Hubert flopped into a chair in the downstairs kitchen. His uncle, Joshua, was humming as he flipped pancakes by the stove.
“Thanks for getting up Hubie. I know it’s early but I just couldn’t miss my last meal with you.” Hubert gave a noncommittal noise as he rested his chin on the table top. Uncle had woken him up at 6:00 on a Saturday morning for this? Pancakes and small talk? Hubert groaned again. A simple hug would’ve sufficed but he was too nice to say anything. A plate of steaming hotcakes was plopped down in front of Hubert interrupting his sleepy thoughts.
“Now,” said Joshua, acting like the life-bearer he wasn‘t. “I know I’ve asked a million times, but are you sure you’re going to be alright? This business trip is pretty far away after all.”
“Yes Uncle. Stop fussing. I’m not a little kid anymore, you don’t have to hold my hand.” When Uncle gave Hubert a speculative look, the boy frowned in a huff. “I’ll be fine.” Hubert was never going to admit that he wanted his uncle to stay. Not only would that have been selfish, it would also have made Uncle Joshua feel even worse about leaving on work.
The meal went on in the usual companionable silence, both beings consciously and unconsciously emanating waves of calm. Hubert was used to feeling very peaceful around his uncle. He had no idea that what he took as just a weird nephew-uncle thing, was really just the natural aura of every Sensaphorian.
All too soon it was time for Uncle to leave and the man crushed Hubie to his breast while reminding him of all the emergency numbers on the fridge. Uncle was also going to be calling every evening for the next four days. After an exaggerated sobbed goodbye on Uncles part, Hubert watched the only person he cared about jump into a cab and speed away.
Depressed with only an empty house to greet him, Hubert went into the garage and got out his bike. A ride always made him feel better. He hoped it would help but doubted the therapeutic powers of his bike for the first time. Getting on his bicycle, Hubert sped out of his neighborhood at top speed, heading for the bike path that would take him meandering through the rows of the more secluded and expensive houses in town.

Lucifer found himself coming to walk down the sidewalks he had just recently become familiar with after his short amount of time on Earth. He hadn't been here long. It was perhaps a day ago or rather a few hours really, he had come onto Earth, it was a small and simplistic planet but he had been curious about it. It wasn't a must to come here but he found a ride and so he had come to arrive here with the intention of hanging around for awhile. Well, as long as his curiosity lasted. Then he also did wonder what humans were like. He had met but a scarce few on his travels so far but it was in a mere passing glance. He hadn't really spoken to any or held any sort of conversation. He thought to change that bit while he was here. Perhaps he would an interesting human he would care to settle with. Oh, but not in the way that one would settle down and wed. Oh no most certainly not! That was something this incubus refused to do. He merely considered bedding with one. If there was nothing but humans about what else was he suppose to do. But he shouldn't really dwell on that now. He really needed to focus on where he was.
For the moment dark teal orbs looked this way and that as Lucifer came to suddenly stop abruptly. He seemed to look thought for a moment as he came to note his surroundings. Where was he exactly? He had been randomly wandering around, he would admit it. Randomly walking around in his white shirt and navy blue pants. It seemed like clothes that fit in amongst the people here so why not. Besides it didn't look bad on him. With his hair tied back in a low ponytail that automatically came to trail down his back. He didn't think he stuck out amongst the humans he noted here and there. Along the place he was currently at which seemed to house rather big houses. Surely the humans here had lots of their currency. Whatever it was that they used on this planet. Perhaps he should have looked into the planet a bit more himself before deciding to come here. Oh well, he was already here. He had actually proceeded further into what looked like a neighborhood here, with all the large houses, thinking whatever human he came across would be more interesting then ones that lived in the smaller homes. Well, he knew for a fact the money did not make anyone better company nor enabled anyone to give better sex. It was just one got a bit more comfort items. Like the things that only those with a large amount of currency could afford. It was something he liked, something he thought he should have. Why should he spend his time on this planet with poor people. Then again, he wasn't looking for rich people in general. Just someone that could suit his tastes but that had yet to happen. Not that he would expect anyone here to be able to do that but at least they could come close to it. So what if he was a bit picky here. If he came to see no one who interested he would just have to go with the best looking person he saw. It was as simple as that.
Now the question Lucifer had to ask himself now was what he intended to do. What did he intend to do. He was still standing in the same place he had stopped. He just didn't think he needed to go about wandering around as randomly as he had. But he unfortunately didn't know his way about this planet yet. Perhaps he could ask one of the humans about for directions. That seemed like a simple enough task. He just had to find one he could talk to. At the moment as he looked about he didn't see anyone along the side walk or in range of his line of sight. Why was that? Was it so early that humans didn't think to come out. He had no idea but he was aware it didn't seem that long ago since the planets sun had risen in a way that had it shining on the side of the planet he was currently on. Was now a good time to be up and about. He would need to look into a few thing while he was here. Like finding a place to stay while he resided on this world. He hadn't been here that long and he really needed to get something done before the darkness that the night brought on arose.
With his previous thoughts in mind Lucifer considered moving forward once more. However the thought of walking about more and not being sure of where he was going was rather discouraging. He wasn't going to jump to go anywhere just yet. For now he would just wait here to see what would happen. Perhaps he would be lucky as he was known for being. Well, he would say that but luck didn't always come his way. It was a shame that didn't happen though. He would have liked to have gotten lucky here already but that wasn't the case here. He couldn't help but frown a bit as he folded his arms for the time being. Really, he was left with nothing to do but just be patient. He could do that, ever so reluctantly. Considering that bit he couldn't help but let out a faint sigh. Maybe it wasn't the wisest of choices to come to Earth just yet or at all for that matter. He really didn't care to wait at the moment but what choice did he have. Perhaps thinking of where he had last been would help. For now he had to do something, right?

The early morning air was crisp, but it was downright frigid to Hubert. He whizzed down currently empty streets, the cold air whipping the soft curls of his hair into a frenzy. The speed he paced himself at was exhilarating. He felt so free a he felt the adrenaline course through his veins with ever pump of the pedals he took. Even though he was upset over his uncle, nothing could take the joy out of riding for him. Nothing. When Hubert rode his bicycle, it was like the entire world narrowed down to nothing. It was just him and the wide expanse of endless road in front of him. By going at such a breakneck pace, Hubert could almost forget about his strange canary yellow hair and the hideous scar that blinded his right eye. People couldn’t make fun of his face when he rode his bike. He was too fast for them. Their nasty words just couldn’t keep up. Hubert slowed minutely, leaning his head back just letting the wind brush the hair from his face. He suddenly clutched the brakes, coming to a grinding halt. It was the feel of the wind on his exposed face that did it. Horrified, Hubert realized that he had left two very important items at home. He hunched his shoulders, suddenly nervous and feeling very much naked sitting there on his bike in the open. He had left his baseball hat hanging on his bed post along with his giant aviator sunglasses. Quickly, looking timidly about him, Hubert smoothed down his knotted curls as if that would somehow dull the color to a more natural blond. He then began to painstakingly rearrange his hair so that it fell over the right side of his face, covering his grotesque scars completely. At least he was already blind in that one eye so he didn’t have to worry about impeding his vision. Sighing in unexaggerated relief to having caught his mistake, Hubert was about to turn back towards home when he heard a familiar sneering laugh behind him.
“Well look who it is.” Came the nasty voice of upper classmen Trevor Hugo. He was sitting coolly against his black Harley motorcycle. The older boy was the worst of Hubert's bullies. “How’s it going two-face? Aren’t you going to even say hello, Harvey?”
Hubert flinched at the name calling. He could handle “two-face” but he hated it when people called him “Harvey.” He’d had that little nickname for as long as he could remember because of his scars’ uncanny resemblance to the famous Marvel villain. Everyone called him Harvey, even the teachers. Only Uncle Joshua called him by his real name, Hubert. The young teen had quit correcting everyone else ages ago.
“What’s the matter Harvey? You gonna cry now?” Trevor laughed in his annoying horsey way. Hubert ignored him and began pedaling his bike in the opposite direction. To his horror however, he heard the rev of Trevor’s motorcycle.
“Hey! Come back here!” Trevor called as he drove after Hubert to torture him some more. The younger teen merely sped up. That only incited Trevor to chase after him like a cat after a mouse. Hubert whizzed past the big expensive houses, ducking down different streets with his pursuer hot on his tail.
Within minutes Hubert was huffing for breath a he tried to outrace an engine. He was doing well for himself despite his run-down state. The young teens mind was in a frantic state of fleeing to safety. His mind was tripping three steps ahead of him trying to figure a way of successful escape. With his thoughts so far from him, Hubert rounded another corner sharply.
Usually people didn’t stand like idiots in the middle of the street at the crack of dawn. Hubert was surprised to see someone doing just that though. He had about two seconds to decide if he was going to crash into the man in front of him or try and swerve out of the way. Huber chose to swerve.
He caught a glimpse of a handsome young man with long black hair before he veered sharply to the right. The front wheel of Hubert’s bike hedged against a hidden dip in the asphalt and he lost control. Hubert cried out as he was flung roughly from his bike into the pavement. His head cracked against the ground painfully as he skittered a few feet from his fallen bike. Stupid him hadn’t been wearing a helmet.
Hubert lay on his back in a nauseous daze, looking up at the sky and wondering why it was so purple. He vaguely heard and registered Trevor’s stupid laugh as the guy sped off.

Lucifer had yet to really see anyone about the area. He was starting to think he should have searched for a human about the area himself. It was something to take into consideration. But who was he kidding. Hadn't he considered this long enough. He only had so much patience and now was better then never. At least he didn't see a reason for him to just keep standing in the same place hoping for something to come to him. No, that wasn't what he was use to doing. If he had to wait any longer he would just...he would not be very patient. That was putting it simply. He would not remain where he was when he could be doing something else much more constructive. Something that could have even been amusing or entertaining. He did know a bit about there Earth but not so much as to call himself an expert. He just needed to take advantage of the situation here. Take advantage of the humans he found gullible here. Ones that could easily fall for his charms. He didn't at all mind that he would have to look around a bit here. He just had to try and gain back a bit of his patience. He didn't need to lose his cool here because he hadn't had much luck. He just needed to focus and that was all. Or so he told himself as he considered whee he would go.
It was entirely unexpected to hear a suddenly loud noise in the distance. He wasn't quite sure what to make of it. One moment he was standing there thinking of what he would do the next he found himself looking in the particular direction he thought he heard the noise coming from. He had been expecting to see something but what he saw coming his way wasn't what he expected at all. It certainly wasn't the thing that made all the noise but just the same there was someone coming rather fast his way Just by looking at the person coming towards him on the thing he did believe was called a bicycle, he had done his research on this planet after all, he could tell something was going on. It was that or the person here was going fast for no reason. He wasn't sure whether he expected to be hit but he hadn't had the time to really react. No time to really think. But instead of being hit and perhaps knocked senseless he found the person, who looked to be a young man as he saw him pass, swerved avoiding him but coming to hit something that caused him to go flying from the bike he rode. Of course Lucifer didn't just stand there. He could have just walked away but he was curious and he wasn't that cruel. No he had taken it upon himself to hurry towards the young man, or perhaps he was a boy, at a swift pace where he had to a sudden halt by the boy he found laying on his back. Now he supposed he was more then likely hurt and if he wasn't then he was sure the contact he made with the asphalt did. He assumed that he was but then didn't jump to do anything as he came to stand over the boy with a visible frown set upon his features. He supposed he owed him something for not hitting him at least.
"Hey boy, where does it hurt?" Lucifer spoke looking down at the boy who lay on the asphalt. His dark teal orbs were set upon him with his face slightly turned down causing his hair, that was still tied back, to hang over his shoulders a bit. He wasn't quite sure what to do with this rather... what a face this one had on him. He couldn't even finish his last train of thought. He was assuming this person was human, as he did all the beings of this planet, so he was simply taking in what he knew compared to other humans. What happened to his face? That wasn't something done just now. He couldn't help but be briefly distracted by an unasked and unanswered question. But that wasn't why he was standing over the boy. Clearly the scar he saw upon his face was something made a long time ago. It was of no importance to him now. He might have felt bad if he had gotten it while avoiding him but he hadn't. For now he just wanted to focus on what the fall had done to this boy here. He didn't look quite right to him. But then he might have always had such a look. Not saying he was ugly or anything as he found he wasn't beside the scar he seemed to have over his eye. With the bright yellow hair he seemed to have. It reminded him of something he saw before but nothing came to mind at the moment so he dropped that for now. He wondered if he would need to carry this boy anywhere if he was seriously hurt. He hoped not. He didn't know this area well enough to know where to go unless he took the boy home. Wherever home was for him.

A soft noise escaped Hubert’s mouth, it wasn’t quite a moan, but it was close. His body ached from his fall and he could feel something wet seeping through his hair line. Great. Just great. The one time that he forgets his helmet, he has to crash and burn. The only good thing about the entire situation was the fact that he had been wearing two layers of long sleeved shirts and pair of jeans. At least he hadn’t gotten road rash on his arms or something.
The thought of having fallen brought another question slowly swimming up into Hubert’s dizzy mind. Who the heck had that idiot been? Of course the person had been a very handsome idiot, but an idiot nonetheless. Who in their right mind stood in the middle of the road like that? The strange guy was lucky Hubert had been riding a bicycle and not a car. He was even more lucky that Hubert had had the sense to move first since the guy obviously hadn’t seemed to understand that he was going to be mauled by a kid on a bike.
Wiggling his hands and feet experimentally, eyes closed, Hubert found that he hadn’t broken anything at all, which was amazing. He also didn’t seem to have any other bleeding injuries on his person except for his head. Of course he would have a nasty sprinkling of bruises in a few hours, but that was nothing he wasn’t used to.
Slowly, very slowly, Hubert opened his eyes. His strange two toned ones met with even stranger teal ones. This time Hubert did moan as he closed his eyes tightly again. That bump on the head must’ve been harder than he had thought. Nobody had teal eyes. Nobody. It was obvious Hubert was hallucinating or something. Good looking guys with teal eyes didn’t just pop out of nowhere right? Of course right Hubert told himself. He’d just have to pick up his bike and go home. Maybe sit down and pretend to be a potato in front of the television for a bit while try to get the image of the weird man out of his head.
Suddenly the hallucination asked a question, which made Hubert open his eyes again. Unfortunately the man was still there. Maybe he was real after all. Hubert opened his mouth to respond, but the only words that issued fourth were indiscernible babblings followed by a confused pause. Okay, that definitely wasn’t good. Now he couldn’t talk. Hubert tried again, this time struggling to sit up and wincing in the process.
“Nowhere. I’m fine.” Hubert finally replied in a hoarse voice. He had to crane his neck to look up at the man in front of him. The movement made his head spin so he hastily squeezed his eyes shut and looked back down. “Well, I’ll live at least.” Hubert amended.
Hubert gradually stood up using small movements. His head was pounding, forcing blood to sluggishly trickle down his left ear. He didn’t think he had a concussion, but what did he know? Hubert’s legs wobbled unsteadily beneath him and he had to take a backwards step to keep from falling over. He looked at the man again.
“Who are you? You don‘t look like you‘re from around here. People around here don‘t stand in the middle of the street.” Hubert chided gently while brushing his yellow curls to lay over his scar. The man had probably seen his scar already, but Hubert didn’t want to have to see the look of disgust in those enchanting teal eyes. For some reason, the young teen didn’t think he could bare it if the stranger looked at him like that. It was a hideous feeling and Hubert didn’t like it one bit. When had he started really caring what people thought of his scar?

For a moment Lucifer wondered if the human, it was what he still assumed him to be, was alive. If it weren't for the rising and falling of his chest he would have thought otherwise. It was something his teal eyes had noticed as he looked over the human. He wasn't sure what it took to kill a human but if he did recall what he had read at some point then it didn't take much in order to do them in. It was what had him wondering what he had before. However, seeing the human was still breathing, although in no rush to move, and indeed alive. Which meant he could only wait to see what kind of response he would get from him. He just had to wonder how long it would take. He was reminded once again how much patience he had. Quite a bit really. Well, no it wasn't that much but he would always say otherwise. He wasn't afraid to be modest about anything here. Not here where he was exactly but with him in general. But feigning modesty was amusing at times so he did. But what was he doing thinking about such things. He needed to focus upon this human or who he assumed to be a human. He didn't know what they really looked like per-say other then the human like appearance he was known for seeing on those from other planets. That wasn't of any importance now though. His thoughts were just going to start to wander if the boy here didn't do anything. Really, he hoped he wouldn't have to waste time here with this.
To say the least of his worries were whether this boy here before his could move or speak wouldn't be a lie. He really could care less about what happened to the boy but taking into consideration he had avoided him and quite clearly had gotten hurt- well he had to do something, right? Well, any honest person would surely go about saying yes to that. Really, he supposed he himself was just partially if not a quarter grateful and with all honestly here this was the only being he saw about here. He just had to take advantage of this moment if it were possible to. One more reason he had to wait for the boy to move and say something to him. Hopefully he didn't break anything. He didn't doubt he could carry him if need be, the humans looked of a fairly small size, but still he didn't care to. One could call it whatever they cared to the fact was he hadn't come down here to do menial labor which would count as assisting this boy here. If he was going to do anything for anyone then he wanted something in return. Not something he would state to just anyone but that was basically how things went with him. Though the situation did matter as well. With this current situation he supposed he couldn't expect much from a boy so for the moment he let those selfish thoughts drop. He considered the boys looks once more, just something to do though it would be a lie to say his looks didn't catch his attention, when he noted he had opened his eyes. Well, that was a start now he just had to wait till he spoke or did something. Hopefully he could manage something.
Lucifer wasn't sure if the boy had heard what he said or rather asked. It was a simple enough question. Something he could have even pointed at. But then he wondered if he could understand him. If he wasn't mistaken humans spoke different languages here. That wouldn't or shouldn't be a problem for him though. No, such things were overcome in places off of Earth and thus no problem for him personally. However, he supposed the people of this planet were unfortunate to have limitations like that. But what did he care? Nothing at all, that was the answer. He didn't care and once again his thoughts were wandering due to the lack of a response or words from the boy. It seemed for a moment, as he watched him, he was going to speak but then when his mouth moved nothing came out. This caused him to frown just a bit. Was this boy incapable of speech? That would be a most horrible fate to have fall upon oneself. It would render them incapable of talking to him and he hated to have to work around things. He would just leave this boy here if that were the case. Although perhaps a cruel thing to do quite honestly he didn't care. That was just another thing about him that made him him.
Teal orbs held a slightly thoughtful look to them upon noting the boy was able to answer after what seemed like a long moment of silence. It seemed his ability to speak had momentarily been gone. So from what he heard the boy wasn't hurt at all. He found that hard to believe. Humans were fragile, or so he heard or rather read, and thus such a fall should of hurt somewhere. He was going to question the boy but then he heard him speak again. Ah, that seemed a more reasonable answer. That meant he was hurt but nothing that would kill him. That was a relief. He was thinking that exactly as he saw the boy move to get up. It seemd a rather slow process but he had gotten to the point where he now stood. He had high hopes the boy could walk and continue to talk. If he could do that perhaps he could get some assistance from him. Though he considered this as if what happened didn't happen at all. As if he had just passed by him and thought to ask for his help. There were no apologies to be said from him or any than yous in mind to be said here. Even as he briefly noticed the bit of blood that seemed to run along the face of the boy by his left ear. How hurt was he? He seemed able to move but he seemed like he was about to fall. What a shame it would be if he couldn't assist him. That meant he would have to go walking about here and there looking for another human to speak with. Really, it all seemed like something was trying to test his patience.
Now hearing the boy speak to him again was a bit unexpected. Lucifer had found himself lost in thought as he stood up straight seeing the boy stand up earlier. He could no longer stand over him so of course he changed his posture. He couldn't help but notice the boy's actions as he looked at him. Where had he gotten that horrible scar. Clearly the full look in the eye with that scar showed he lacked sight in it. Poor boy. How unfortunate for him, but back to what he wanted here. "The name is Lucifer and I'm glad to see you're alright or at least that you'll live." He spoke, with a sudden smile spreading out upon his lips. Really, it was wonderful to see he had a chance to avoid having to go here and there for another human. Perhaps this human lived in a big home and he could see how he could take advantage of this situation here. He seemed young enough. Perhaps it wouldn't take much to fool, or charm him really. Well, that was what he would say. He just needed to know what was where and how to get a place to reside in while he stayed here. He really wanted a sort of authentic human experience during his stay here.
"I...I wasn't aware that I was doing something that would cause an accident." He had paused, actually thinking to apologize as crazy as that sounded to himself, and opted to say that he hadn't known as it was the truth. "I'm not from around here." Lucifer spoke as if admitting something when he only spoke the truth. At least for the moment he did. "I'm from a very far away place." He almost considered saying where he was from exactly but that didn't seem like the smartest thing to do and he was far from losing his intelligence with common sense.
"I need some help." Lucifer continued adding that last part. "And I'd like for you to help me." He didn't ask, he just said what he wanted and seem to leave at that. "You will help me won't you." He spoke this now with his lips forming a charming smile. He wasn't quite sure if the boy here would care for it. He could walk away but this was about nothing more then acquiring some assistance. If he didn't help him out he may very well consider doing something unpleasant or he would leave. Really, Lucifer didn't want to start anything here. He just wanted to have a good time while he was here. The thought caused him to mentally sigh as he folded his arms with a sudden lucid expression settling up his features. This was all too troublesome and definitely testing his patience.

Blinking, Hubert cocked his head to stare with his good eye at the beguiling smile of the man, Lucifer? Was that a last name? What a strange name for a person to have. Images of little demons with pitchforks flitted through Hubert’s mind for a moment before he was able to clear the thoughts away.
“That’s an…interesting name Lucifer.” Hubert said politely. He was going to say weird but knew what that was like. “So, a far away place huh? Far away like Canada?” Realizing this was a stupid comment, Hubert ducked his head, a pink blush brushing the tops of his cheeks. He didn’t know what made him say something like that. This Lucifer person just made him nervous and he didn’t know if it was the good kind of nervous either. All Hubert knew was that he was feeling very antsy standing in the man’s presence. For some odd reason, the teen kept wondering what it would be like to touch the dark locks of Lucifer’s hair. It was so shinny and black with its little highlights of blue. Lucifer’s hair was stunning, at least to Hubert. Maybe he liked it because he had always wished for straight, dark hair himself?
Hubert let himself ogle for a moment, staring into Lucifer's teal eyes and dazzling smile. Suddenly remembering himself, he stared quickly down at his feet, cheeks blazing again. However, even though he wasn’t looking at Lucifer anymore, Hubert could still feel the man’s mind clicking away methodically.
That was another thing wrong with him. Not only was Hubert’s face messed up, but so was his brain. More often than not, he was able to pick up on people’s emotions. Many times at school he became physically sick from the hundreds of foreign feelings that raced through his head. It was just one more thing to label him a freak.
At the moment, the young teen could feel Lucifer calculating impatiently. The man’s feelings seemed to be akin to those of a “free lunch.” It felt like the older man wanted to used Hubert for his own means. There didn’t seem to be anything malicious to the thoughts, more of something like self preservation. But, who didn’t want to be taken care of in time of need? It was obvious that Lucifer was lost and needed help. That was why Hubert wasn’t surprised when Lucifer all but demanded his assistance.
“Yeah, sure. I can help you out.” Hubert tried not to sound dejected, but he just couldn’t help it. He was so used to people taking advantage of him that he usually thought nothing of it. For some reason though, he had thought Lucifer would be better than that. Hubert didn’t know why, but he found that he had quickly set this stranger up to a higher standard than everyone else. It was frightening how much Hubert wanted to trust Lucifer. It was obvious though from the man’s thoughts that Hubert couldn’t trust him at all. Lucifer was just like everyone else. He was going to use Hubert for what he wanted and then be on his way.
Hubert felt the line of his perfect cupid’s bow of a mouth bend in the sad ghost of a smile. Compared to Lucifer’s charming grin, Hubert had just twitched. He just couldn’t understand why he desperately wanted to trust this man. It hurt that he couldn’t, but he had still smiled back nonetheless. Unconsciously, Hubert was broadcasting his crushed feelings. He usually hid his moods better than this, but Lucifer was making him feel strange.
Swiping at the blood that was now dribbling down into his collar, Hubert moved to pick up his bike, straining a little under the awkward weight.
“I’m going home Lucifer. You can follow me I guess. There’s a phone and food. A bed if you need it. C’mon.” Hubert said dully as he made his way down the street without looking back, his bike clicking along beside him. He didn’t think he had the strength to ride it properly. The pounding in his head was making him feel so tried. Black spots danced periodically in front of his vision. He still felt much to dizzy and sick. Hopefully Lucifer didn’t need too much help. At the moment, all Hubert could think of was sleeping.

Lucifer was slightly confused at the mention of this foreign place he assumed was somewhere along this planet. This place called Canada. Well, wherever it was, he really had no idea from where it was, it wasn't as far as where he had come from. There could be no doubt about then when comparing. "No, nowhere like that, I'm sure, someplace you definitely haven't been before or probably even heard of." It was highly unlikely this boy heard of his home planet Jeskara. A place that really had no place being compared to Earth. That is to say that the planet, his home planet, was so different there was no point in trying to compare it with any other. But planet comparing aside he was minding the boy here. He seemed to look decent enough even with the scar but he could care less about that. All that mattered to him was how much the boy could help him now and he did desire to be helped still. If this boy couldn't help him, because he was incapable of doing so, he would just leave him be. It was as simple as that. Watching him now he would admit, in general, there were some cute gestures made but really it just seemed like a boy who had caused some sort of embarrassment to fall upon himself. Had the words he spoke to him done that. Well, it was just another thing he didn't care about. He hoped he got over it quickly and assisted him if he could or at least let him know he couldn't.
It seemed there may have been a moment of silence. Where the boy was looking at him a bit longer then necessary. Not that he cared either way. He just didn't have the patience for a long unnecessary moment of silence. What was there to stare at anyways? Well, reconsidering that himself he supposed quite a bit but he was full clothes and all that could be admired, if he was being admired, were his hair and facial features. He was aware the look he had did differ from the humans about here but he paid no mind to that. In fact perhaps that would have caused some interest from the beings on this planet. One that would actually make them want to mind him. It seemed reasonable enough when he merely wanted positive things to come his way and a bit of attention here and there didn't hurt. Besides he was something to be admired, not that he would say it with feigned modesty, being the attractive Incubus he was. But enough of that, he wanted to get this over with and see if he had gotten the help he wanted.
The question came to mind again whether this boy could assist him. If the silence lasted any longer he would have to speak up. However, it seemed that wasn't really necessary of him to do. He found himself once again putting on a visible smile upon hearing how easily the boy seemed to agree with assisting him. Though there was something he couldn't help but notice. He figured he didn't care to help him out. Well, he supposed he didn't care about the details as long as he got what he wanted but he would think someone, anyone really, would be quite happy to be with someone as fair as him. Even if it wasn't relationship-wise. He just didn't see what the problem was here. That is to say he knew nothing personal about the boy and thus had no idea what to say. "I must thank you, I appreciate this." He really did appreciate the help. Who knows where and when he would have come across another being to assist him so why would he say he didn't appreciate it. He may be ungrateful at times but he knew when to show appreciation.
Lucifer supposed though he would need to thank the boy in some proper way for helping him. He said a verbal thanks but if things turned out really well he wouldn't mind expressing his thanks in other ways. But this boy did look so young. He would have to find some other means to thank him then what he was use to. It was something to keep in mind and not focus on now. He couldn't let his thoughts wander hen he thought to mind the boy here still. The boy who had yet to speak his name. He wondered if he should care though. He just needed to know what to address him by and that was it. He made a quick mental note to ask later, when he cared enough to address him in a more appropriate manner.
Lucifer found it a bit annoying that it appeared the boy found his presence so unpleasant. He wasn't blind towards the look on his face or the gestures he made. His teal orbs were set upon him and only him and thus he didn't miss a single visible action made. It irked him a bit but he wasn't thinking to speak here on it. Especially having heard he would assist him. He didn't want to cause any sort of trouble that would make them linger any longer in this area then need be.
It was upon noting that the boy was moving did Lucifer note the bike. Was he able to carry it in the state he was in? He did after all note blood and he was still thinking he had to be in some pain if not some sort of discomfort. He considered saying something then but hearing what the boy said next certainly diverted his thoughts from that. He was really offering or perhaps allowing him to follow along where he could enjoy all these conveniences. It was just what he wanted. Oh he would admit he was overjoyed at the prospect and if he was closer to the boy he would have expressed his joy in some manner. He wasn't above being a bit affectionate here and there with people regardless of how little he knew the person.
There didn't seem to be a need to speak as Lucifer saw the boy going off with the bike. He was quick to step in line to follow behind him. He supposed all he could do was just trail behind him for now but he really would have liked there to have been a faster way to travel about. "I could carry that for you." Lucifer offered this as he came to step beside the bike suddenly casting his gaze on the boy. He had considered that earlier when he noted he picked up the bike. He thought this would be easier on the boy and they may move quicker. Although it occurred to him that there may be a faster way. If only he could ride one of those and then he could have ridden with the boy here. He was strong enough to do that much. However the lack of knowledge in riding one of those caused him to be wary of suffering the same fate as the boy had just gone through. Not so much crashing into a person, or nearly in his case, but colliding with the ground. Just imagining himself in that situation made him visibly wince a bit.

“Oh. No. It’s alright. It rolls pretty smoothly once it’s up.” Hubert replied to Lucifer’s offer of help. “Thanks though.” It really was no big deal. Actually, the bike was the only thing that was keeping Hubert on his feet. He was pretty sure he would fall over if he hadn’t had his trusty bike to balance him out.
The pair trudged silently along for a moment. Well, Hubert trudged, his feet shuffling heavily beneath him. Lucifer on the other hand walked gracefully beside him, tall and erect. Hubert couldn’t help but keep sneaking glances at the older man. Now that he had managed to get past the amazing hair and eyes, he saw that Lucifer had this tiny red drop tattooed on his forehead. Hubert wondered if he was Hindu, but concluded that Lucifer was too light skinned to be anywhere from the East.
“My name’s Hubert by the way. I‘m sorry I didn‘t say before” The teen finally said. He had been looking for something to break the silence and Lucifer’s impatience. For some reason Hubert was afraid that Lucifer would get bored with him and just leave. He didn’t want that to happen, that was for sure. Still, with his raging headache, Hubert was hard pressed to think up any good small talk.
After what seemed like ages of meandering through expensive houses, Hubert finally lead Lucifer into the more modest neighborhood where he lived. By the time the two reached the house, Hubert was all but asleep on his feet. He nearly cried in relief when he saw the familiar white of his front door.
Dumping his bike unceremoniously on the front porch, Hubert all but kicked down the door in his haste. “Welcome to my home.” He said, turning to smile slightly at Lucifer. Hubert had all but forgotten that his uncle wasn’t home and that Lucifer was a stranger. All he could seem to focus on was getting to some aspirin and out of his suddenly stifling clothes. Being so hot was making him more nauseous and light headed. What in the world was wrong with him. Stupid head injury.
“This is the living room.” The young teen pointed out obviously. The front room was very spacious, tastefully decorated in vague masculine shapes and colors. A plush couch was placed in front of a large flat screen t.v. with a delicate coffee table in between. “Make yourself comfortable.” Hubert continued tiredly forgetting to keep his scar covered. His breathes were starting to come out a little funny, all gaspy and short. Sleep his brain buzzed at him. “The kitchen is over there and the phone. Take what you want from the fridge. You can stay in my room up the stairs if you need to. I just washed the sheets. Please stay out of my uncle’s room. Oh, and the bathroom is down the hall.”
All to suddenly, at the mention of the bathroom, Hubert felt bile rise in the back of his throat as his stomach churned sickeningly. “Please, excuse me.” Hubert choked out hastily from behind his hand. He all but ran into the aforementioned bathroom, falling face first into the porcelain, puking up the pancakes he had eaten earlier. He felt absolutely disgusting and hot. Way too hot.
Without much thought to what Lucifer would think, Hubert pulled off his shirt, exposing himself from the waist up. He felt minutely better with the cool air on his clammy skin. Hubert stumbled out of the bathroom more than a little disoriented. Had he been in his right mind, he would have been deathly embarrassed to have Lucifer see him like he was. Instead, he found that he didn’t care, which was some indication as to how badly hurt he actually was.
“Sorry ‘bout that.” Hubert mumbled, returning to Lucifer minus a shirt. “Dunno what came over me.” Going to get aspirin, Hubert suddenly thought better of it and flopped face down on the couch instead. A little nap first, then a aspirin. It was a perfect plan.

Lucifer really thought that the boy would let him do that much at least. To just take his bicycle for him as he thought he didn't quite seem like he would be able to carry on more. Apparently though, from his words, he needed no assistance. Well, that was just fine with him. That meant less for him and more time for him to mind other things. Like the view for one. What a dull view it was. Then there was the fact he could note the people about. But there was no one besides him and the boy. What a shame that was. Not that he would have cared one way or another. He would have just liked to see some attractive human. The boy here, now that he looked at him again, would have been a fine specimen if he hadn't had the scar. Min you though that a scar did not stop him from wanting to be with another. Whether romantically or for pure lustful feeling. The latter seemed to happen more often then not or rather all the time. If he had been involved romantically then he might not be here now or by himself for that matter. But even considering being with someone in such a relationship was beyond him. Not that he couldn't think on it. It was more like it felt so restricting and binding. It might as well been a curse for him at this point in time. To say he looked for anything serious was laughable. That was just how he was with relationships though or at least when it came down to being more then intimate. Luckily he didn't have to think about that or worry about it. In fact he brushed the thoughts aside as soon as it registered in his mind as something he didn't care to think of.
With their being silence for the most part, besides the shuffling of feet and the natural sounds about here and there, Lucifer was left to his thoughts. Both dull and semi-interesting. That is, his thoughts were. The dull parts focused on what was going on now. Really, this world was really not showing off to be very...interesting so far. But he didn't suppose he had come to expect that exciting things would happen here. After all he was amongst humans so what could he expect. Not much that was what he had thought. Still, he had wanted to come to this planet and here he was. Now he merely hoped he didn't have a dull time while he was here. He couldn't really make things happen just like that but he could perhaps make things more interesting for whatever came his way. He could just imagine that it would serve to be quite amusing for him at least. No guarantee on that but this was something that raised his hopes up a bit so why not go with it. At that thought he smiled just a bit to himself. He would be sure to have a bit of fun if not to find a way to amuse himself while he was here.
Briefly lost in thought Lucifer hadn't expected to suddenly hear the boy speak. As it was even more unexpected to hear the boys name. So this boys name was Hubert. What a strange name. Well, it could have been normal here for all he knew. He really didn't care though and didn't think to comment on it either. Well, not in a negative way at least. "That sounds like a pleasant enough name." He wondered if that sounded like a compliment at all. It was just hard to say something about something he really could care less for and though this boy was offering him a place to stay with all of the average essentials it wasn't like he had excited him in any means. Well, he had been overjoyed before but now that had come to settle down to the point he merely accepted it and was not dissapointed for the time being. Perhaps if he had a bit more reason to be enthusiastic he would have said more with both the supposed compliment and making more of a conversations. As far as things went here he didn't see that happening anytime soon if at all.
At some point Lucifer wondered how long he had walked with the boy called Hubert. It seemed to take more then enough time. More then he would have liked to have taken ordinarily but what choice did he have. To make matters a bit worse here, besides all the walking, it seemed the boy lived in a meager dwelling. It was what he had to assume as the large houses were left behind only to bring up the smaller ones. Well, there went any luxuries this planet had to offer. He supposed he would just have to make due though. This was better then nothing which would have been him on the streets. He much preferred a meager swelling then that.
There was the slightest bit of hope that Hubert didn't live in one of these homes they now passed bu but he found that hope falling hopelessly flat upon seeing the place the came to a stop by. With Hubert dropping his bicycle the way he did he had summarized or concluded they had arrived at their destination. Soon enough he found himself following after the boy who went inside the house. He was looking over the place from where he stood, looking this way and that, when his attention was caught by the boys words. So this was where he lived. The place seemed pleasant enough. Looking towards the boy he caught the faint smile he had. Well, his face looked better with a smile. Comparing with the other expressions he had. He didn't think much on it thought as he heard Huber continue on talking. Sounded like he was telling him about the place.
Lucifer listened in silence as he heard Hubert talking. It seemed he didn't liver here alone if he had an uncle. He supposed he expected someone to live with this boy. He did seem awfully young. Not so young that he was short, not really short at least, he did look like a young teen. That seemed like his age range to him. But that was of little importance to him. How did he expect him to know which room was which? He supposed he would figure it out one way or another. For now he took mental notes of what was shown to him or told to him really. It was nice to know he was welcomed to eat here but he wasn't going to really do anything of the sort right now.
It was as Lucifer was looking about with his teal orbs did he hear Hubert suddenly excuse himself and run off. What was that about? He wondered this as he stood there with an ever so faint frown set upon his features. He wasn't sure how long he stood thee but he waited for Hubert to come back out and he certainly didn't look well at all. Worse then before in his opinion. Was it the fall that did this? Perhaps he needed to see whatever doctors this planet had. Not saying he was worried but if something happened to Hubert then who would help him around here. He really didn't care to go off and look for someone. Especially after all that walking it took to get here.
It took a moment, after looking from Hubert's face, for Lucifer to acknowledge the lack of a shirt. He couldn't help but look over the boy who came before him lacking an article of clothing. If he didn't look ill, in his personal opinion, he would have wondered what this was about. He would have wondered if he was trying to send some sort of message to him but c;early that wasn't the case. His attitude was far off from anyone that wanted to approach him in a manner he was all too familiar with. No, he didn't take his shirt off because of him but perhaps because of what happened just now. Well, no matter what the reason this gave Lucifer to partially inspect his body. But fully inspect what he could see from where he stood. He didn't really try to hide that he looked over the boy but he felt it was more then likely not noticed. Especially with the fact that he saw Hubert just go off and flop down onto the chair.
Would it be a bad thing to have his mind in a place he supposed it should be? That is upon seeing the unclothed parts of the boy called Hubert he could help but feel an all too familiar sensation that went along with thoughts one might consider naughty to have in an innocent situation. Oh but he couldn't really be blamed for feeling excited, just a bit, at the boys appearance. He was still fairly attractive, enough for his body to consider reacting in a way, even though he had a scar. Really, ones facial features didn't matter but it was an added bonus of sorts that the boy had a decent face besides that. Perhaps even cute if he really thought about it. Not so much as thought about it as if he cared. At the moment he didn't care enough to think on it. He was just reminded that it had been awhile, a bit too long in his opinion, since he had fed in that way that his kind did and this boy was the only one near by. As much as he would have loved to satiate this sort of bodily yearning he had it would have just been inappropriate to even try something. He would have to think of what he could do about that on this planet. He would have to venture out perhaps at some point. Even if he didn't want to. It was one thing to be aroused, with that he could at least handle himself privately, but it was another thing to actually feel a desire to have someone else. It seemed this was a bit of a problem but one that he could take care of with some thought to it. Though it didn't take much thinking to have sex. This was just bothersome. Why did that boy have to take off his shirt and inspire such a dilemma for him. He hadn't even considered such thoughts, well not in the way he did now, until now. He should have to pay for this. He would be sure of it.
Lucifer couldn't help but frown a bit at the unpleasant thoughts he had. Well, they weren't so much at first. In fact the last part of his thoughts caused him to smirk. Thinking back to Hubert in the present time it seemed like he was going to rest so what would he do. He remained where he stood for a moment longer before thinking to go over by the couch he went and flopped himself down there. There he stood just looking down at him somewhat thoughtfully as to what his next actions should be.

For a few moments, an all too familiar silence permeated the air. Hubert was breathing slowly from his spot on the couch, dozing. It would have been pleasant just laying there, except Hubert remembered that he had a house guest and a strange one at that. Sleeping just did not seem to be included in Hubert’s agenda.
Not like he was going to be able to fall asleep anyways. The room may have been quiet, but Hubert could hear Lucifer’s thoughts once again clicking away loudly. It was kind of annoying actually. The teen was used to a thought free house, since his uncle’s thoughts were always so quiet. At least that’s what Hubert supposed was the reason. Now though, it seemed that Lucifer was confused by something and thinking very loudly on it.
Sighing, Hubert sat up on his elbows, muscles bunching, and looked over his shoulder at Lucifer. He couldn’t very well tell the man to quiet his thoughts, so he thought of the next best thing, “You don’t have to just sit there and be quiet for my sake Lucifer. You can turn on the telly if you want. We can talk too. Whatever you want to do.” Please turn the t.v. on, Hubert added silently. With the t.v. on then at least Lucifer might stop thinking and then he didn‘t have to talk. It might have been good if Lucifer just left so Hubert could get on with things, but for some reason, the boy didn’t want Lucifer to go. It was stupid feeling and Hubert wished he did have it, but unfortunately, he did.
Hubert finally turned on his side so that he was able to fix Lucifer in the gaze of his bright green eye. He was a little sore and he could feel a few very choice bruises forming on his hip and shoulder. Jeez. What a way to start a weekend Hubert though fuzzily

Lucifer had no intention of going anywhere just yet. He noted there was what seemed to be a long lasting silence as he stood there watching him. How could he just lay there like that? Not that is was difficult to lay in one spot. He referred to how he was feeling right now with how the boy here looked. He seemed still at a loss as to what he should do in this situation without things going in a direction that seemed entirely unsuitable for the current situation here. Maybe he should go off and see if taking care of himself would solve the problem. Though it still was far from being the same as having a partner with him. Oh this was just far too bothersome. Almost as bad as when he had to search for a human to assist him. He knew what he needed he just didn't know how to go about it or rather the situation was one that left him a bit at a loss and having to exert more effort then he would have liked to. If this boy Hubert had any interest in him then that would have helped quite a bit but just by looking at him he highly doubted there would be anything between them on such a level. Really, it was just an annoying or rather bothersome situation to be in.
It looked to Lucifer that Hubert would simply be sleeping for who knows how long but to his surprise he didn't come to sleep at all. At least he figured this much noticing that the boy sighed and even looked his way. He wondered what was on mind to cause him to look his way. Surely, he was just wondering what he was up to. That was the only thing that made sense. It was that or his presence bothered him. He wasn't expecting what he heard next. It seemed he didn't just have to sit around here and do nothing. He could do whatever he wanted to do. It was unfortunate he didn't offer what he really wanted to do. Then again he supposed it would be quite odd if a human did come to ask such a thing from a stranger. Even from one such as himself though he still would have found it an interesting turn of events. He didn't really suppose it was meant the way it was said though. This boy Hubert should really think a bit more about what he said to strangers.
A faint smirk made it's way upon Lucifer's lips. He was once again considering his options. He had no interest in this telly he spoke of. It wasn't a complete mystery to him. He knew bits and pieces about Earth and it's not so advanced technology. A television couldn't give him what he wanted. Though it could probably produce images that would entertain him. "Well, I don't think you'd really want to do what I wanted to at the moment." He didn't think to go into detail here. The last thing he wanted to do was be told to leave for his natural inappropriate way of thinking.
Briefly Lucifer let his teal orbs look about the room to spot the remote. Perhaps he would turn on the 'telly' as Hubert called it. With that thought he moved to reached to take a hold of the remote where he then looked it over to find the power button. He wasn't so sure about turning it on though. He just didn't intend to watch the television. "I think I'll go use the bathroom." He spoke more thoughtfully to himself then to anyone else. Though the only other person in the room was Hubert. "I would hope there's no mess in there." He referred to how it seemed the boy suddenly grew ill and went into the bathroom obviously looking a bit more sickly then he had before after being injured earlier. He wasn't planning to use the toilet in the bathroom though so the only thing he hoped not to see was a mess on the floor. His reasons for going in there were clear to himself. With what seemed like a lack of options here he could only see himself relieving himself the only way he knew how. But reconsidering what he seemed to decide to do he supposed he wasn't that aroused. With time he would settle down. The only problem here was that he wasn't a patient person and he didn't make exceptions just because there was some inconvenience. He got what he wanted when he wanted it or he wouldn't be the most pleasant fellow to be about. Especially when it came to these situations.
There didn't seem to be a reason not turn on the television besides the fact he didn't think to sit and watch. Perhaps he would see something later he would find some interest in. With that thought in mind he hit the power button on the television but stood up as if to go off. Not to leave the house mind you but to go to the bathroom. He wasn't so sure he would just yet though. That wouldn't really satiate his real desire. It wouldn't do anything to fill that bothersome hunger he had. But what could he do, really? He supposed he could go for a walk in hopes of coming across another human but he doubted he could get with someone in the intimate manner he wanted. He was better off working with this boy here. Though he was a bit reluctant to with his situation. Trying something with someone who allowed him a place to stay with all of the following was not a very wise idea.

Yawning, Hubert watched Lucifer closely. The man seemed to be caught between two thoughts, like he was trying to decide something. Lucifer really was very handsome when he thought like that with the little frown playing over his full mouth. Hubert wondered idly what it would be like to kiss that mouth. The thought made the young teen blush furiously. Where had that come from? He must have left his brain in the gutter when he had fallen.
“The bathroom isn’t messy if you need to go.” Hubert replied embarrassed, growing even more hot in the face. “I’m sorry.” He added, wondering why he was apologizing for being sick. Wasn’t it Lucifer’s fault that he had nearly died in the first place? Hubert couldn’t seem to blame the man for his accident though. He wanted to dislike the other, not trust him, but couldn’t seem to help it. There was just something about Lucifer that drew Hubert to him.
Unconsciously, Hubert scratched at the scars running over his blind eye thoughtfully. He sat up, still a little dizzy, but feeling a little better. Even without the aspirin to alleviated his headache, the pounding seemed to be subsiding. It didn’t seem that Hubert was going to be sleeping anyhow. He had the problem of being so tired that he wasn’t, in fact, tired. Later, he told himself, he'd go take a shower and wash off the blood caked on the side of his face. For the moment though, he merely watched Lucifer closely, pondering over the older man, thoroughly enchanted. Hubert found that he wanted to know more about his house guest, mainly about his origins. How far was very far anyways?
About to open his mouth to question Lucifer, Hubert became sidetracked when the other flipped on the television. The screen flickered to life, showing men on horseback racing each other around a circular track. The horse racing was something Hubert’s uncle watched almost constantly. The boy couldn’t see what was so fascinating about racing and wondered if Lucifer liked racing too when he didn’t change the channel. That was yet another thing Hubert wanted to ask of Lucifer.
“What do you want to do then Lucifer?” Hubert queried again as he worried at his itchy scars some more without thinking. It was a childish gesture brought about by nervousness “It doesn’t really matter if I want to do what you want. I said I’d help and I will. Do you need a phone or something? It really is no big deal if you do.”
If Hubert knew exactly what Lucifer wanted to do, he probably would have kept his mouth shut. As it was however, Hubert was merely concerned with the strangers well-being. He wanted Lucifer to be comfortable and feel free to take what he needed. Hubert didn’t mind that he was obviously being used by the man. If it had been any other person, Hubert would have been upset by the obviousness of it. For some reason though, he didn’t mind much of anything when it came to Lucifer. He just didn’t and those feelings were freaking him out.
Where was Uncle when he really needed him?

Lucifer wasn't so sure yet if he would come to go off to do anything just yet. He wanted to. He felt he needed to. In the way one felt that they needed to take care of something in sort of a habitual manner as well as a certain undeniable desire. He just never let himself go on and suppress the need to do what he felt like doing. There was usually someone available and soon enough he was well fed from the intimate bonding that had no emotional attachment to it. He hadn't considered it before but he supposed he couldn't do such things on Earth. Or at least he couldn't do anything with the boy he had here. That really was a shame. He did look cute now that he looked back at him. Disregarding the scar though that couldn't stop him from thinking the exact same thing. But he would have been better without it. He wondered if the humans didn't have something to fix that. He wondered if he could see out through that other eye of his. Not the leaf green one but the one that was an obviously different shade. It would be unfortunate if he couldn't. Poor boy. Such thoughts were just what he needed to distract himself from the problem he had now but that could only last for so long.
It was a relief to know the bathroom wasn't messy. What was the apology for? It had him confused but he dismissed it. There was no reason he could think for the apology so why even consider it though he might more later. Right now Lucifer intended to do something in the bathroom that he couldn't possibly do if it was messy. It would have simply been disgusting. Regardless of how much he may have wanted some relief he wasn't going to do it anywhere at anytime. He had his limits and he was far some some uncouth improper fellow as possible. But setting thoughts on his mannerisms aside. He supposed it was now more of an option to bring himself relief. Not like he wanted it so badly he couldn't keep himself from doing something. Now he had his levels of...well where he did need some relief and where he really needed it with a partner. Now was one of those times where he would like partner but he may be able to do without. It wasn't like he was starving right now for that unnatural energy he received with coupling physically with another. When he was starving he could compare his need to be like when one really had to go to the bathroom. Consider that no matter how one held it when they had to go they had to go regardless of where they were. With him it was more like regardless of who was around he'd probably go at nearest person. When he lacked energy he just had to do what he had to do. But that had never happened to him. He would never allow that to happen. It wasn't like he was undesirable so why would it have ever happened. It really was pointless to consider it any further so he ceased his thoughts on that.
What Lucifer could keep in mind right now was that he didn't really need IT right now so he could seat himself back down. He could go without doing what he wanted to right now for while so he might as well. Going to the bathroom just didn't seem appropriate anyways. As if it would help him. The flaming desire he had could not be doused by the means of his own appendages used upon himself. He needed another and that was what would help. He would just have to look out for a more appropriate human to mind for such. He looked for nothing long term but something short and simple. Surely, there were even humans here that would go for that. That did not account for Hubert thought. That is to say he already disbanded him from one of those beings on his planet who could give him relief. Though he had been the one to cause him to realize his discomfort with the lack of something that wasn't appropriate now. He still wished to make the other pay for that but he wasn't going to risk getting kicked out so perhaps later whenever he took his leave. All he needed was a place to stay now after all. Later for all he knew, before he left, someone more interesting, older, or even more attractive, could come along and take him in and then he would be gone. He just needed to be patient. It was too bad he wasn't.
It was shortly after turning on the television did Lucifer place the remote back where he had found it. Still standing at the moment he had his gaze travel towards the television to find something showing he was unsure of. What was going on there with what looked to be horses. Whatever it was he could care less for it. He might have considered it but had already put the remote down and didn't think it worth the effort. After all he wasn't thinking to sit here and watch it. Already he looked away and towards Hubert thinking to go off now. Now he had decided not to do anything with himself in there. He just wanted a bit of time by himself and away from the shirtless boy who seemed to taunt him with that simple fact.
Before Lucifer could go off anywhere, as he set his teal gaze in the direction of the bathroom, he heard Hubert speak and noted he was sitting up. Was he really asking what he wanted to do? Surely it seemed he didn't believe what he said when he had mentioned what he wanted to do wasn't what the boy would. Still he had the urge to bluntly answer the question. What he wanted, what he desired, was to have him in a very intimate position but he couldn't go doing that now could he. Considering how he would answer the question Lucifer kept his gaze on Hubert thoughtfully. He couldn't help but notice what he did with the scar on his face. What was that about? He couldn't really think on it with the mix of what he wanted and then even hearing Hubert speak again. What was this about a phone? No phone around here could contact anyone he may have had the slightest interest in from off this world.
This was far too bothersome. Lucifer couldn't help but let out an audible sigh as he looked away from the boy and towards the ground as he let himself suddenly move back to sit down. "I really don't think you want to know what I want from you now." He spoke this looking back at Hubert as soon as he was seated. "But since you asked so nicely." He spoke with an ever so faint smile setting itself upon his lips. "I really need to alleviate myself but have no one to do it with." He spoke not quite implying anything yet. "I very well considered doing it myself just now but there really isn't any point unless I have someone to do it with." He went on explaining the little problem he had now but wasn't really sure if he caught on to what he was referring to.
"An unfortunate development brought on by you and the lack of attire you had." He made a little motion with his hand gesturing towards Hubert's chest that still lacked a shirt or anything to cover it. At least it was just that. Maybe if he had seen more he might be a bit more tempted here but luckily that wasn't the case. "I'm not sure if you see where I'm going with this, but to put it bluntly in case you didn't already, I need S-E-X." He decided to spell out what he needed at the last minute as he found it was suddenly amusing to do.
"I appreciate the offer for everything else though, I thank you for it, however that's the only thing I need right now." Lucifer spoke a bit more, thoughtful as to where he was going with this or rather where he went with it. He didn't say he wanted it, he said he needed it and he did a bit. But he supposed he could go without. He was going to. He would just test the amount of how long he could go without that unnatural energy source his kind thrived on. Well, that was if he couldn't get anyone to be a partner with him. "I wouldn't do anything with you if you didn't want to." He already assumed that was going to be the case. "But I would have to find another who would be interested in doing that much." Really, he just told the truth but perhaps he should have held that back.
Now Lucifer wondered if he should have been more discreet here. He could have lied and said he wanted something more reasonable. But no amount of lying was going to satiate his lustful hunger so what was the point. Maybe at some other point in time he might have but he really didn't care to. He would have to leave here at some point to do what he had said. That is just to look around for now and then perhaps he might leave but he had no idea what to expect so he made no assumptions. He suddenly wondered then if Hubert would care to have him around anymore. He found what he had said, all of it, was rather uncalled for. Not that he said anything offensive in his opinion. It was just he was dealing with a human, who he thought was one at least, and humans were said to be a bit odd. Not very open minded. Then he was the only being he had met who would let him stay. He really could have just done something stupid and left himself in a position to be kicked out. One of the few times he decided to be honest may very well go against him. Well he didn't say everything. Like he didn't mention what he was or where he was from exactly. He doubted he would believe him regardless. Perhaps he should just get up and go now.

Hubert listened impassively for a moment to Lucifer. He wasn’t following what the older man was trying to get at. What in the world was he talking about? Alleviating what? The bathroom was right down the hall if all Lucifer had to do was pee…
Oh.
A blush flowed across Hubert’s cheeks even going as far as to turn his ears red. It felt like someone had just turned a light on underneath his skin. Hubert positively glowed in his embarrassment, squirming uncomfortably. Ever so slowly, the young teen scooted to the other side of the couch, as far from Lucifer as possible without getting up. He had grabbed a pillow during the process and squished it too his chest as if to hide himself.
“Sex?” The boy squeaked breathlessly as he stared at Lucifer with wide eyes. “W-what are you, some kind of pervert?” Hubert couldn’t believe the situation he found himself in. His stomach did an odd little fearful flip-flop as he gave a loud gulp. If Lucifer had decided to take what he wanted, Hubert would have been powerless to stop it. It helped some that Lucifer said he wouldn’t do anything nasty to him. Hubert knew that he shouldn’t believe the crazy sex freak that he had let into his house, but there was that darn feeling again creeping it’s way up into Hubert’s thoughts.
He believed Lucifer for the most part, and trusted the older man almost implicitly. There was no reason for it. Even it Lucifer had done something aggressive, Hubert had a feeling that he would still have trusted him still. Like a dog that had been smacked all of it’s life but still adored it’s owner. It was a sick feeling and Hubert did his best to block it out.
“W-well I’m glad that you’ll leave me alone. I didn‘t realize that I was making you…ah-uncomfortable. I‘m sorry.” Hubert smiled nervously. He was secretly delighted for some reason to know that Lucifer actual considered wanting him, even it was just for natural purposes. Nobody had said anything like that to Hubert before. Nobody had ever looked at him in any other way other than disgust or pity. It was a nice change of pace. Still though, Hubert was much to frightened and confused to ever even dream of sleeping with Lucifer. An imagined kiss was one thing, but losing his virginity to a stranger who cared nothing for him? Well, that was a different matter entirely…Deep down though, Hubert ached to have Lucifer like him.
Feeling distinctly exposed now that Lucifer had brought attention to his shirtless state, Hubert hugged the pillow tighter to his chest while wondering what to do. Despite everything that Lucifer had said, Hubert still wanted to help him. He had promised after all and a promise was a promise. If Lucifer really needed sex then Hubert would do everything he could to help, just short of compromising his own body.
“You make it sound like you need…uh, sex in order to survive.” Hubert laughed awkwardly knowing that this couldn’t possibly be the case. “Anyhow…um I really don’t know anything about what you want. Seems like you need like a, uh…what-cha-call-it…a house boy?” Hubert wasn’t sure if this was the right word to use. He had never much been interested in sex in the least. From the sound of it, when people did have sex, the let their emotions fly wild. Hubert shuddered at the thought of letting the meager control he had over his emotions go.
More than a little awkwardly, Hubert stood up still holding his safety pillow to his chest. “My uncle might have some info in his box.” The boy added. “I can go look for you.”
Hubert edged around the side of the couch, keeping Lucifer in his line of sight. He fought back dizziness as he made his way up the stairs to his uncle’s room. Under Hubert’s uncle’s bed was a box full of naughty magazines that Hubert had discovered one day. He had never actually looked through them but he had noticed that some were printed locally.
Feeling like this was the way to go, Hubert grabbed one of last month’s magazine, trying not to look at the cover. Absentmindedly, he pulled on one of his uncle’s shirt.
“Here.” Hubert said while dropping the dirty magazine into Lucifer’s lap with a blush. “There might be some numbers or something for what you want. It’s a local magazine."
