, they could care less that their father was holding them. And they are set next to their mommy which they purr at.

Now Zehl smiles and takes Kau's hand, "Honey how do you feel?"

Daren rolls his eyes and sighs, "Okay starve little Nebby. That's fine, I don't like drinking blood-"

And a sharp knock is heard on the front door. The pregnant male blinks, "That was quick."

[squabbel]

Kau looked up at his lover, still not opening his eyes, "I-i'm sc-ar-ed," he said his voice hoarse. He tilted his head towards his children the babies happy to be with him. He wanted to open his eyes so badly, but what if he didn't like what he saw, what if he could be happily content with his invisible man. Kau brought his other hand to the small heads of his children, bushing when he felt one of them nip at his fingers once again.

Kau squeezed his lovers hand, he took a deep breath and his golden eyes shot open, at first his eyes hurt from the sudden exposure to light, for the first time since he was a child. He opened his eyes slowly this time and his breath caught in his throat, before looking down at his children, he had a hard time breathing, pulling the two close, tears streamed down his face even more, soaking his hair.

"Oi, it's not like I'm poisoning you! It's just eggs, no blood!" he said showing his lover the pan, he always made breakfast for Kau. He put the pan back down, and walked up behind him, "Is it your mother?" he asked his arms around his lover's shoulders, and rested his head on his head.

And the babes are finally content in their mama's arms. Zehl smiles happily watching, not wanting to interfere with the re-unison of those who have known each other for the past six months.

He had been over joyed when Kau opened his eyes and could only assume from his mate's reaction that it had worked, he can see again. The white tiger now puts a hand on Kua's head, rubbing it to try and comfort the mother of his kits.

His kits. It now finally dawns on him that he is a father. He has two little, beautiful babes.

Daren shrugs Abel off and goes to the door. He opens it before another knock can a raise. Sheba stands there in nothing but a long shirt that goes to his knees and his waiste length hair is flowing in a gentle breeze.

He hugs his baby when he sees him, "Oh honey! Mama came as quick as he could!" And the two embrace before Sheba is let go of and walks in. "Now where is the man that knocked my eldest up?" At this Daren blushed dark and chuckles lightly...

[squabbel]

Kau smiled up at his lover, the kits snuggling close to his chest, both yawning every now and again. He rubbed his head against his mates hand, mimicking their babies as he purred a little. "T-they-re be-a-uti-ful," he said sounding rather mentally challenged. "I c-can-t w-ai-t t-o ge-t h-om-e," he said again holding his babies close as they were slowly lulled to sleep.

Abel walks in behind his mate, a hand in his overcoat, he smiled to Sheba and bowed his head. "I'm right here, I've been trying to feed your son but apparently he thinks I'm poisoning him, and I promise you I would never do such a thing," he said with his eyes close. "It really is a pleasure to meet you in person Sheba, you're even more beautiful in person," he said bowing his head again.

Zehl kisses the top of his mate's head and purrs as well, "Nor can I, Anui." He watches as the kittens fall asleep, he can't wait to bring them home either. To show 'Grandpa' and 'Uncle' the most perfect new borns in to ever be brought into the world. And by no other than his only love.

And he can't get over the wonderful yellow eyes that he can finally see.

He nuzzles Kau, "Honey... I love you."

Sheba nods at Abel before throwing his arms around him, purring loudly, "You are as well." He lets go of the vampire and hold him out at arms length. "The trouble maker thinks you're gonna kill him off?"

He doesn't wait for answer before whirling to his son, "Daren! This man has done nothing, but slaved after you for six months and all you can say is you don't wanna eat his food he made for you?"

Daren looks taken a back, "I was just playing, ma." And he looks to Abel with big eyes. "I'm sorry."

Sheba nods and hugs Abel again, "Now lets eat!"
