Brayden tensed when he felt his arms go around him, it was strange, he hadn't been touched in so long. He was confused at the sudden wanting that went through his body but pushed it away. He shivered at his words, the breath against his ear felt really nice. He took the leash into his hand once he pulled away not wanting Jet to go anywhere. Jet had stood up and started at Darius trying to see if he was a threat but sat when he pulled back.
Brayden turned to where he felt Darius and bit his lip gentle then sighed. "Thanks," he whispered. He did like doing things on his own but knew in this he had needed help. He slowly started to walk away his mind a whirl, "The business," he told Jet letting him led. He had liked being close to Darius, and wanted to be back in his arms. He was trying to hide it though, he was afraid to get too close.

Darius didn't need to be thanked, he merely smiled at Brayden, though he knew he couldn't see. Then he started to walk after him as soon after he moved. "After you go to this place you mentioned, what will you do next?" He was hoping whatever he did, he would be able to stay by his side. The thought of leaving him was one he couldn't stand.

Brayden bit his lip thinking, he could tell the other wanted to follow him. "I go to lunch," he admitted softly. "There is a great dinner near central park that caters to the blind. I like it because it has braille menus." He smiled happy, he also loved their food. "Then after I go home, I want to try these new compositions," he admitted showing him the books again. "Y...you can come with me," he offered softly, boldly.

Darius was overjoyed to hear he was invited, he never expected it. It made him want to go up to the human and kiss him, that was how happy he was, however he knew better. "I would love to go," He spoke, smiling, though he knew it would not be noticed. "I'd like to go with you, as long as you will allow me to be by your side," He wondered what he would do when he got late, he considered going back to the ship, but he wanted to stay as close to Brayden as possible. "Just lead the way," He would follow when he moved forward.

Brayden could hear the smile in his voice and suddenly wished to see him. He wanted to see what this male looked like, but he could not. He soon started to move again so he wouldn't reach out to touch him. If he couldn't see him literally he could use his hands to trace his features and get a general picture of him, but he didn't. He was silent as they made their way to the bank building. Once their he had Darius stay outside with Jet, he was there for half an hour before making his way outside. "Lets go home," he told Jet knowing Darius would follow once he took Jet from him.
Soon they were at his home and he hoped Darius would like it. He had been told it was nicely decorated, though he couldn't see it so it did not matter to him. He wanted Darius to be impressed though. He let Jet off the leash so he could travel around the home or rest, though he stuck by him. Brayden sat at the piano letting it calm him as he waited for Darius's reaction. "Do you like my home?"

Darius hadn't changed his mind, he intended to follow Brayden anywhere, and everywhere he had to go. That was why he didn't mind waiting outside the bank, and eventually ended up following Brayden to his home. He could hardly believe he was invited, but he had been. The moment he was inside, he took the time to look about, smiling and admiring the humans home.
"Its wonderful," He had watched as Brayden seated himself by what he recognized as piano, a musical instrument he wondered if he could play. "I thank you for inviting me in here," Surely, there was something he could do for him in return. He believed there was, but he couldn't exactly bring it up. "Do you live here alone?" A sudden spike of jealousy rose within him, his beast became enraged at the possibility that the human could be with another, anyone besides himself.

Brayden couldn't tell he was jealous but he did shake his head. "No, just Jet and I," he told him softly. "I don't trust people enough to let them live with me," he admitted softly. He ran his hand over the bumps on the keys of the piano, that showed him exactly what each key was. "I can play this," he told him as if reading his mind. "I could tell you were curious at the music shop."
He stood up and walked to the kitchen feeling his way around then reached for the room service menu he had left on the counter. "I forgot to go get us lunch. We can order from this." He didn't move from his spot wanting him to speak again so he could find where he was in the house.

"Oh, I was, I admit I am curious to know how you manage." Darius felt he should be honest about that much, it was true. "I'm sorry if I offend." He was, he only wanted to tell him how he felt, it wasn't like he pitied him, not exactly, he could see he did stuff on his own, he only wanted to help when he saw the other could not do something on his own.
"Lunch," He spoke, moving to approach where Brayden was, then he stopped there. "I would eat anything you ordered, if I am welcomed to eat with you." How he hoped he was, and how relieved he had been to hear that Brayden had no one about, so much he wanted to embrace him, and keep him in his arms for sometime, he however held back.

Brayden nodded, he understood, a lot of people were curious. He was glad he did not hear pity in his voice, he did not want that. He ran his hand over the menu trying to decide what to get. "I think I'll have a stake and salad," he admitted then held the book out for him. "Here, the last few pages have the menu written, just in case I have guests"

Darius accepted the menu, turning the page to the back and looking over it. He preferred to have something with meat, but something with greens in it was alright. "I'll go ahead and have what you're having." He wanted to give it a try, what Brayden was going to eat. "Where should I put this?" He referred to the menu he held in his hand.

Brayden took the menu from him then felt his way around to the cabnet and put it on the shelf. "Let me go order," he told him then sat at a desk in the next room and dialed room service. After he ordered he went back to Darius. "So do you live in the city or some place else?" he asked curious.

Darius waited patiently for Brayden to return. It didn't seem long before he saw him back in the room. Where he found himself smiling at him once more. The question he asked however, caused him to give a very faint frown. "Actually, I don't live anywhere around here...I'm new to this town." He had momentarily forgotten about his little problem there, he had no place to stay.

Brayden listened to him curious, he could tell he had a problem, but not what. "Where do you live?" he asked curious. He sat at the counter where their were bar stools. "And do you have a place to stay?"

"At the moment I don't live anywhere." Darius admitted that. frowning a bit. "And I don't have a place to stay either." Which was true, at least in the city here he didn't. He would have to hope he could find a cheap place to stay about here, or just go through the trouble of going from his ship to the town here constantly.

Brayden for some reason didn't want him to leave, he didn't understand why, but he would go with his feelings. "I um...I have a guest room," he told him softly. "As long as you don't move anything. I have this place mapped out in my head and when people move things I end up running into them." He wished to see his reaction but he would have to listen to it in his voice. "Or you can get a room in this hotel, its not too expensive."
