Fin usually kept his window open to catch a breeze during the night and early morning. A strange smell drifted in on the wind and, still half asleep and unaware, Fin scent the air. He purred inadvertently, getting up from his bed like a sleep walker and leaving his room.

The animal side of Fin took over and he shifted into a golden leopard, sleek and powerful so he could take off after the delicious smell. The poor human had no idea that he was half Zercan.

Aure nearly purred as he ran. This mountain air was fantastic and--he scented something, stopping short and changing course. Another Zercan.

The cat side of Fin was darting playfully through the trees. He was still following the smell of course but got a little sidetracked into chasing after some rabbits as he practiced pouncing. The leopard acted very much like a kitten and not an adult Zercan at all.

Aure watched the beautiful creature from behind some trees, crouching down. He was adorable, and beautiful, and Aure wanted him. He silently slunk out from the trees, letting out a little growl to let the male know he was here.

Fin's nose flared, catching that strong scent, just as he heard a growl. He froze, ear swiveling wildly, eyes big. The leopard crouched in the grass, facing the potential threat with an erect tail. Fin growled back, not sure if this new smell was a friend or not.

Aure just sat back on his haunches, exuding dominance as he looked at the sleek golden leopard. He was really beautiful. He nearly purred at the sight of him.

Eying this black creature warily, Fin slunk over, curiosity getting the better of him. The male was so big! Squeaking out a little chuff of air in greeting when the panther didn't attack. The purring was soothing so Fin purred back, going so far as to nuzzle the male playfully before rolling to his back and exposing his tummy in a submissive manner.

Aure blinked at teh male, purring and chuffing in approval at his show of submission. Aure stood and went to nuzzle the male. Damn, he smelt good, who was this treasure?

Cat Fin liked this new male. A lot. He purred loudly for the big male getting up so he could rub his body fully against the black pelt of the panther. It was a little wanton, but the leopard wanted to just get the panther's smell all over himself.

Oh, that was it. Aure pounced the little male, pinning him as he gently clamped his jaw on Fin's neck, telling him to submit to him, and that he was his.

The teeth that were suddenly at his neck surprised him. Fin yowled, but it felt so good. He didn't struggle, body simply relaxing in the panther's hold. All of this was right and good and Fin chuffed happily, tail waggling proudly in the air.

Aure purred against the male's neck. He was such a perfect little bearer, Aure chuffed, releasing his jaw and laying down, indicating for the other panther to lay beside him.

Playfully, Finbar nipped at the panther's ear, before licking it lovingly. He laid down beside the male after that, purring lowly as he nuzzled black fur.

Aure nuzzled against the boy--heaven!--as they lay there, his tail draped over the beauty. Aure wondered who he was. This panther was his mate. He could feel it, he knew it. He licked the male's neck where he would mark him, purring in contented delight.

[clementine]

Fin answered with a rumbled groan, offering his neck further. He knew this male was his giver, his mate, as well...at least the Zercan side of Fin. The golden leopard yawned suddenly, head dropping against the panther's shoulder and snuggling in for a nice cat nap.
