Ocean blinked, raising an eyebrow. *Damn it, I knew there was a catch. He's gorgeous, but absolutly bonkers.* he thought to himself.
He looked at the gorgeous being across from him and swallowed. "Do you think you're not human?" he asked, tentatively. He hoped to God that he was just asked a hypothetical question.

Watching the expression, he sighed and shook his head softly. It seemed he was going to have to do something to prove what he was saying, was true.
"I know I'm not human." Adrik said, giving off a smile so that his longer canines showed. "I'm not lying when it comes to this. You got to trust me on this."

Ocean blinked. 'Okay, so he thinks he's a vampire. Lovely.' he thought to himself.
"Again, sorry, but I barely know you. Trusting you on anything is sorta...not gonna happen right now. But, since I'm hearing you out, how can you prove your not human?" he asked. He figured he'd humor the guy for a bit, and then let him down easy.

"You still don't believe me, I can see it in your eyes." He said with a soft sigh, he always hated using his Incubus side. but if he had to, Adrik would cause the one he felt was his true mate pain, just to prove he was not lying. "I really don't want to hurt you." Adrik then whispered.
Watching Ocean, he shook his head. "you really don't want me to show you the other way. The other way is to cause you pain by walking through you." He then said, rubbing the side of his face.

Ocean rose a dark brow. "Okay then, I've never heard of a vampire doing that before." he said blinking. "So what are you, Mr. Non-human?" he asked, cocking his head.
It was amazing the kinds of people the government just let roam around nowadays.

Shaking his head, Adrik smirked softly before rollinghis eyes. "I'm only 1/4 vampyre, and 3/4 Incubus. My Incubus side would be the one to hurt you." He said, biting his tongue lightly hating the fact that Ocean may not believe him at all.
"And I am not from here, but from some where far off." Adrik said, rubbing his temple slightly.

*He's serious.* Ocean realized. He looked at the man, noticing his perfect beauty and strange accent. He had a friend who was a linguist, and he'd never heard that accent before.
"Ok, so where is 'some where far off?'"

"You can put me to the test, I'm sure no one has heard the slight accent I have. With being on Earth for several years. Mine is kind of fading," He said with a small laugh, shaking his own head for a minute.
Adrik looked at Ocean before smiling softly. "Jeskara."

"Its a world, far away from Earth." He said giving off another smile. Running a hand through his hair, biting at his lower lip before realizing what he was doing.
And right now he really did not care. Adrik just wanted for Ocean to believe him.

Ocean blinked. "So you're an alien?" he asked bluntly. *He's the hottest damn alien I've ever seen* Ocean said to himself.
"So...supposing I do believe you. Why are you here on Earth and why are you telling me all this?" he asked.

Giving off another smile Adrik smiled. "Yeah, guess you could say I am an alien." he then said, shifting his shoulders. Adrik really did not feel comfortable talking about it here. But if Ocean wanted to stay and talk about it here, then he had no problem with it.
"I'm here on Earth, in search of my one and only. My mate." Adrik started, before stopping for a second. "The reason why I'm telling you this Ocean, is because I believe that you are that person."

*Stop. Hold it. Rewind.* Ocean thought to himself.
"Okay...so what? You think I'm your mate?" he asked. This conversation was a little too heavy for a cafe. "Before you answer that, do you want to take a walk? This place probably isn't the best place to hash this all out." he said, looking at Karen, who was staring at him.

"Yes taking a walk would be best." Adrik said standing up straightening out his shirt for a second. "I was hoping you would say that, I don't need anyone else over hearing much of this talk."
Waiting for Ocean to lead the way, Adrik noticed the look from someone who he did not know.

Ocean stood, putting his hat on and waving to Karen as they walked. As they went out of the cafe, Ocean suggested they head to the park. "So...shoot. Explain all that you can. Because seriously dude, this is some mad weird crap." Ocean said, motioning with his hands like he often did when he was on edge about something.
