Kamui looked back at his mate after he put the food back, giving the plates a quick wash over before looking back to see what Bubble held out. Or should he say who he held out, which had him surprised. For a moment he stood there, drying his hands off, looking from the kitten to his mate, and back again.
"Are you sure about this?" He knew the two were mates, the kitten and his cousin, but it seemed Bubble was really close to the kit, he just wasn't sure if they should part like this.

"They're mates," Bubble said looking down. Sugar looked about and looked his cousin's hand gently in a sort of thank you.

Mates, that was true, but he felt a bit down that the two had to part, and here they were so close. "Alright, but for now you can keep him with you, no need to rush things." He would take the kitten if Bubble wanted, but it'd probably be awhile before Shiro came back.
"We can wait until my cousin comes back, or do you want to leave before he comes back?" He might come back before then anyways, he still had to go out and do a few things though. "I need to go out, would you like to come along?" Or stay here with his cousin, either option was alright with him.

Sugar jumped out of Bubble's hands and ran to Shiro's room. Seeing his cousin decided to make the chose for him, Bubble shrugged his shoulders. "I'll come."

Kamui watched Sugar go off for a moment, thinking Shiro was for in a pleasant surprise when he got back home. "Alright, give me a moment, and I'll be ready to go out, you finish up your food and drink if there's anything left of either, you don't have to eat it all, I'll dump the rest." That said he was about to walk off when he considered omething.
"You know what, I'll wait, you need to put on clothes as well, unless you want to go out naked." He couldn't have that, he wanted to be the only one to really see his mate, and be attracted to him.

BUbble nodded and went off to find his clothes dawning his normal hoodey and shorter than necessary shorts. "Done."

While Bubbes went off, Kamui cleaned up after him, putting the dishes up before going off to get dressed in his room as well. "Give me a minute now," he saw Bubble got ready quickly, now he just took a moment to dress himself i na simple pants and shirt, then walkedo ut into the hall.
"We need to get you some new clothes." He didn't like the shorts he wore, he'd have to make him wear something less revealing in public. "Come on," he lead the way out of the apartment, making sure he had his things, wallet and watch, those kinds of things.
"Stay close to me," he spoke when he got outside, locking the door when Bubble was with him. One then did he move forward, walking down the sidewalk.

"I like my clothes," was the only thing Bubble said. After some time of walking, he reached out and took Kamui's hand.

Kamui didn't really comment to what Bubble said, simply kept walking, and holding his hand in return when he felt him hold his. He couldn't help smiling a bit at that moment.
There was a bit more walking before he came to a stop by a large store, a general store of sorts to be exact, with various people of various races walking in and out. He walked in himself with Bubble along, heading to a specific aisle. "If you see anything you want, let me know." This places sold clothes, and random things as well. Not of any specific importance, though some stuff was essential to certain others.

Kamui had been curious as to how Bubble would be around others, he saw now he was at least cautious or shy. It was cute, to him at least. "I should pick something to put things on." He didn't need huge things. He went and picked up a nearby empty basket on the floor, and went to pick up some things from the traveling aisle. he was stuffing thing inside the basket, attempting to use one hand.
"So you don't see anything you want at all Bubble?" He paused to ask this.

"Alright then," Kamui smiled down softly at his mate, moving with what was now an obviously full basket of things. "How about we walk through the store a bit, and then you let me know...are you into toys?" He knew the boy liked cats, but did he care for anything else,

Kamui proceeded to walk through the first two aisles, one actually had little kid trinkets to it, the other had random food items from various planets. "See anything you like so far?" If he didn't he'd take off, but he was sure they passed some bubbles in that trinkets sections, with some toys in it and such.
