"Because I was divising a plan to keep you with me for awhile," he admitted with little sheepishness.

Phoenix looked to him confused, "Why would you want to do that?"

"I'm not really sure. You make me feel something I've never felt," he said honestly. "I just want you with me."

Pheonix looked to him shocked, "oh...wow," he told him softly surprised. "You want to be with me?"

[ode]

Adi's face flushed a bit. "I know it sounds odd, me being so old and you so young but... Well, there is something about you that seems to appeal to me on every level possible."

Phoenix grinned, he did like that. "Mmm. That is nice to know," he admitted softly. "Thanks..."

Adi shook his head, "You don't have to thank me. it's the way I feel and I try to be always honest in that regard." That said, he finished up his meal.

Phoenix nodded then slowly continued his meal.

Once they finished, Adi led them outside and led them on a walk. He secretly wanted to wrap his arm around the smaller man but did not want to seem too presumptious. "Is there anything else you wish to do this night?"

Phoenix looked to him curious, surprised he asked. "Anything you want to do," he told him softly.

"You know what," he said suddenly, "You said you don't get many nights to do what you want. You tell me what you want to do, anything. And we'll do it, on me."

Phoenix looked to him in shock but soon smiled. "That's really nice of you. Well the fair is open pretty late, want to go there?"

"Certainly. I adore the spinning rides, how about you?" Adi frequently enjoyed the fair, though he always went alone or with his nephews, he never before had anyone to actually take.

Phoenix nodded suddenly excited. "Of yes please," he told him happy, turning into a bit of a child. "Maybe you can win me a prize?"

"'Course I can, I can't have a pretty bearer like you wlaking around without a stuffed gramba," he said and puffed his chest out playfully. Reaching the carnival, he made good on his promise and won the boy a giant green gramba. "Ready for that ride?"
