Darius moved now, his hand in Brayden's. "Lets get going then," From a distance he could see buildings, he assumed those were where they were going. "You'll have to tell me what you like to eat again when we get there." He was a bit forgetful, he didn't recall everything from earlier.

Brayden nodded and walked with him happy. "What is your favorite foods?" he asked softly curious, he didn't remember if he asked already.

Darius didn't recall having been asked what he liked. "Well, I really like anything with meat," He wasn't so detailed about any specific one. "I'm not so much for green stuff." He meant he didn't so much like vegetables, but he would eat to stay healthy. "I do like sweets though," He added thoughtfully, "But I'm really into anything, just not so much with bitter foods." That pretty much summed it up.
"Our destination is right up ahead." He thought to announce it, seeing they were coming to a place with buildings lined up, the shops they would visit, or shop if they only had to go to one.

Brayden smiled, he was glad he liked about the same things. He walked with him still then nodded at his words. "What would you like to get for our picnic?" he asked softly.

"Whatever you like of course," Darius thought that was obvious, he planned to eat a bit of whatever Brayden wanted. Now he could see them coming up to the shop they would enter, he picked up his pace just a bit, to get to open the door before Brayden reached it. "I'm not sure if Jet can come in," He didn't see a sign that said he couldn't, so perhaps he could. "Here, you can go in, I have the door open." He gave his hand a slight tug towards the open door, he didn't make him move though, in case he wanted to do something with Jet.

Brayden smiled, happy he was holding the door open for him. "I will have to tie Jet up out here," he told him softly. "Do you see a good spot?"

"Of course," Darius had no problem with it whatsoever. "Let me just go back here." He moved Darius from the door, and towards a poll along the sidewalk.
"Here is a place, just let me have the leash." He had to let go of Brayden's hand while he did this, taking Jets leash, if he let him do so, then tying it to the pole properly.

"You really don't have to thank me." He kissed Brayden briefly on the lips, taking his hand and leading him back to the shop door. "Now lets head inside." He did what he did before, opening the door and guiding his mate in there with him. "Now tell me again what you would like to bring along?" The picnic was his idea, but he only did so to make it more enjoyable for the both of them.

Brayden kissed back happy, he really did love him. He walked with him then thought. "I want soda," he admitted softly. "And desert. Maybe a sandwhich or salad for the main course."

"Alright, can do." He had some money on him, he was already moving further along in the store, picking up a basket he saw available, just one to shop with, he had to find something to put the food in, it didn't take long to find something like a picnic sort of basket. From there he picked up some soda for the both of them, some sandwiches, as well as a salad for his mate. He also got something for desert, he hoped cake was alright. "There, I think I have everything." he spoke with a smile, placing another kiss on Braden's lips, a quick one, before moving to the cash register.

Brayden blushed when he was kiss, that was nice. He took his hand now and walked with him to the cash register. "I want to pay," he told him then reached for his wallet. Soon he was running his fingers over it trying to find his card,

Darius hadn't intended to let his mate pay. "If your sure..." He didn't want him to feel he was pushing anything on him. "But I don't mind." He really didn't, he owuld have been happy to. Now he waited for Brayden to get whatever he was getting from his wallet, if he needed help he would offer.

Brayden smiled and nodded, "I am sure," he murmured. He got out his card then handed it to his lover. He didn't know where the cashier was so he would let him deal with that part.

Darius held out the card once given to the cashier.
"Alright," It was the cashier talking, who ran the card through something and handed it back to Darius. "I just need you to put your pin number in this pad here." He pointed towards a numerical pad by the cash register.
"Would you like me to guide you, Brayden?" He didn't know his pin, he wasn't sure if he wanted to tell him. It wasn't like he would ever use it though. Not when they eventually planned to leave the planet anyways.
