"!Nale, date prisa amigo!" called Antonio, one of his new friends as Nahale shuffled out of the school building, He looked forwards to his handsome, black haired, green eyed friend and nodded, walking a bit faster.
"Where are we going again?" the clueless male asked, scratching his black hair which was currently tied into a ponytail.
"La casa de Maria," Antonio replied. "Este es su cumpleanos hoy. Remember?" he asked, his English very accented.
Nahale grimaced. Right, Maria's birthday party. He was not looking forward to this occassion, still not sure how he had even managed to be invited.
"No creo que mucha buena idea. I don't mean to be rude but, I have a lot of work." Nahale replied, shaking his head.
"You have to go!" Antonio replied, looking shocked at the very idea. "It's going to be La Fiesta Ultima! The biggest party of the year," he replied.
"Exactly why I don't want to go." Nahale replied.
Antonio frowned. He didn't understand the reclusive American, but he had it set in his mind that he'd get the startlingly handsome male out for some fun tonight.
"Nale," he said seriously. "You have to go."
"I don't want to--" Nahale began, before stopping at the look on his friend's face. Antonio held his gaze with his eyes, which had shifted into the most convincing puppy eyes anyone had ever seen.
Nale groaned. "Alright. Vale."
"Ole!" Antonio cheered, as Nale just groaned, he had a feeling this wasn't going to turn out well.
~~~~~~
A few hours later found Nale in a rather large group of kids, all chatting rather adamantly. They were in a bar for dinner, having just come from one of Toledo's numerous night clubs.
Nale just said nothing, watching the scene uncomfortably as he took a sip of his wine. A girl to his left was pressing just a bit too close into his side.
He thought of an excuse to leave the table. "Yo voy al bano." he muttered to Antonio, who was on his other side.
Tonio nodded, standing and letting his friend slide from the booth. Nale walked towards the bathrooms, turning the corner and making a beeline for the exit. He sighed as he entered into the warm, sea-breeze air.
Leaning against the wall, resting the back of his head against the cool tile he sighed. He hated parties.
Earth. Once again, the young Fae was going to visit the planet. He so enjoyed his time there. Enough to have plenty of souvenirs from the place. And he was only looking forward to getting more. And to spend a bit more time on the planet. So far, he had been to quite a few places. never for long though, he was always going off and on the planet. As he did with many other planets. It also came with the job.
Being a merchant. It helped him make a living. Even if he didn't care too much for it after awhile. It was just one of the few things he could do when he didn't have a home. Well, he sort of did. Back on Parinenai. But he wasn't welcomed. Not genuinely so. Which left him where he was now. Space. Now coming up to Earth. He didn't live there though. He was just visiting. A random location. That was what he told Misen. His A.I. Who didn't seem surprised. It was just the way Izuru was.
"So, where did you say were going to land." Izuru spoke from where he was. Sitting in the captains chair on the bridge. Holding onto the goggles he raised up upon his head. They weren't on. Just raised above his eyes.
"A place called Spain," Misen answered. The beautiful face of the A.I. could be seen on a screen in the front of the ship. He had long jet black hair that hung straight about his shoulders. Lovely milk chocolate that seemed to match. With a fairly light complexion. If one didn't know any better, they would have thought him an actual person, just from somewhere far away. That wouldn't have been entirely wrong.
That was sort of how Izuru saw him. Seeing his A.I. as one of the only friends he had. He could care less what others thought of him. Or his A.I. "And what did you say it was like?" Izuru was curious to know.
"We're about to land now, you'll see then." That said Misen disappeared as the screen went black. Having sounded slightly annoyed. Why? He had only asked innocent questions. Well, perhaps too many. And he did find himself loving to talk to the A.I. He had no one else to speak to. Not that he talked too much. No. After long periods of silence, he just felt he wanted a conversation. But he tended to go a bit overboard. Always seeming to find more to say.
Speaking of witch. Izuru was staring at the black screen. Thinking to talk again anyways. As if a black screen would make him quite. He knew that Misen could hear him anyways.
"I know you told me before," That hadn't been the first time Izuru asked that question. About what the place Misen chose at random. "But I just want to-" Izuru was cut off the moment he saw Misen's face come onto the screen again. Followed by him speaking.
"Were here, get off and look around." It sounded like an order of sorts, from Misen. "But remember to be careful, and don't talk to strangers, don't spend your money like water, also-" It seemed Misen was going to go on and on, like a worried barer.
"I got it, I got it." Izuru stood up, looking down at his clothes. He actually took the time to change out of his earlier outfit. To go with a simple pair of jeans, and a button up black shirt. Why? He was trying to git in a bit. Though, he still had his hat and goggles on. Those were going nowhere.
"I'll keep in touch with you when I get there," Where was there. There was anywhere. He would look around and figure out something. He just made sure he had a few things on him. One included his communicator. The other a pack he had, along with the Earth currency he made sure to have on him. What kind of merchant would he be, If he didn't keep track of the different currency.
With that out of the way, Izuru practically ran out of the ship, making sure his pack was over his shoulder. Making it out in less then a minute. Where he briefly turned to look back at his camaflouged ship. He could only see the inside where the door opened. But now it was closed and he saw nothing. He couldn't help but grin then, randomly giving a wave, before he set off towards the closest populated area.
Misen had landed where it wouldn't take long for Izuru to get somewhere. In fact, it seemed only a few minutes, maybe more, before he came out to see buildings. Where he had once been surrounded by woods. It helped that he ran some of the way. And kept running until he reached the side walk. It was dark now, but he really didn't mind that. He just went back to walking, a little out of breath. Maybe he shouldn't have run so much. But if he hadn't, he wouldn't have gotten here so quickly.
Walking, it was a must now. One foot in front of the other. No stopping for him. He would keep moving forward. Couldn't get somewhere if he stopped nowhere. Did that make sense? It probably didn't, but that wasn't the point. He actually wanted to get somewhere, and not just in town.
Maybe if he came across someone, he could say he was somewhere. There seemed to be people about, not many. He had't considered really going with the idea, until after he passed those people. Oh but he could see someone ahead. Someone leaning against the wall. A wall. That was his somewhere.
"Hey there," He waved, smiling as he approached the person he saw. Only getting a better look when he came up to the person. Stopping and looking up in slight awe. Whoever this person was, he was really good looking. Very much so.
"I don't suppose you can tell me, where we are exactly?" So he wanted to know, where the somewhere was. The place he stood in now.
Nahale opened his eyes, standing up straight and blinking as his glowing, honey gold eyes locked onto the face of a ridiculously beautiful male.
"I'm sorry? You wished to know where you were?" he asked. That was an odd question. "You're downtown, in the clubbing district of Toledo." he said.
It was only when Izuru finished speaking, did he realize something. He broke a rule. Whoops. Misen didn't want him to talk to strangers. How could he not though. He didn't know anyone. That was like, telling him to stay inside the ship.
"Downtown..." He trailed off, considering where he was. Clubbing. He was familiar with the word. That meant he could go somewhere to dance. Did he feel like dancing though. Especially, in this somewhere he heard was called Toledo.
"Would you like to dance with me?" It was out of the blue, but why not. "Right here, right now, how about it?" He didn't see himself needing music to dance. He would just have it in his head. And he wasn't crazy. He would imagine his own music. Though, he supposed t would have made more sense to hum, then this guy could hear it to.
"Isn't that a little odd?" he blunjed, looking at the male. He wasn't sure was exactly this male was on, he just knew that it was probably not the best idea.
"The dance floor is on the inside..." he said, motioning to the club behind him, the muffled music pouring out.
The muffled music. Of course. It made more sense to dance inside then out. Duh. But still, he would have danced without it.
"Odd, I don't think so," He saw nothing odd about it. "So, we'll dance inside." That was his assumption, and he didn't give the taller male a chance to reply as he grabbed his hand, and pulled him along inside.
"You said you'd dance with me, right." He hadn't said those words exactly, but that's how it sounded to Izuru. "So, lets dance." He was ready to dance, and as if to prove it, once they were on the dance floor. He started to dance. Moving to whatever song was playing. He was no expert dancer, but he at least knew how to move to the music.
Nahale was blushing under his dark skin. He could feel his friends' eyes on him as he was dragged back into the establishment. The popular and catchy Shakira beat bumped through the speakers, and Nahale watched as the pretty male before him moved to the music. As those teal blue eyes locked onto him, he felt it impolite not to at least dance along.
Despite his shyness, Nale wa actually a great dancer. He moved in time with the beat, his moves complementing the movements of the male in front of him. He could hear his friends shouting out encouragements from the table, and blushed.
Izuru couldn't help smiling. The other male was actually dancing along. And he was a wonderful dancer. He really ought to tell him that. "Your a really great dancer." He could dance and talk. And he did just that. Feeling he should voice his thoughts.
The song was one he actually found himself liking. He had no problem dancing until the song ended. Moving until the song actually came to an end. During the time it had been going though, he noted some people shouting something. He could hear well enough over the music. He just wasn't sure what it was about. He paid little mind to it.
"Thanks for dancing with me." He looked up, smiling. Some of his auburn hair falling across his face. He wondered if he looked a little odd at all. Wearing goggles, that he had set upon the top of his head. He didn't care what others thought though, so it was passing thought.
"I must be lucky today, to come across a great dancer, as well as someone really handsome." Izuru really didn't mind stating the fact. What he thought. So, he didn't think twice about his words. Something that could also be considered a fault of sorts.
Nale blushed. "Um, thank you." he said, his usual shy and quiet demeanor resurfacing.
He looked at the beautiful, pale man in front of him, wanting to reach out and push that beautiful hair from his face.
Izuru wasn't sure, with the lighting of the club, but he could have sworn the talker male was blushing. Was he? Oh, if he was it was rather cute. It made him wonder what this random person he came across was like. Perhaps he could find out. At least, until something else caught his attention. Not saying that he had a short attention span, but he was one always on the go.
Now what? That was the question Izuru asked himself, looking at his current situation. He wasn't thinking to dance again. Not yet at least. And he wasn't thinking to leave, not without learning a bit more about the other male here. Maybe...that was what he would do. Get to know this guy better. Starting with his name.
"I'm Izuru, its a pleasure to meet you, Mr..." He was hoping the other would say his name. Izuru wasn't saying the other male looked that old. To be called Mr. anything, but he was use to addressing people of Earth that way. And he was sure this guy was human.
"I'm Nahale Oliquiano." he said, moving towards the bar where it was quieter. "You may call me Nale for short." he said, it's usually hard for people to say." he said, before lapsing back into his usually comfortable silence, hooding his eyes. He didn't like the way people looked at him when he looked dead at them.
Izuru followed the taller male. Hearing his nae. "Nahale O-li-qui-ano." He seemed to put extra emphasis on the syllables of his last name. Wanting to try and sound it out, or at least take it slow, so he wouldn't mess his name up. "That's a nice name, but I think I will stick with the shortened version." He didn't think to try to say his whole name over again.
"Well, anyways, it's nice to meet you Nale." He wanted to finish what he started earlier. "I can't see you being here by yourself, but since you danced with me, I don't take it your seeing anyone." Izuru was only making an observation. He wasn't going anywhere with this. He just wanted to know the other males current situation.
"Oh...no," Nale blushed. "I'm here with friends...for a party." he said looking over to his friends.
Izuru found that hard to believe. Or should he. Noting the blush on the other males face. "You know you're cute and handsome." The blush, it made him seem so. It made him wonder if he did that often. He wondered if he could get a picture of him. To remember him by. He would love the chance to do that. Did he have a camera on him though? He didn't think so. He would have to check.
"Where are your friends exactly?" He suddenly wondered, if those were the people he heard from earlier. The ones that seemed to be saying something while they danced.
"!Nale!" came an accented voice behind them. "?A quien es tu amigo?" Antonio smiled, walking up to them.
"Uh, this is Izuru...I met him outside."
"Outside? I though you were in el bano " he smiled, though it was a bit tight.
Nale blushed a bit. "I went to clear my head," he said. "Antonio this is Izuru. Izuru, Antonio. He is mi amigo from school."
