Species: Half Wizard, Half Merman
Family background: Sereth is the product of a one-night stand: the Merman half of the pair was gone in the morning, leaving a pregnant Wizard behind.
Appearance:
Sereth is slim, almost painfully so, although he eats twice as much as anyone else he knows. He's about an average height, standing at 5' 7 and a half.
His eyes are somewhat narrow and slanted, and can change from their usual blue-green to a dark shade of green, depending on whether he's angry or not (unlike most Wizards, his eyes only change when he is angry, and not to any other mood). He has a small, button nose, and a tiny mouth that likes to smile. His ears are small, but the tips are slightly pointed, though not as much as his Wizard parent.
His black hair reaches mid-back, and he has a dreadful time trying to brush it out every morning because it is so dratted thick. It isn't really straight or curly, but a happy medium in between, and it doesn't tangle easily... but when it does...
His hands are somewhat small, though the fingers are long in comparison. He is hairless anywhere but his head and a light sprinkling around his genital area, because of his Merman legacy.
Generally, he's just very cute. Maybe even pretty, but not quite gorgeous.
Personality:
Sereth loves to laugh, and he loves to be the center of attention. He doesn't go so far as to become a clown -- that's far beneath his dignity -- but around people he knows and trusts, he's the one that holds everyone together. He's extremely extroverted, and surrounds himself with friends. To date, he hasn't really let anyone get too close to him yet; he doesn't want to be abandoned like his Wizard father.
Sereth loves to sing as well, and often uses his voice to help him with spell-casting. He longs for adventure in half his heart, but the other doesn't want to grow up too fast. He knows that his childhood is fast slipping away, and he doesn't want to let go of it too soon.
Other points of interest:
He has inherited full Wizardly power, and has increased telekenetic abilities from his Merman heritage. He has also gained the useful ability to breathe underwater, although the flip-side to that is the fact that he burns very easily in the sun.
