Glyws looked around at the small house his parents had gotten for him and his to be mate. It wasn't all that big, but it would be a good starting point for them. The pink haired giver turned to the blonde boy with him, a hand held at the back of his head nervously.
"Well, it's not all that big, but I think it looks nice. What about you, Jax?" Glwys asked.

Jax stared at the house, he had not wanted to move in but his parents forced him. "Big enough for the two of us I guess," he muttered. He walk in quickly and looked at the bedrooms. He was glad there were two, knowing his parents got it for a kit, but he did not want a kit. He didn't even want a mate, Glyws was a nice boy but he hated being forced with him.

"Well, um, I guess we can start unpacking," Glwys said coming over to look at the bedrooms. After a few seconds he sighed again. "Look, I know you're kind of annoyed, is it because you have to move in with me?"

Jax looked to him then sighed, "Its because I'm forced to you," he told him. "I'm supposed to be a bearer but I don't even like kits. I'm not the type of mate you want ok?" He huffed then went back to the room he picked so he could unpack.

Glyws sighed before fallowing Jax a couple seconds later. "Jax, I know we've been on a couple of dates, but can't you try at least?"

Jax didnt turn to him as he continued unpacking. "I've tried. I can't love, you or anything else. I'm broken. Just give up. I'm ice and you can't melt me."

"Well, what am I suppose to do? You know, it's kind of hard when the guy you're suppose to be with hates you," Glwys said leaning against the door way.

Jax didn't look to him still, knowing he should try to be nice. "I think you made a mistake, I don't think I'm good for you.

"You know, Jax, I actually do like you," was all Glwys said before turning around and going to his room. He'd never said it before, but he really did like his mate. He even liked the fact he was cold. Maybe it was just a hallucination from his artist mind. No bearer could be cute when they were so cold.

Jax turned shocked and just watched him leave. He was confused as to why he would like him. He sighed then laid on his bed. Soon he created an ice ball and just played with it as he thought.

Glyws sat in front of his notebook looking out the window. He requiered a job as a romance poet, but nothing seemed to be cooming to him today. He had hoped being in a new environment and with his mate would have gave him some inspiration, but it seemed he'd been hoping for too much. His mate just had to be so stuborn,

After a while Jax sighed then headed outside wanting to explore their new home. He frowned when he went to the garden and saw all the flowers. He knew his parents knew he did not care for red roses, it meant love, and yet all the roses here were red.

From the window he was staring out of, Glwys could see the garden. He was quite fond of flowers, especially roses, but the fact they were all the same color made him a little sad. He knew their families were pushing it by giving them only one meaning. A garden full of just love was too much, there needed to be everything else first. He had already decided he would plant other color.
Glwys was suddenly surprised when he caught a glimpse of Jax outside. He allowed his blue eyes to fallow his mate sighing a bit.

Jax touched one of the flowers wondering what it was like to love. Even at home he never knew love, it was more of a militarily home and his parents only mates because that was what was expected.

Though Glwys' family was also the military type, they did believe in the love thing. He had never really though about the fact they were mates, just that he didn't mind being around Jax and later found that he actually liked him. When his parents said they were moving in together, he'd half hoped that Jax had suddenly come to the sense that he felt the same way. Of course, that boy of ice hadn't. Glwys didn't want to melt Jax, he only wanted to touch that heart of ice.
