"Great. Go retrieve some for yourself and join me," he said, deciding that perhaps a different approach was required.

Adam's violet eyes widened. "I couldn't possibly do something like that, Master Sir." Especially since he was getting a queasy feeling looking at the table. He couldn't believe his frist time was taken on a table. How fitting for a servant.

Knight's smile fell and he scowled. "Did I order it? If so then I believe you can and you will."

Adam let his displeasure show as he went back to the kitchen to retrieve himself a smaller less elegant breakfast. When he got back to the table, he had every mind to sit on the floor.

"Ass in chair," Knight growled at him.

Adam made a small noise and pulled out a chair a few away from Knight.

"Beside me," he gestured to his left. "I want you beside me."

Adam sighed and sat down in the appointed seat.

Knight nodded, pleased. "Isn't this better than eating in the hot kitchens?" he mused a few moments later after a few bites of his meal.

Adam shrugged. "It's better, Master Sir."

Taking his large muffin in hand, he split it in half and placed half of it on the boy's plate. "You need to eat more. I love your body, but you need a bit more weight on you."

Adam frowned. Okay, so he was a little skinny, but he had muscle. He stuffed the half of muffin in his mouth anywas, finding it a good start at compensating him for his loss.

Knight was ridiculously pleased that his slave accepted the half a muffin and smiled into his tea cup.

Adam made a show of garbling it down just to piss off his master, making a crumb filled mess on the table that he'd probably be ordered to clean.

"Must be good," he mused with a grin at the boy's obvious antics.
