My Beautiful Blundering Idiot [Savinth/Aaronz]

"Hehe," Aaronz said. "Try some," he said pointing to the calamari.

Savith frowned at his mate's change of subject but tried the food and promptly turned green before reaching for his napkin to rid his mouth of it. "What in Blanserta?!" he growled, staring at the food like it was some sort of monstrosity.

Aaronz blinked a couple times before starting laugh finding Savinth's facial expression when he'd eaten it funny. "It's squid, you don't like it?" he said eating a piece himself.

"By all that is putrid no. It is what I would imagine eating Prasidion flesh is like," he shuddered, then eyed Aaronz mouth as he ate the filth. "Eh, at least you wont have to worry about me trying to kiss you for awhile."

Aaronz grinned. "I like it. Squids are such weird looking odd creatures that I find it funny that I can eat them."

The Zercan just grinned at him. "You're an odd fellow, you know that?"

The main dish was soon served and Savinth had to build his ocurage up to even attempt a bite. But try it he did. "Now that is good," he said with a grin before scooping up another giant bite. "Will you learn to cook this for me? Perhaps fix it when we start our own home together?"

"Cook?" Aaronz said, white alfredo sauce covering his face as if he was a child who didn't know how to eat. "I can't cook. I tried once by myself and I almost burned down the kitchen, but I can help a little."

"That's okay. We will hire a housekeeper to see to the needs of our home. I just need you there to make it whole, not fancy dishes," he said with a smile at Aaronz appearance.

"I bet living at your place would be great," Aaronz said slirping food into his mouth.

"It will be our place," Savinth corrected. "I have yet to settle into a home outside of my parents house save my ship. I was waiting for you so we could pick one together and make it our home."

Aaronz wasn't listening, he was starring intently at his empty drink willing it to refill on its own.

Waving the waitress over to fill the drink, he waited until she left before taking his napkin and wiping his mate's face. He then took the boy's chin in his hand and locked eyes with him "Do you hear me, Aaronz? We need to chose a home together, wherever you wish, but soon. I cannot be without you and your parents home is no place for a mates couple which is what you and I are."

Aaronz looked down at his filled glass. A little blush crossed his face, but he felt confused. "I think we should go home."

"I think you should stop changing the subject," Savinth said seriously. "You cannot change the subject every time I bring up you and I together. It was meant to be, Aaronz and you ignoring it isn't goign to change anything."

Aaronz got up and started out of the restruarant. "Stop talking like that, I don't understand what you're saying with you alien words," he said, heart suddenly beating fast.
