My Beautiful Blundering Idiot [Savinth/Aaronz]

Aaronz suddenly started to cry. "Why are you being so mean to me? I don't understand, but I want you to stay for a while, please, please, please."

Savinth clenched his eyes closed at the tears, "Please... Please don't cry, Aaronz. I don't want to hurt you. I just want to love you! Why can't you understand that?"

"But you're saying complicated things," Aaronz cried. "I don't like complicated things."

[ode]

"Baby, sometimes in life you have to pay attention to words and emotions." He opened his eyes to stare intently at his mates, even his were misty. "And that sometimes means complicated things but after their done, the reward is so grand. We will be grand, if you allow it."

Aaronz sniffed. "I want to go home."

[ode]

"Okay," he nodded, feeling like an ass, "I-I'm sorry, Aaronz, I hate to see you cry and it kills me that I caused it." Then to his AI, "Send him home to his bed room." Savinth waited for his mate to be transferred before even he broke down and let out the sobs that had threatened earlier.

Savinth didn't go home and didn't go back to Aaronz either, knwoing his mate was there he couldn't bare to leave or be in the boy's company without wanting him. So he settled in comfortably in his ship and went to work everyday as the gym teacher. It killed him but he treated his mate just like every else as he worked as a teacher and he didn't see him beyond school.

Life for Savinth Grri quickly became ridiculously saddening.

Aaronz tried to stay the same, but he couldn't help feeling down and both Larri and Allizon noticed. Larri tried to come up with situations during their swim class to get them together. A couple weeks into this cherade, Allizon suddenly came into Aaronz's attic room to find him crying. When she asked why, he said he didn't know.

The next day, Allizon cornered Savinth in his office after school. "You, what the heck did you do to him!"

Savinth raised a brow at the girl when she stormed into his office but didn't show any other emotion. "Good morning, Miss Urmi." he said cooly, "I;m sure I don't know what you're talking about."

"Don't know what I'm talking about my butt," Allizon growled. "I told you you could repeat the fat you're mates, not try to pound it into him. I bet all you did was say that over and over again and try to force it on him. Aaronz hates being forced amongst everything else. Didn't I say to romance him? Where was that, huh?"

Savinth leaned back in his chair and stared indifferently at the girl. "What I did or did not do is of no consequence. I ruined it and the boy does not want me. I stay here so I can live for if I leave I wish surely die without him, but that is all. I hold no hope out for that boy to come to love me."

Hearing the first bell ring, he geatured for the door, "You need to leave, boy's will be in here changing soon.

Allizon suddenly approached Savnith and slapped him hard against his face. "You didn't even try, you wimp. You're even more stubborn than that idiot." She did turned to head out the door before stopping. "You know, he never cries, even when he looses a swimming match. He was crying yesterday, and he didn't kow why."

Then, she was gone.

Savinth stared after her, hurt to his heart. Not over the slap, but over the girls words. Was she right? Has he just given up without ever truly beginning? Aaronz was a peculiar boy that didn't tale very many things literally and didn't hear most of what anyone said. Had he let his impatience and eagerness to be fully mated ruin them? He should not have forced Aaronz onto his ship and she should not have given the boy an ultimatum when he didn't even begin to understand. He knew that now and he knew he deserved to be called whatever Allizon or Aaronz threw at him.

"Gray," he said softly into his 'watch'. "Send me flowers." He waited patiently for the transfer and grabbed the flowers as soon as they appeared. Moving over to Aaronz locker, he opened the door and placed the small bouquet inside.

Sure, he knew that wouldn't make up for what an ass he'd been but at least he hoped the boy would smile. The mere thought of seeing that teary face again... Stars, he was turning out to be a terrible mate...

Turning on his heel, he went back into his office and tried to focus on the health lesson he was to teach later on that day.

Aaronz was surprised when he found flowers in his locker. He blinked at them a couple times before picking them up.

"Oi, Aaronz, who are those from? Did some girl get in here?" Larri asked coming up beside him.

"No, girls don't give boys flowers," Aaronz said in a little kid matter-of-fact matter.

"Maybe their from Savinth? You two got into a fight, right?"

"Not really," Aaronz replied, but could help but smile ad bit as he put the flowers back.

Savinth continued to act the same towards Aaronz, not wanting to push the boy too far and too ashamed of his actions to apologize just yet. But every day he made a point to leave something new in the boy's gym locker. After the flowers, there was chocolate and then stuffed animals and so on. He never left a note with his name on it and never uttered a word about it, but it warmed his heart each time the boy would give that small smile when he found the gifts.

By the end of the week, Aaronz was almost back to normal.

"Hey, Aaronz," said Larri. "Why don't you go and talk to Mr. Savinth. It's Friday, so it should bef fine."

"Yeah, I guess I will. It's not nice not to thank people for stuff," Aaronz said and went to find the alien.
