Species: Half-wizard/Half-fae
Family Background: Born as a "mistake", Shana was never accepted by both his parents leaving him under the care of his wizard-father's friend, Ilias. At that time Ilias was just visiting Parinenai when out of the blue his wizard friend called him up and asked him to do him a favor.
And that favor had been a blessing for Ilias. Ever since Ilias could remember, he had always wanted a child of his own but he couldn't since he was not mated. But now he had the chance. Seeing baby Shana for the first time, he immediately fell in love with the two weeks old child. He readily agreed to his friends’ request of letting him take the child as his own. So after finishing his visit in Parinenai, Ilias boarded his own ship and went back to his own home planet, Sensaforia, bringing along the little Shana to call as a child of his own.
And from then on, Ilias has been the father, mother, brother and best friend to Shana.
Appearance: Shana has amber colored eyes that seems to peer at your soul or at the very least your mind. Of course, his eye color is affected with the changing of his emotions. He's hair color is of faded lavender; straight and almost reaches his mid-back. He rarely ties his hair for he likes it better when it’s free from any restraints. He has fair skin with an orange skin tone that gives an odd glow to him, and stands at the height of 5' 10".
During his humanoid form -which he’s always in-a tattooed outline of his dragonfly wings could be seen just in the center of his back in between his shoulder blades, a certain indication that he is definitely half-fae. Shape shifting for Shana is a little hard due to him being a half-breed. For him, concentration is a must or else he wouldn’t achieve his faerie form. And of course, let’s not forget that cute little dimple on the left side of his cheek. *squeal*
Now Shana is not a picky person when it comes to clothing. For him, as long as it’s comfortable to wear and pleasing to the eyes then he'll definitely wear it. Now, the most distinguishing piece of article on his body is the leather choker with a beautiful phoenix pendant that he never takes off (unless he's taking a bath of course).
Personality: Shana is a cheerful guy in nature and loves to go on match-making sprees for his father Ilias. People are easily attracted to his ever-loving and kind-hearted personality. But as kind and forgiving Shana is, no one would dare cross a path with a wizard especially when the blood of a fae is also involved.
Points of Interest: Magic is on the top of the list. Being a half-wizard and half-fae has its perks. Because with this two bloods mixed he is certainly a force to be reckon with. Other than that he also likes to cook, of course living with the resident chef a.k.a his father, how could you NOT like to cook. Music is also his thing. And playing the flute is one of his favorite past time. Most of the time you would just see him near the edge of the cliff over-looking the sea while playing his flute.
Being the wizard that he is, he's also telekinetic like any other wizards but what sets him unique from the others is his telepathy. If his surrogate Sensaforian father can read his emotions, then Shana could read his mind. At first it's a curse for Shana since he can't control this ability quite well. But as time went on, he gradually able to block out the thoughts of other people and create a mind-barrier for his own. Now he can use this ability as easily as flicking an on and off switch.
Shana’s Background: The beginnings of Shana's life is quite hard, especially after knowing that throwing a temper tantrum is a big NO NO! Of course, all most burning down a third of the forest was quite a lesson that is quickly learned by Shana.
You see, Shana’s powers are connected to his emotions so whatever his current mood is, it affects the things around him. It also doesn’t help that Shana has control over the weather. Imagine Ilias’ surprise when a sunny day turned into a raging storm just because his beloved son was bullied by older kids. And that said “older kids” has suddenly sported blister wounds all over their bodies. Now that was a day to remember.
It’s a really good thing that Ilias is a Sensaforian humanoid, or else a nice chunk of land and some tourists would have been under the water by now. I would surely envy those Mermen and half-mermen…
