"This shop is where my mother and father lived.." he said, shaking his head. "It's all I have left of them."

Kori was unconvinced but murmured a 'fine' before kissing his mate's cheek and heading to the kitchen to make some tea.

Raegan looked around before sighing and closing the door before heading upstairs after his mate, hhe didn't want the male to be upset with him.

Kori wasn't upset with him, he was annoyed at his apparent lack of ability to fix this mess he'd created. He was currently leaned back against the stove, drawing it's heat and sipping his tea.

Raegan just sighed, biting his lip. That man would return. He did after running into Gri...surely he would after Kori...he feared for his mate's safety.

Kori may have been a gentle giant when it came to those he cared for but he was also a vicious predator. Moving closer to hug his mate, he kissed his neck. "No one will ever hurt you. I will just have enough commong sense to drag his ass outside this time."
