Aaron strolled through the human-infested streets, his nose a bit offended and his mind a buzz of curiosity. Where in the seven hells was Akelah?!
He strode forth and into a small, green park that was considerably quieter. Once there, he moved to a bench on the far end, as children played happily on the playgrounds—little brown, and yellow and white faces grinning in childish glee.
Aaron watched the children for a while, before he simply sighed. How was he ever going to find his cousin in this messy mob of sour smelling humans?!

"Alright, helmets, knee pads, wrist guards, and elbow pads?" Leon asked the gaggle of smiling ten year olds that comprised his skateboarding class.
"Check!" They all cried happily, flashing the plastic gear they all sported.
"Good job guys. Remember, safety before skating. Okay, follow me for the warm up." Leon snapped his own skateboard around and rolled down the wide expanse of sidewalk, right past Aaron's bench. He stopped, motioning for the boys and girls to follow him. It took a bit as everyone was new to the whole balance thing.

Aaron blinked as an attractive male and several children approached him on strand wheeled boards. He blinked, watching the interaction--as a child tipped off his board. Aaron reached out to catch him as the board slipped from under him.

The child, Ron, began to cry immediately, more from surprise than hurt. "Ron!" Leon sighed in exasperation, making the rest of the children pause as he went to attend the crying boy. "Thanks for catching him." Leon smiled, glancing over the dark skinned male appreciatively. "You can stop crying now Ron." He soothed, taking the boy and righting him.

Aaron nodded, looking the male over in a flick of his dark brown/golden eyes. The boy sniffled a bit, and Aaron slid his board over, turning it over in his hands--one of the boy's wheels had come off, that's why he fell.

"Oh bother." Leon wrinkled his nose as he inspected the damage as well. "I told them they needed new equipment. But did they listen to me? No sir they didn't." He ranted, taking the board and seeing if he could re-attach the wheel, Ron watching intently now.

Aaron watched as the human tried and failed to attach the wheel before gently lifting it from the male and grabbing his bag. He emerged with a tool, using it to reattach the wheel permanently to the board. The wheel spun the right way, and didn't look like it'd be going anywhere soon. He handed it back and stood, about ready to go back on his little quest.

Leon's face broke out into a wide smile. "Wowza!" He exclaimed appreciatively as his entire class clapped. "Hold on there buddy. Thanks a lot. Are you a handyman?" Leon asked, having need of such a person.

Aaron looked back at the human, mind running over the many languages he knew until he found the Earth ones. "No." He said slowly, voice smooth and heavily and unusually accented.

Leon cocked his head to the side, a child giggling at the accent. "Go play guys. We'll start back up in a sec." There was a squeal of joy and the herd dispersed. "Are you sure?" Leon asked suspiciously, trying to place the accent.

"Yes. If you would excuse me," Aaron said, beginning to move past the male and back to the street.

"Hey!" Leon called in irritation. He was torn between wanting to follow the strange male and needing to watch his head. Needless to say, responsibility one out and Leon watching dismally as the man left.

Hours later, Aaron had still come up with nothing. Atlanta, Georgia was a large city. He strode the streets a bit dismally, about to head back to his ship.

"HA! I've found you!" Leon yelled triumphantly, smacking the foreigner on the back. "You left before i was done talking to you." He accused.

Aaron turned quickly, grabbing that arm in a tight grip before he recognized the man from earlier and let him go. He blinked. What did he want?
