My Beautiful Blundering Idiot [Savinth/Aaronz]

"Oh, well I did wonder why Danni kept cussing you under his breath and why Aaronz seemed to sad. Well, as long as you know what you did wrong and Aaronz forgives you, than I do to," Allen said smiling and lightly petted his stomach. "So does the baby."

Savinth smiled softly at that last comment. "Thank you and may your newest not be burdened with a dull mate."

He sat there after that chatting with Allen as he waited for Danni to come home, silently hoping Aaronz would arrive as well. Stars, he missed the boy like mad.

Finally, Danni arrived home along with Aaronz.

"Mr. Savinth!" Aaronz said surprised when he saw him there before smiling.

"Savinth?" Danni said looking at the other alien before frowning. "Can I talk to you for a minute?"

Savinth almost winced but stiffened his resolve and nodded. Rising, he followed Danni.

"So, what exactly did you do to make my son upset the pass couple of weeks? It doesn't look like you raped him or anything physhical, so what did you say?" Danni asked getting to the point.

"I tried to forced him to acknowledge our bond through words. I kept at him and he didn't understand and finally cried," he turned his face away. "I realize that I am turning out to be a terrible mate, I just didn't know how to take him. But I've decided not to force the issue ever again. Aaronz may never want me the way I need and if that is the case then I suppose I'll just deal with it."

He looked up and met the man's face then, "But I am sorry to have ever made him cry. I love that boy with everything in me. And I am sorry I disrespected your house by hurting your son."

Danni sighed. "I've made him cry before when I was trying to explain to him about the alien stuff, it breaks your heart to see such a sight. I won't blame you, you're not use to humans, but for now, please do your best to conform. He'll eventually feel lonely if you were to just give up, and I wouldn't be able to fogive you at that point."

"With all due respect, sir. Your forgiveness if not what I seek. I accept it as it was freely offered, but right now I simply seek to comfort my mate. I realize he does not look at me the way a mate should, instead just a friend and if that is what I must be, then that is what I will be," he said firmly. "I love him, regardless."

"I know what Aaronz seems, but if you are mate, then you are mates. I'm only saying not to give up on making him fall for you. One day, he will realize this and he'll be sad if you've given up," Danni said. "He's slow, not a complete idiot."

"I cannot believe you just called your son slow," Savinth shook his head, frowning in disapproval. "I wont give up, but I will give him his space and be the friend he needs."

"Slow as in ditzy," Danni corrected. "I'm glad to hear you're not giving up. You know, Allen was like that too, not quite so stubborn, but it was hard to convince him about the mating thing and that I was an alien. I actually stoled him from some girl he was dating. Poor thing tried to beat me up."

Savinth grinned at that having seen the girls at the high school and their cat fights. "Congratulations in getting out of that one. When will Aaronz be returning home? I'd like to see him ere I go back to my ship."

"Aaronz came in with me, I think he went up to his room," Danni answered.

"May I..." he didn't wait to finish, figuring the man wouldn't mind and made his way up stairs. He missed the boy, just being around him and chatting with him. Knocking on the door, he called, "Aaronz? It's Savinth, may I enter?"

Aaronz went over to the little door that led up to his attic room, blue eyes widening at the sight of Savinth. "Mr. Savinth," Aaronz said moving aside so that the alien could get in.
