Caught In An Ice Storm [Starlitt/Mizer]

"Ahhh.... My shoulder..... It cracked....It hurts....." He had never been injured like this before... No one has ever laid a hand on him or has he ever done anything to hurt himself... He laid there as he looked at Starlitt...

"I want this to stop!" And almost as he wished for it... The ship began to slow and then jolted as it stopped... He laid there and looked around.... They were stopped....

"We've stopped.... Does that mean....?" He couldn't finish his sentence due to the breath of air he hissed in to make the pain bearable...

Suddenly, Starlitt's water brother entered. "Help him!"Starlitt yelled at his brother. "Your crazy driving hurt him. I demand you heal him!"

"I won't," answered his water brother.

"Thangit, Quare, I'll take double punishment, just help him!"

His water brother's, Quare, blue eyes twinkled. "Alright," and he pulled Mizer out and dragged him down the hall to a room where there was a medibox putting the human in it. Starlitt prayed he hadn't just signed his mate over.

Mizer laid there as he looked over at the door when Starlitt's water brother walked in. Starlitt seemed frantic that he hurt his shoulder... Wait no!

"No starlitt! Don't It's not worth i-" His words were cut off when he was grabbed rather roughly and dragged out of the cage... No... He was going to be left alone with him... Quare was his name? He was roughly placed inside this box like contraption... What was it?! What was it going to do...? Suddenly he began to feel better and yet slightly better... Untill there was no more pain... Sitting there he jiggled the handle. The box wouldn't open...

"Uhhmm... Can you let me out now...? I have to go see if Starlitt's alright..." It was a simple enough request.

No one answered for a very long time. Eventually Quare came back and pulled Mizer out stuffing him in the cage he'd brought to the room and loaded the cage next to one that was covered.

In the covered cage laid Starlitt, he had a cut lip and claw marks grazed his whole body. They hadn't allowed him long enough time in his own medibox after his double punishment, only enough so that he wouldn't die right then. There was still blood seepin from a bite mark in his left leg. When he heard the sound of another cage being placed beside him, he whispered, "Mizer," before coughing, a little blood coming up with it.

Mizer sat there in the box for some time... He tried to look out the small little window but it was fuzzy... He couldn't make anything out of it...Then the door opened...

"Oh thank y-" He was grabbed by the scruff of the neck and thrown into another cage... Hungry... He was starving... Well.. He hadn't eaten for the past couple of days... He laid there in the cage as it was placed next to a covered box... Little did he know that was also another cage and starlitt was there... And then he heard his name...

"Starlitt... starlitt! are you okay...? What the hell... You sound god awful... Don't worry... I'll see if I can get you healed...." He looked up... They were on some sort of transportation device that the one known as Quare was pushing....

"Starlitt's hurt... Is he going to be healed more when he arrives at his home...? I don't think he'll survive without some healing... Please... Don't you have any compassion for your damned brother!?" He was getting angry again and his temper was beginning to flare...

Quare turned to his other brother who was attaching a horse to the cart they'd placed Starlitt and Mizer on. "What do you think, Oound, should we heal him?"

The air brother laughed, not even bothering to answer and jumped onto the horse; Quare getting on one of his own.

"Don't talk to them," Starlitt said throug his pained voice. "It'll just backfire." Then he started into another coughing fit.

Mizer just sat there and looked at his feet... Why were people here so mean and cruel...? It just didn;t seem right.... Maybe being here he could make just a few people happy... He looked up and saw the two mount horses....

"How can those animals support you two? Aren't you guys like... 80 thousand pounds each...?" Was he insulting them... Maybe... He didn't like them... Nor did he care what they did...

"Starlitt... The only time I would care if it backfires if they threaten or beat you... I could care less what happens to me.... I love you..." He whispered to his lover....

"I love you too," Starlitt whispered back hissing in pain. "And I care if you get hurt, so please, just shut up for a while." He heaved a few times before going silent trying to ride out the sudden spasm of pain that ran through his small body.

Mizer nodded as he asked him to just shut up for a while... Not the best way to ask someone to be quiet but... A way... He sat there trying to keep himself from bumping everywhere from the ride... He looked around and watched everything going by.... It was kind of a darker planet... Not as bright as Earth... And why were people staring at him like he was in a heap of trouble...? They stopped and stared... He saw a mother shield a child's eyes... Another pointed and laughed...

"Starlitt... don't answer me now if it hurts to much to answer.... But... There are a bunch of people staring at me... the cart.... And your brothers... What is going on...?" He was unnerved by them staring...

"You're human, they can tell," Starlitt answered turning slightly to peak under the sheet over his cage. "And they're probably laughing more at me. This sheet means disgrace to dragonis and it's not uncommon for me to be under one. Seeing my brothers, they probably know I failed to leave." Starlitt groaned.

[lacrymosa]

"I'm so sorry Starlitt... I'm sorry for all of this... I didn't mean to get you into trouble... Starlitt... Will you forgive me...? I should have known that dream I had while you were staying with me on Earth was a premonition that this was coming... I should have kept us away from the ship... They prolly wouldn't have found you if we hadn't gone back to the ship... I'm so sorry..." Mizer let his head hang down as he stared at the moving ground... He felt like a freak show being stared like he was in the circus or something....

"No," Starlitt whispered so his brothers couldn't hear, "they would have found me eventually. Actually, you may be my only means of escape from the, so don't apologize. I am the one who shouldn't have entered your life."

[lacrymosa]

"But if you had never entered my life... I would still be all alone by myself.... I would never have such excitement like I have now... So don't beat yourself up for entering my life... Besides... I was the one who invited you in remember...?" He smiled as he tried to reach a hand out to touch the sheet. The cart bumped and his finger hit a bar... He took it back and sucked on his finger for a moment...

"Don't do that," Starlitt very suddenly said sharply. He could feel the sudden rise of want from both his brothers and the people watching them, though he wasn't sure what Mizer was doing to cause the suddenly wave of lust. "Don't do anything that will make you appeal more."

[lacrymosa]

He jerked his hand out from his mouth as he listened to Starlitt...How was that appealing,....His finger simply hurt.... But Starlitt was the expert here and he had to do what he said...

"How is that appealing in any way shape or form...? I just don't see it..." He brushed a lock of hair from in front of his eyes and looked around... Still staring.... Why couldn't he have been put underneath a sheet...?

"Starlitt...? Why don't I have a sheet as well...? I don't like being looked at...." He whispered to hias he glanced back toeye the people who looked on.
