"My bearer was Zercan," Raegan said, running a hand through his lengthy brown hair. "So, half."

Kori smiled, he didn't know why but the man pleased him so very much. His beauty, his soft spoken voice. hell, even his bloodlines just... pleased him. "May I ask why you are so very shy, Raegan? Surely you must know how lovely you are."

Raegan forced himself not to blush. "I...just do not have interactions with Givers. I am not shy, per say." he said, biting his lip nervously again.

"Well, I for one am rather pleased you have not aligned yourself with many givers," he said honestly. "Perhaps you were just waiting for me, eh?" His dimple appeared as he grinned over at the man.

Raegan blushed at that. "Why do you say things like that?" he asked.

"Because I feel no restraint when it comes to you," he shrugged, pausing to allow thw waitor to set their drink's down. "I feel like I can and should tell you everything."

Raegan blushed a bit, looking at him. "Doesn't that seem odd to you?" he asked.

"I don't know, I haven't really thought about it. All I can seem to think about is you," for the first time he lost his smile and a serious look touched his face. "I feel like I'm obsessed or something. Do you think that's wrong?"

Raegan flushed and blinked at that. "You've only known me for...not even a full day. And you know nothing about me." he said, quite confused at the male's almost...scary interest in him.

"I realize that, Raegan, but first off I just want to be honest. Secondly, I am more than interested in learning every thing about you, every detail you want to share with me," he said quite honestly. "Don't you feel anything for me? Surely this thing cannot be so one-sided."

Raegan blushed, looking at the male. "I...I..."he bit his lip. "I--" he blushed again, hard pressed to find the words to expressed his feelings.

Kori smiled softly and reached over to lace his fingers with the man, he didn't allow his palm to touch the other man but he had a sneaking suspicion that such an act would indeed be the proper course of action. "Do you want to know what I think?"

Raegan blnked, blushing hard. "What?" he asked.

"I think that you feel the same about me," his palm crept closer to Rae's. "That you think I'm as attractive as I think you are," closer. "That you want me as much as I want you. And do you know what else?" He kept him eyes on his mate's as he did the inevitable and brought their palms together. "I think we're mates." The shock when their palms connected took the think right out of that statement.

Raegan shuddered, looking at the male with wide eyes, a blush bright on his face. He knew the male wasn't lying, but, oh Gods, why was he still touching him?
